The toilet upstairs is NOT bolted to the floor and rocks from side to side when using it. The back wire door does not have a lock or an inside handle to help close securely. The upstairs wire door also the same as back one. Only one lamp in whole house which needs checking as it flashes on and off and we disconnected it for safety and I had to read, as I do every night, by the light of my mobile then remember to charge it for the next day. The aircon is NOT efficient and needs a thorough check for safety. We did not need to have it on as there was a breeze coming from open windows and doors. The house is NOT clean and needs an industrial cleaner to get stains off carpet in lounge area and the stairs. Downstairs the floor is cement.. Extra things that should be provided is Hair Dryer, bucket for mop, Furniture in BBQ area was unusable due not being clean to use. Washing machine and trough we very rusty on outside ands fridge upstairs was clean inside but dents and marks not cleanable on the outside. The best part of this house is its position opposite beach and the view and that earns the stars that we have given. The owner was very pleasant and introduced himself and is well aware of the upgrades he needs to do in the off season. If he does this he is sitting on a gold mine due to its position. THIS PLACE IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY NOT BEING FULLY FENCED. We wish Richie well in the future. Cheryl and John.

Great location just across the beach. The owner has been great and accomodating for our big groups. House cleanliness can be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property has amazing ocean views from pretty much every window. Beach across the road. Very good value for the money. Owner was helpful when we rang to check the heater. Would recommend to anyone who likes the water.

Amazing property and that view is to die for and the fact we can take the whole family including the dog is what it’s all about

We had a great time, great location with awesome views. The property suited our needs and was well priced. Only area for improvement would be a new BBQ, it was that old and dirty we didn't use it. Will stay again next year for sure.

Tap fell off, shower head won't stay up, light globes blown, doors, windows unable to be opened and even the kettle corroded shut Had to clean the bbq and outdoor furniture, fan doesn't work. Carpets and loungeroom furniture very dirty and table way too small for advertised number of guests, nowhere to sit together. Pretty disappointed, 3 stars based on location and cheaper price than some others but would pay more and stay elsewhere next time, sorry

House was huge. Great for larger family’s and groups. So many bed options. Enough to keep everyone interested. Richie was awesome. Super fast to respond and sorted out any issues.

Our customer really enjoin this beach front house, and have fun a lots.

Revisited the property, more features (Beds, accessories etc.) were added and the house looked much more better and much more cleaner. Owner provided very good customer service to which we liked. Overall the house is very big, very suitable for 2 or more families for a long holiday. Highly recommend the property to everyone.

My parents stayed here while we were down the road. They really liked the place. Big rooms, great view.

Had a great two nights stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the views. The property appears to be part way through renovation, especially the downstairs section. However it is still a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay but it would be better if the cooking facilities and the furniture could be updated.
