Perfect location on the mountain. Ski to the chair lift right out the back door or sled on the hill.

We loved this house and ready to book it again! The location is amazing and it so easy to to ski down to the chair lift. You can take Yellow Brick Road and it will lead you right back home. The house is so cozy and clean. We loved the real fireplace and heated tile floors in the master. So glad we found this gem!

This was our 4th time to stay with David. He does a great job accommodating and is always very helpful. We have definitely found a gem at Purgatory that we plan to continue to stay in!

This condo was perfect for our family of six. Everything was very nice and comfortable. The ski-in, ski-out location is a huge plus.

We love the care and thought put into the upgrades like heated tile, and the quality linens! The property was immaculate. There were plenty of start up supplies & even a wonderful stash of games! We didn’t need to contact the host while we were there but over the year the helped us many times with the booking details. We felt warm, safe & secure and had the best Christmas!

Our first time to Purgatory and loved the skiing and the excellent ski in/ski out location of this Townhome! It was very comfortable with large bedrooms and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. Everything we needed was supplied. Will definitely return here!

What an amazing property! Ski right from the back porch and just a short walk to the base area for apre ski. Parking was convenient and plenty of room for 2 families.

Nice property and location. Responsive owner. A few “wear and tear” items, but they were minor inconveniences, nothing that diminished the great experience overall.

Great location and the house has plenty of space for medium sized group. The owner Dave answered our questions timely plus went above and beyond to make our trip great. We all ski so it was great being able to walk off the deck onto the slopes. Will absolutely being back!

We had a wonderful Time at this property. Beds were comfortable ( a bit hard for my taste, but my husband loved the harder bed). Property was extremely clean- the washer and dryer were a huge plus. Everything we needed to cook meals was there.

This is our 3rd stay with David's property. The location is perfect for our family ski adventures. It's well stocked and perfect amount of space for 2 families. We'll be back next year!

The property was fine but I do have some slight recommendations for a group of four of us there was one couch. An extra couch would be great to make the stay more comfortable. The bar stools were uncomfortable because of the height. Since there wasn’t a table, it was not that comfortable for sitting. Otherwise everything was great!

This cute little mountain retreat is perfect for the skiers and the snacking nappers alike. Skiing in and out was so easy, everyone had their own space and the property manager was very easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the ski in/ski out experience! The owner was so quick to respond to all communication and his place was cozy and situated so nicely at Pergatory Resort. We’d stay here again with a future trip to Purgatory.

True ski in/ski out
This property was perfect for our spring break trip with our family and friends. More than enough room for the 7 of us. We appreciated how clean it was, well stocked with everything we needed and perfect location to the lifts. David was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for the whole family!
Had an amazing time at this condo. A family of 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog, fit very comfortably. Perfect location in the middle of beautiful breathtaking views. I totally recommend this place and will definitely consider it for when we visit the area again.

Beautiful Purgatory Resort Condo
Second time we have stayed at this property this year. We love the location, size of the space, well equipped kitchen, wrap around patio and of course the Mountain View’s.

3 stars for communication with property manager, only because it’s a N/A, as we had no need for direct communication. N/A should always be an option for required responses.
Property is great, and exactly as expected.
One suggestion: provide printed instructions for operation of appliances; thermostats; anything that is not self-explanatory.

Great condo, great location!
We had a great time during our summer vacation! The property manager replied quickly when I had questions before our visit, and he let us bring our two big dogs along too. We chose this location for the mountain biking available right out the back door, and it did not disappoint. Really fun trails. We plan to come back sometime and maybe try out the skiing next time. I would highly recommend this condo!

Very nice unit
This property was very serene and in a beautiful location. The property owner was very attentive and courteous and answered all of our questions quickly. One thing guests may be interested in is that some amenities of the resort are not included with this rental, such as the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck. This unit is approximately halfway between Durango and Silverton, which was perfect, and made it very accessible to lots of great hiking. We would rent again.

Fantastic ski-in ski-out unit
This unit was remodeled recently, and many upgrades were completed at that time. It is a very comfortable unit in the best possible location for skiing at Purgatory. A fantastic place for a ski vacation!
