We would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing time at West II. The condo is amazing and could not ask for better view, beach access, and amenities. Check in/out was very simple and defined in welcome packet. We'll be back for sure.

Accommodations are great. My granddaughters enjoyed the activities of the beach plus the pools & lazy river. The access to restaurants & grocery stores are good. The condo owners are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable time.

We so enjoyed staying in condo. Plenty of room for everyone and even on balcony. Our hearing reception for phones at night was our only problem but we were able to just text. Overall a good time.

This was our first time at this resort. Resort was everything that was promised. Room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at the Phoenix West II for years. The condo was nice, just as others are. Pillows were flat, towels had seen way better days. No light in fridge, kitchen sink facet was very loose, wobbly. Battery in main tv remote were dead, had to switch them out with another remote. We choose this condo only because it was a Penthouse. Had I of known it WAS NOT a Penthouse, we would not of picked this one only because of the rate, which we paid because the ad stated it was a Penthouse. Sadly, we were misled. Sorta like paying for 1st class but receiving coach with extra leg room. Your condo is a high floor, but it is not a Penthouse. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

When we walked in the door, the smell was not a clean smell as the other properties we had stayed. The heat would knock you down we called the number on the wall and was told if I didn’t get cooler, to call the HOA, but never offered to give us a number to the HOA. We waited after turning the thermostat down, was told not to go under 73, then I messaged the owner through VRBO, she said to trip the breaker, not telling us where the breaker was, and to contact her in the AM if it still didn’t work. She did call around 9:30 AM, I told her it seemed some better, she said if she sent maintenance and they found nothing wrong, then she would send me the bill. This made me feel very uncomfortable, never been told that before so I never contacted her anymore, we just suffered through it. The furniture was dirty, the pictures showed two couches, which we needed but not there. The balcony furniture was old and flaking paint, the black paint got on our clothes. The dryer was filthy, we had to sweep the grit off the floor. The elevator was at least a 20 minute wait both ways and this is not the half of it, many updates needs to be done to this property. I don’t know how this property got the reviews it did, for the price we paid I would give it negative stars. Maybe they can take our money and go to another estate sale to purchase better more comfortable and clean furniture.

This condo was perfect for our family! The room configurations were just what we needed.

Condo was perfect for our family getaway. Everyone had their own space and got to enjoy. Beautiful decor and Beautiful ocean views. Can’t wait to go back!!

We had a great trip! There were 3 families with 6 adults and 5 children, ages 6 years and younger. The condo was a perfect set up for all families to have their own space and it had a big table for family meals! The balcony had a beautiful view and we spent many evenings on it. Patricia and William answered any questions we had quickly! They were wonderful hosts. I would definitely recommend his condo.

Loved the View and the quick access to the Beach. On site amenities were great.

We enjoyed our stay but we would love some sort of grab bar on the shower areas. The age ranges of our folks was 60 and above . 3 of 5 of us have some disabilities and safety is our first priority. Great stay otherwise!

2 families: 4 adults, 2teens, and a kiddo. Plenty of space. Balcony views did not disappoint. Lots of storage. Great communication prior to stay. Thank you for helping g create a Thanksgiving memory we won't soon forget.

There was a problem with the AC unit. I contacted the owner of the property, and she responded immediately. The AC unit was fixed within a matter of an hour. Other than this- a PERFECT stay. I will return this property. You will not regret your stay.

Unit is a good size with 3 BRs and 4Baths. Our group of 6 ladies enjoyed having several showers. The beds were a bit hard and 1 bed was so tall you had to literally climb into it or run and jump. Overall, the unit was nice with well equipped kitchen and wet bar. Sometimes elevator wait times can be long. It seemed like only two of the 6 elevators were working. Everytime we went out on our balcony, we had to deal with cigarette smoke from nearby balconies. There are signs everywhere indicating it is a no smoking building and no smoking is allowed on the balconies. This rule is not enforced. Getting a spot to setup chairs on the beach is challenge. With 32 floors of other ppl also trying to get a spot, you have to get to the beach before 7am to be near the water or you can rent chairs but rental chairs in front of the water are also limited. Love the lazy river. It had a good current with perfect speed and a awesome slide. Indoor pool and hot tubs were nice and the game areas were nice too.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only thing that we had to adjust was when there was only 1 sofa sleeper & not 2 like is shown in the picture. It still slept 12, but it was difficult for us because we need to separate the guys & girls that we had an odd number of. Also, we would recommend providing the guests with more towels, a pair of scissors in the kitchen, & maybe some better/updated kitchen supplies. This is definitely not a "hotel" style of vacationing. It is a condo that you are responsible for everything like washing detergent, toilet paper, paper towles, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, etc... They did provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & two trash bags in the kitchen. It was fine for us because we bought everything else/extra we needed, but I have mainly been used to staying at hotels, not VRBO's. I learned a lot, but had a great time & would recommend this property to others.

This condo is truly beautiful. The views are amazing. We saw dolphins off the balcony within minutes of arriving. The check in process was very easy. Just as other reviews stated the elevators on Saturdays are extremely busy. It took us over an hour to get our things into the condo at arrival. I think if you checked in during the week it would be much easier. The elevators were much better as the week progressed. The condo is large with four bathrooms, which was nice for our larger group. I would say that we were counting on the pull out sofa as a sleeping option but we didn’t use it because it had plastic on the mattress. We used the floor and just the couch. In that case I think it sleeps 10 comfortably. The beach itself is gorgeous and the water is warm with just enough waves for our kids to enjoy jumping into and boogie boarding safely. We did have to go buy boogie boards and sand toys. We left them there as we couldn’t take them. There are beach rentals for chairs and umbrellas. I would suggest renting for multiple days to get the front row as they fill up fast. Overall, it was wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!!!

The condo was great…the lazy river, pools, and amenities were all very nice. The elevators were a big problem on the weekend, especially during check-in and check-out times. We waited an hour two different times to get one. Since we were on the 31st floor, we didn’t have a choice but to wait. Our stay was great overall, but they should have built more elevators. That was the only negative about our stay.
