The villa was perfect for our stay. The building was clean and rooms immaculate. The only negative was the condition of the outside furniture. This clearly needs replacing/repairing something which the rental income for 1 week would cover.

Une très belle villa très bien équipée avec son indispensable piscine et une belle vue sur les montagnes et le lac. Seul bémol, la proximité de la route avec quelques passages de motos gênants.

A good place for families. It has all things for cooking, entertainment, and daily needs for a holiday house. Depending on traffic and time of the day, it can take up to 25 mins by car to reach Annecy.

Jolie maison qui est bien équipée et bien située. La vue est imprenable, et l'accueil était chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et les bons restaurants dans les environs.

Les photos du site correspondent parfaitement à la maison. Tout était parfait et un merci tout particulier à Valérie qui nous a accueulli et qui a fait que notre séjour soit parfait.

Nous avons passé deux semaine dans la Villa Flying Dragon à Talloires en juillet 2021 voici ce que je peux en dire: Les Plus concernant la maison: ++++ Superbe, moderne et fonctionnelle ++++ Une vue extra dont on ne se lasse pas ++++ Une grande piscine super agréable et chauffée ++++ Tout est très propre ++++ Hyper bien équipée( portail automatique, grandes places de parking, piscine, grande cuisine avec tout ce dont vous pouvez rêver, écrans plats, PS4 avec des jeux, grandes salles de bains, climatisation partout, volets roulants, grand jardin avec plantes aromatiques et j’en passe !) ++++ Idéalement située pour permettre de profiter du lac ainsi que des principales attractions aux alentours comme le parapente par exemple, mais… Les moins: --- … une maison située sur une route très fréquentée par les véhicules l’été: C’est bruyant en journée et si vous laissez une fenêtre ouverte parfois vous serez réveillés par un motard enthousiaste en pleine nuit (Attention en hivers ne tenez pas compte de ce commentaire: avec les fenêtres fermées et l’absence d’activité estivale, ce point négatif est à oublier). C’est tout ! Impossible de conclure sans remercie chaudement Valérie, qui gère cette maison, pour sa disponibilité de tous les instants, la qualité de son accueil ainsi que sa gestion de la maison :)

Je recommande ce logement, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. J’espère revenir très vite.

Maison propre, accueillante, contemporaine, lumineuse, très bien agencée pour 2 familles. L environnement est très beau avec vue partielle sur le lac, légèrement en hauteur. Nous renouvelerons l expérience à une autre période.

Exactly as you can see it in the photos. We stayed here for a week with our family and some friends and it really was a joy. We’ll be staying again.

Super séjour en famille dans la villa Flying Dragon. La maison est magnifique ainsi que le cadre et le panorama. Très bien équipée et accueil parfait. On espère pouvoir revenir.

Waking up in this house is like waking up in a dream... We had an amazing week in this cosy, warm and fabulous setting ! We enjoyed the snow in La Clusaz, long walks around the lake, visiting Annecy... If we regret one thing, it is that we couldn't stay any longer ! We'd love to come back one day. We loved our stay in Lake Annecy. This amazing home is perfect for families and close to all the best activities that the region has to offer. The quaint towns of Talloires and Menthon St Bernard are less than 5 min drive away both with great food, beaches and sports activities. We loved coming home in the afternoon and going for a swim in the heated pool and watching the paragliders sail above us and land only a few hundred metres in front of us. The home is very modern with great sized bedrooms and plenty of space to escape if you have larger groups. We would definitely come back again!

The villa is ideally located over Talloires. It is on the main Col de la Forclaz road, so is busy and can be noisy at times. The villa is modern and well equipped, all though not lived in so missing some basics. However, the owner is keen to take onboard all feedback and quickly remedy any concerns. All rooms were immaculately clean, as were the pool, decking and outdoor BBQ. All the furniture are good quality, the beds and pillows were outstanding. The villa is ideal for a large family for a long stay, making an ideal base for the lake and mountains.

We have had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. We loved the pool and the spectacular views. We also enjoyed : the beach at Talloires, visiting Annecy, great cycling and the highlight - parascending! The villa was very comfortable, spacious and stylishly equipped, and we were made very welcome by Valerie. Things we liked in the area : cycler's paradise, amazing scenery, good restaurants, beautiful towns, and nice beaches.

The Villa was perfect, the most amazing view and everything we would have ever needed. Valerie the manager was lovely and very helpful on our arrival and departure... Thank you loads!

Nous avons passé d'excellents moments dans votre magnifique villa-chalet jouissant d'un panorama sur le lac d'Annecy rare. Tout était parfait : standing, équipements, confort, dont les literies au top et les montagnes environnantes enneigées. Un grand merci à Valérie pour sa disponibilité !

Nous avons séjourné à la villa pour fêter Noël 2017 en famille. Nous en garderons un fabuleux souvenir : la maison est très bien conçue et la vue est à couper le souffle. Le paysage change en permanence, c’est magique ! On se sent tout de suite extrêmement bien dans la villa. Il y fait doux et la literie est digne des plus grands palaces ! Tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Il y a énormément d’activités à faire dans les alentours si bien qu’en une semaine nous n’avons pas pu faire tout ce que nous aurions voulu. Enfin un grand merci au manager qui, sachant que nous venions avec des enfants, avait pris le temps de nous préparer un beau sapin !

We had a fantastic holiday. We loved the villa, especially the pool; and we'll miss the view ! We recommend a visit to "Tweedle Tea" a bakery/tea room in Menthon St Bernard - fantastic cakes. And a trip to La Clusaz, towards to Lac des Confins is worth it, for some more amazing mountain views !

We had a fabulous time in Annecy. Beautiful house with the most stunning views. The lake at Talloires is perfect and we had great fun for all the family.

A spectacular villa in a quiet area on the side of a hill, with an impressive view. Fully equipped, big beds and a large well-designed kitchen ... everything we needed. The hot tub is a great place to relax. We spent lovely days in the swimming pool watching the paragliders in the sky. The views from the terrace and the swimming pool are spectacular, you can't see the neighbours - it's a peace and quiet that enables you to totally disconnect. It's an ideal base for visiting Switzerland, Annecy, Chamonix and Lake Geneva, which are all fairly close.
