Stay was great , close to the beach and shopping area/food. Ann was quickly to respond with any questions I had . And we got to bring our shih-poo pups also . Would definitely stay there again .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our two teenage daughters and five year old son had a wonderful time! It was our son’s first time to the beach (we adopted him two years ago). He’s a cautious kid, so we weren’t sure how he’d feel about the beach, but he LOVED it and being within walking distance was amazing! Having the available beach chairs made it so easy. The location was great! We went to the beach, on a sunset dolphin catamaran tour, shopping, and to Eden Gardens State Park all within an easy drive. Thank you for thinking of everything, so that our stay was comfortable and relaxing!

Don’t stay anywhere else. Beautiful condo, very clean with a spacious balcony. We spent every morning with the puppy sitting on the balcony. They have thought of everything you will need for your stay. The condo location was near everything. We rented a boat and spent the afternoon at Crab Island, highly recommend doing this. Ann was wonderful to work with. Will definitely return.

We decided to take a spontaneous get away and enjoyed a very clean, well maintained and equipped condo with breathtaking views of the beach from the balcony. The host was responsive and attentive to our questions.

We decided on this condo because of the 5.0 reviews. Cleanliness and updates were top two priorities, and it did not disappoint! Community was super pet friendly and well maintained. Unit is close to elevator/stairs and the crosswalk for the private beach. The tv had a sound bar/surround sound which were very much appreciated on the rainy days! Ann was always quick to respond for our questions and getting our pups approved. It was the perfect off season getaway! Thanks, Ann!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The rental was wonderful, very clean and comfortable furniture. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well stocked with the quality items. We love this location. The condo was very nice and clean. It came equipped with beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas), beach supplies (boogie boards, shovels, extra chairs etc), beach towels, high chair, pack and play! Overall highly recommend this condo. The owner is very nice and helpful as well!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and it did NOT disappoint. When we first visited, the condo had recently been renovated and everything was new and upscale. Fast forward a few years, and it's exactly the same! It is impeccably clean, well-kept, and supplied with all the essentials - and then some! Ann, the owner, could not be nicer, and is attentive to anything you need. She is very responsive to any questions before and during your stay, and she gives great restaurant recommendations! The condo is conveniently located very close to the beach with a great view from the balcony, yet feels very private and is quiet. The furniture is nice and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is convenient to the condo, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Just a short drive to the outlet mall and grocery store. I highly recommend this property. You can't go wrong!

The property was great. Water was wonderful and beautiful. The walk to the beach was not that far. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a family vacation, and our first time in the area. Everthing was great, the room, the location,the water and beach. Will cosider going again when we plan a vacation.

The condo was just as described. It has awesome kitchen and bathroom which is a big thing to me because a lot of the condos have not remodeled but this one has! Seamless check in and out! My teen son said sofa couch was actually comfortable and my little fur baby was welcome. Great view with bigger balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay! Beautiful condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and well stocked with anything you need. Ann thought of everything and was super responsive if something came up! Right across the street from the beach with daily umbrella service which was so nice. The entire community is extremely pet friendly, everyone was stopping to swap dog stories. Both us and our fur babies loved it! Will definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean upon arrival. We had everything we needed. Great location and a water view from the balcony. Short walk to the pool and the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. We had a fantastic time!

Lovely condo, nicely decorated and well-equipped for our purposes. We dined in several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed.The beach is just across the street, private and never very crowded. Furniture is comfortable. The balcony was pleasant, with a small dining area and a view of the gulf. We hope to return.

Everything was perfect here! Clean just like I like it and just the right distance to everything. The heated pool was a perk as well!
