Had great week

The condo was amazing, well stocked, and clean. Had a couple of days with work going on next door, a bit noisy. Would come again!!

Lovely home, beautiful views. My daughters wedding was unforgettable, and having four private bedrooms and bathrooms was a god send. House had everything we needed to pull off a big family brunch and giving my elderly parents all the comforts of home.

Rental process and check in was easy, condo was spacious, clean and in great location next to beach.

This property is wonderfully convenient to the beach. The inside is spacious with plenty of seating and living area. Bedrooms with private bathrooms worked well for extended/mixed family. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked with cookware, dish ware and spices. My parents, in their seventies, would have benefited from a first floor rental or elevator, but they weren’t part of the original guest list when we reserved top floor with two flights of stairs. The included garage was a great benefit. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

The property was right on the beach, the master suite had a beautiful ocean view (even saw dolphins the last day there), house comes fully stocked besides your food and drinks and I loved the 2 car garage. Also right down the street from all the restaurants and shops in Pensacola.

If you are considering this condo, just do it. It was a bit more money than we wanted to spend, but completely worth every penny. We stay somewhere every spring break and this is by far the best one ever. They provide everything. No need to run out for toilet paper, trash bags, or last minute spices. They have everything!!! The fridge is huge and they also have a separate ice maker. Three balconies. Four rooms and four correlating bathrooms. Tons of space for everyone. We cooked here almost every night with one restaurant experience. We went to peg leg Pete’s and were able to walk. It was delicious. Get the yelp app and put your name on the list before you go. Anyway, back to condo. Garage parking for two. They have sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The only slight “negative” (which could be a problem for some folks) are the stairs. SO many stairs. 28 up to the condo and then 14 more to get upstairs inside the condo. The layout is awesome. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 baths downstairs. Then master with king bed (amazing beach view from balcony) and 4th bedroom with twin beds, plus two bathrooms. Washer and dryer included, with detergent, is all upstairs. The walk to the beach is easy peasy. No roads to cross and it’s pretty private. Sand is white and fluffy and no seaweed! Andrea was so super duper helpful. Best experience ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A very comfortable apartment with two levels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nice. The views of the Gulf were lovely from the balcony and living room. The kitchen was a good size and had anything you would want. It was well furnished and the seven of us enjoyed being there.

The property is beautiful. Exceeded all expectations the property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. Will definitely be staying at this property again.

Loved this condo - very spacious and comfortable. Very convenient location on the beach away from all the traffic - easy to get to restaurants and shops. I can’t wait to book this listing again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was close to beach. We could look out front window and see beach and ocean. It is close to all attractions. Thanks for a great time.

We had 4 generations at this property and loved the layout of this condo! Everything was just as pictured. Except thee gulf view which was much better than pictured! We have visited Pensacola Beach for over 50 years and stayed at beachfront homes and condos. This was the nicest with beautiful decor!

Nice place to stay

We had a great trip. Condo was well stocked. Owner was easy to communicate with and kept me informed!!

Very nice place and had everything you could need for the beach! Kids and family had a blast! A lot of room on beach!

We did a family trip with people flying in from around the country. The condo is 5 mins from the bridge and only about 25 from the airport: grocery store right over the bridge in gulf breeze was easy to get to. The condo itself was perfect for a group of 8. each couple had their own bathroom and a mom and sister had a room that had two beds and it’s own bathroom. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need, plus a dining room table that could seat 10. The beach was right across a boardwalk. A garage that can hold 3 cars was stocked with all of the beach equipment we could want except a canopy, which was only $40 at Walmart in gulf breeze. We had friends camping Im the National seashore and we’re able to drive 15 mins to meet them. If you are looking for a place for multiple couples this is rhe perfect spot.

The condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The kitchen was stocked well and it was nice to have a bathroom with each room. The view from the living room was beautiful. A bonus was having an outdoor shower on the walkover to the beach. The large icemaker was broken during our stay, but there were ice packs for use.

We go on a cruise or a beach vacation every year. So far this was our favorite place to stay.

Short walk to the beach, very clean and nice property. Best deal for size, comfort, and closeness to beach in the area!

We've stayed in several condos on this part of Pensacola Beach, but this was far and away the best. The condo is tastefully decorated, and very family friendly ... large enough for my husband and I + 4 young adult guys to spread out ... we enjoyed the March Madness basketball games on the large TV and comfy pit group! The condo is very well appointed ... nice sheets and towels, pots & pans, cutlery, serving dishes, and a grill. Made it easy to enjoy family style meals. The condo is also ideally located. Close to Peg Legg's for afternoon happy hours, and the pier/boardwalk and grocery/convenience store. Wish we could've experienced the Trolley, but it was great to be within walking distance to fun local spots. The condo community friendly and well maintained. Lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the goings on. The beach is literally just steps away from the condo. Beach chairs and toys are on hand in the covered garage space, and we rented chairs and umbrellas on the best beach days (delivered right to our beach).The property manager Andrea, was very helpful, and responded to text messages promptly ... but honestly we didn't need anything!This condo fit our needs perfectly! I would definitely come back to this unit, and highly recommend it!

Right on the beach and big enough for our family. I loved our long weekend in Florida.

We loved our stay! Super clean and loved the simplicity! Living room and master bedroom have wonderful beach views. Close to Fort Pickens. Beach was nice and not crowded. Perfect size for family of 9! Would definitely consider if we come back to Pensacola!

We enjoyed our stay and loved our view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room. We were steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful experience.

Even during these difficult, it was a wonderful vacation. Owner clearly communicated the changes. And the property was wonderful and we love Pensacola beach

Clean and new! Everything was great and was very close to beach. The grill was not working and Andrea brought us a new one that day!
