Amazing view. More beautiful than the photos, did not think that was possible. Great little place for short stay. Will for sure be back

We had a pleasant stay with an amazing view! The view on the balcony and down on the beach was unbeatable! The beach was never crowded & was very quiet and clean. The pull out couch was perfect for our kids and we had enough space for everything. The only thing we had hoped for was an oven. The neighbors constantly slammed their doors, but the unit itself was really good!

Absolutely wonderful little condo! The view each night was everything I wanted and more. We will definitely be back soon. Everywhere is walkable, it was quiet, everyone was respectful.

Nice beachfront location, liked pool and tiki bar, parking was a little tricky, unit was nice but small, one elevator was out of service and lobby still being refurbished. Balcony and gulf view were excellent.

The room was nice. The only downfall is the floors were dirty. I couldn’t walk around barefoot without my feet getting dirty. Other than that it was a nice room with a beautiful view.

Condo was at a great location. Beach was awesome. However the first day the air conditioner broke as well as the key reader to the room . It needed some maintenance and a deep cleaning in the shower . A new set of sheets is needed as corners pulled up all night . A table on the balcony would have been good too, as well as beach chairs . It was expensive to rent them on a daily basis. Pool was by a bar so often very crowded. Not sure we would return .

The condo met our needs very well. It was clean. The view was wonderful. Property manger responded very promptly to a few questions and needs that arose. The main negative for us was the bed was extremely soft so it provided very little support.

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful property and location. The only thing I would recommend is a laundry basket be kept to haul the laundry back and forth.

View was amazing. Liked beach. Pool tiny..not as nice as we are used to overall. Not likely to return. Sorry.

This is an older condo, but love the closeness to the beach. It was warm enough that we could sleep with the door open and hear the waves. It was also within walking distance of just a few restaurants, but too far of a walk to walk to the grocery store and most attractions. Overall, we like the quietness of it and it & that is what we were looking for.

We stayed for Christmas very nice and clean. It was cold the first couple of days but the room had heat. We didn’t smell a musty odor smell until we turned on the air. Bed was very comfortable, tv didn’t work first night but someone came out right away on Christmas Day to fix. I read a review from someone that stayed a week before us that the tv didn’t work so you would have thought it was fixed before our stay. One of the washers in the laundry room leaked water all over and didn’t work but we were refunded by the front desk. The front desk helps with nothing. We wish there were chairs to take to the beach. We were only left with 1 garbage bag for the week and 2 rolls of toilet paper so we did have to buy all of that. That was our only complaint we would def come back just the two of us no kids. I highly recommend the VFW at John’s Pass the best food and you don’t have to be a member! We didn’t rent a car so we took the Island Hopper everywhere we needed to go. It was a nice child free week.

Appeared very clean. Smelled a bit moldy and TV didn’t work. View was perfect and bed was comfortable so we were overall pleased.

Excellent site! We had an issue with getting cable channels on TV and they were extremely receptive via text to try and help us! Location was perfect for us. Room was clean. Laundry facilities were welcome! Beaches were amazing.

We usually stay in the Atlantic side when visiting Florida but wanted to check out the coast. We were looking for a spot right on the beach and found it! Great views, nice balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset. Some items to be aware of: - we wanted to be in Clearwater, this is 30 minutes south of Clearwater - we didn’t rent a car, right across the street you could catch a trolley or bus ($5 a person the whole day) this takes you right up to Clearwater - they also provide free local transportation, they just work on tips, use this for Johnspass area - lots of great shops and restaurants in Johnspass, fun place to go - don’t go to Sloppy Joes! NO - do go to Ricky T’s great bar food and live music - apartment matched the pictures, clean, king size bed, very comfortable - plenty of room for two people, would be tight for 4 - property management company you work with responds quickly - was able to check in early, but got there early and the front desk let us store our bags in store room closet - building is a combo of condos and hotel rooms - pool area is nice, not huge, not much shade but clean and has a bar! - Publix is within walking distance For the price we paid this was a good value, we had breakfast everyday in the condo, so it was easy to cook! Would absolutely stay again, didn’t even rent a car, just used the bus and local transportation. Thanks

Not happy at all! Last day I was there I left my room for 5 minutes an came back to get my sunglasses. and notice door was unlocked I walked in an there was a man standing in my room. He said he was there to delievery towels.. First of all I didn't ask for towels. I lease the room for 4 days and 5 nights did not know that people can enter your room when you are not there. I had no priory warning that someone was going to delievery towels I felt very violated. I expected some privacy when leasing the room. Needless to say I did not stay the last night Thumbs down on the place never will I return

My time at Island Inn was exceptional. The room was bigger than I expected. Plus the view was fantastic. When the cold water "went out", I was provided with plenty of bottled water to use. There are two umbrellas and a "sand screw" that allows for the umbrella shafts to be buried and supported in the sand. A chair was also included. Beach service is available for a reasonable price, but if it rains the attendant leaves and doesn't return. The Tiki Bar was a nice amenity. I hid out from the sun there a couple of times. :-) It was a social place. Within walking distance is Caddy's and Sloppy Joes. I had a blast at Caddy's. Went there for lunch a couple of times. This is the second time I have rented through iTrip and I have not had a bad experience with either rental. Great place, great value.

We needed something last minute and this suited our needs just fine

Location is perfect, beach is on your back door step and the pool is situated perfectly. Love that they have a little Tiki bar at the pool but I didnt like that you couldnt bring a cooler into the pool area. When your traveling with kids as hot as it is, not very convenient that you cant bring snacks or drinks with you. The room was great, bed was comfy, view was spectacular. They did have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with a cooler and a few pool toys for the kids which was nice. We have stayed at this Inn in the past and you really cannot beat the location. Would stay again.

This property was clean, updated with many nice touches, the view from the balcony was exceptional. Liked having a couch to sit on during the day and loved the layout of the room.

Great location and in walking distance to everything you need. As COVID has affected most business, it did take some time for check in so more staff would certainly help.

The property is in a great location for local bars and restaurants, a short walk down the beach to Caddys. You can watch sunsets from the balcony every night. Was great having a bar onsite. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen perfect for our needs.

Overall nice place. Convenient to restaurants. Laid back.

Park you car and forget about it! Walk to local beach bars and restaurants, incl Johns Pass.
