The house was perfect for all of our friends. The house is well furnished, and the kitchen well stocked. Debra was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this home.

There were 19 women that stayed on the property and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was better then we could have imagined. There was more than enough space for all of us. Debi was a wonderful host and even catered a breakfast which was amazing. I would highly recommend the Opal House to anyone looking to go to the Nashville area.

What a property! So many beds and bathrooms! The pool is great. We appreciated the welcome with cookies, the helpful notes around the house, the shampoo and body wash in the showers, a well stocked kitchen (spices and tools) , and great service. A storm went through while we were downtown and the power went out. They had a generator going before we returned. Very impressed.

Our group came down for a baseball tournament, The Greater Midwest Baseball World series. It was hot so having the pool was amazing for the kids. Even had the entire team and families over for a cookout with some Hattie B’s chicken. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Debi and Brad were fantastic hosts!

Wow, beyond our expectations! We had a wonderful stay - the house was perfect for all ages, a great place to call ‘home’ during our multiple generational vacation. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor living spaces and Debi’s hospitality and catering is top notch - nothing quite compares. We look forward to returning!

We loved everything about this property! My friends and I found ourselves saying "they've thought of everything" on a daily basis. Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large gathering (we were 17). Comfortable beyond our dreams. Honestly, I can't think of anything but positive things to say. Book it and have a ball!

Best house that we’ve stayed at!!! Four families of 8 adults with 5 children and we had plenty of space and privacy! The house is beautifully decorated, Debi had also left us delicious cookies. Definitely plan on coming back!

We traveled to Nashville area for a trip with family and friends to celebrate an anniversary, engagement, birthdays and retirement. We wanted to stay close to, but not right in the city. We were so happy we did! The city is great but this house was amazing! The number of beds and baths, the huge kitchen and dining area, the outdoor deck area with multiple tables and chairs and especially the amazing pool and hot tub made our time so enjoyable. Debi is a super awesome host and was available to answer all our questions immediately. I would love to visit again and would choose this property every time!

This property is beautiful inside and out. The inside is carefully curated with beautiful, unique pieces. Every space is different with its own beauty. I felt like I was in a boutique hotel or B&B! The hosts are WONDERFUL! Turns out Debi is a wonderful caterer as well so you have that bonus option. Power went out briefly during our stay - no worries, because they have a backup generator! Everything you need is there for the kitchen, pool, etc. - no need to overpack! My guests and I loved this experience and would definitely recommend to anyone!

So appreciated. The pool was wonderful, especially our 2 year old granddaughter who was the Flower Girl in the wedding we were down here celebrating! RENT THIS AMAZING HOME!! It was the perfect home for a bachelorette weekend. There was 13 of us & it was so comfortable, clean, absolutely gorgeous and spacious enough to fit everyone easily. They thought of every little detail, seriously, down to the soaps and kitchen tools, the pools and hot tub, I mean every single thing was PERFECT! The owners are so nice and communicative. We can’t wait to go back again with another group because it truly felt like home away from home!!! Don’t look any further, book this home, you won’t regret it!

I had 10 family members stay at the home. It was one of the more clean vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. The owner/property manager was awesome and easy to communicate with. All of our family needs were satisfied and then some. We would highly recommend this home to other friends and family looking to stay in the area! This kids loved the heated pool and hot tub.

Overall this place is gorgeous, I was super happy with it! But the communication from host was very stressful and she made it very difficult to work with her. I also left a brand new hanger that said Mrs McCarthy on it I was going to use for my wedding day that I brought for my outfits for my bachelorette, I know exactly where I left it. She stated it was not there and was not very helpful. I know it was left there and now I lost something that was very special to me. Overall this would have been a 5/5 rating, but how she spoke to me at times and how stressful she made this experience I am not able to give them a high rating.

We had a Thanksgiving get together with family. The house was perfect in terms of proximity to the airport and to Nashville. Debi was an excellent host and very responsive. The house itself is very tastefully done and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling with a large group visiting Nashville. I only wish we visited this in summer to make use of the pool/deck area that looked so inviting even when it was in the 30s outside:) Overall, great stay!

Stayed at The Opal House for my Bachelorette party. Perfect for a group of 30-somethings who are more interested in fun, comfortable, beautiful accommodations than staying in the middle of the nightlife. Debi was lovely, easy to communicate with, and let us feel like we were in our own little world. Pool and hot tub were a HUGE plus. Would gladly come back!

The old adage "you get what you pay for" is almost always true. In this case, it felt like we got more than we paid for. From the moment we walked through the door we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the thoughtfulness of the owners. We were greeted with a plate of some of the best cookies we've ever had. The home was impeccably clean and eclectically beautiful. There is plenty of space for large groups to eat, be entertained, and to spread out and not feel on top of one another. The pool, hot tub, and backyard are well maintained and there's plenty of comfortable seating and shade. There are also tons of great pool toys, a huge propane grill, and a herd of deer that hangout all over the property. The location of the home is nicely secluded but close to town. The kitchen is maybe the best stocked kitchen out of the 40 or so rentals we've stayed at over the last 15 years. There are plenty of dishes, plenty of coffee, plenty of seasonings, two fridges, two coffee makers, and ample amounts of anything else you may need like towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets throughout the house. You will not find a better rental experience and I would gladly stay here again. 5 stars across the board!
