This property was perfect for a girls weekend away. The cabin is beautiful and we loved watching the snow come down outside the large living room windows. The kitchen was well stocked, and the fireplace was mesmerizing.

Had a great time. Home is beautiful. Needs a few repairs and changes. Stayed there for 4 nights 5 days with 8 adults 2 kids and they only had 2 tiny hotel bars of soap. Grandson got huge sliver 1.5” in his toe from the deck needs to be refinished. Bottom drawer on stove is broken and upstairs shower/tub needs to be unclogged. Other than those minor things I would recommend this rental.

Great location, plenty of parking, and clean home . Fully stocked kitchen with pans and utensils was a big bonus! Only 5 mins from the marina. Cons however, upon arrival guests said the basement smelt like smoke. The AC was unable to keep the main floor and upstairs at a comfortable cool temperate it was pretty warm. The ad advertised and showed pictures of a gas grill, our group planned several meals around having access to that however there was no grill which was a HUGE bummer. Overall not a bad place to stay for our first time! But this could use some improvement!

We had a good time. The wide angled pics of the cabin made it appear larger than it was and also the outside pics are very old. We assume we would be more isolated with grass to play on outside. That is not the case. Overall it is a nice place. Needs updated accurate pictures. The add also mentioned a outdoor BBQ grill that we were planning on. There wasn’t one.

The cabin itself is very spaciouse and in a gorgeous area. The cabin is close to the marina and the views are amazing. However, the listing is outdated and needs to be updated. The grounds are not super well maintained. The yard is very overgrown with alot of weeds, stickers, dead grass and hornets around the house so if you have little ones playing outside they need to be careful. The biggest misconception about the listing is that in the information access to a grill is listed and seen in pictures along with the garage in pictures so the conception is you will have access to a grill and garage which is not the case. We had brought up a lot of meat to grill being that we stayed 6 nights for planned dinners. We also brought up a kayaks and bikes to store in the garage. When we called to get the access code for the garage being that we assumed the grill was in it we spoke to management and we were told the grill was indeed in the garage but we had no access to the garage. That needs to be listed. We ended up needing to buy a grill so we could grill our meat. We needed to leave our Kayaks and bikes out on the deck. This was frustrating, costly and worrisome for us. I would just hope that the listing will be updated so people know what they are indeed in store for and have a better idea of what they spent there money on.

This cabin worked great for our family vacation, close to the water and beautiful views.

Absolutely loved this property. We had everything we needed and the cabin was so beautiful. Garden City was so friendly and we loved having access to the the Harbor Village pool and tennis courts. Loved the voucher to Epic Rentals. They took great care of us when we rented a sea doo, water tramp, kayak and paddle board. Loved the ice maker in the fridge and the dish satellite TV too. Beds were extremely comfortable and we had so much room for everyone (8 adults and three babies) Appreciated the pack and play in the downstairs closet. We will definitely rent this property again. Very beautiful!!

We loved the "Rustic Cabin"! It was the perfect place for our stay at Bear Lake. The location was terrific, the ambiance of the cabin was terrific, the lake views were terrific. Our family loved it!

This was a beautiful property. Everything went well for our visit. My only “complaint” would be that stating it can fit 20 people is a stretch. We were pretty tight at 15. The living area/kitchen was crowded when we cooked our meals, and there isn’t a big table inside. The bbq on the deck is very small and cheap, so it took us a while to cook our meat for our dinner. Definitely not a bbq for a house that can fit 20 people. We did enjoy our stay and eating our meals overlooking the lake.

The cabin was well stocked will any kitchen gadget or pan that you needed. Air conditioning worked great. Good location.

I tried multiple times to communicate with the property managers before our trip and no one emailed me, called me, or texted me back after multiple attempts. Still since trip we still haven’t been in contact with any property manager. We ended up bringing everything possible for cooking and such as we didn’t know what was available in the home. A lot was already in home. Wished the home was a bit more cleaned before getting there (cleaning people told us they were only cleaning for 2 hours before we arrived...how is it possible to get a deep clean/COVID clean for an entire home in just that small amount of time?) it would be nice to know that a pack n play is already at location and that there are no curtains in upstairs bedroom so at 12:30am every night you’re woken up by how bright the moon shines down on your face. Also, you aren’t supposed to change the thermostat to go below 70 degrees which was hard some hot nights. Otherwise, no other complaints; house was in a great location, great amenities with access to neighborhood pool, just a 10 min walk to the marina, great overlook onto the lake! Neighborhood was nice and Judy down the street from eateries and such. Note: there is no WiFi in this home and bad reception inside. Would definitely come back and stay here for sure as all our needs were pretty much met!

What a wonderful cabin to stay at - beautiful views and very accommodating. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. We want to thank the owners for everything. The only suggestion is maybe to invest in a new grill. Everything else is wonderful. Thank you so much.

This cabin has a wonderful vibe. All upgrades were noticed and appreciated. Well maintained and clean. Great for our family of 14. Plenty of private and open spaces. Kitchen was well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. Be aware that the room with the bunk beds (on the top floor) doesn't have any window coverings, so it gets nice and bright at the crack of dawn! There were plenty of towels, blankets, and most kitchen utensils/ cookware, etc. but there were only a few forks- not even enough for the 15 of us to have one at a meal. Our family likes to play games together so we brought up the small card table from downstairs and made that work, though a larger folding table would have been ideal. Other than those few minor things we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again in the future!

Great location, very clean, they had everything we needed. very specious and confortable. We would love going back!

We loved the place. Plenty of room. With the extra beds you can sleep 12 in beds. The road to get up to the cabin was a little steep and our front wheel drive van couldn’t make it up, so we had to walk from the parking lot below because of the snow. Would recommend 4 wheel drive if renting during the winter. Basement is a bit colder but the other rooms were plenty warm. I wish they had a bigger dinner table.

We had a good time. There were two families and the kids loved the whole upstairs to themselves. We'd stay here again, for sure.

Our party of 20 had a fantastic time in this cabin home! It had everything we needed. It was easy to drive to the marked down the road, but it was nice that it felt a little away from the hassle and bustle of our home town. I would like to rent Marina View again next time we visit. It deserves 5 stars!

The house for the most part was great! Beautiful wood!!! Beautiful area, and quiet neighborhood. FABULOUS views, nice and close to great beaches, and it had almost everything that we needed for our stay. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't eating area inside the house - the weather was great for eating outside at the 2 picnic tables - however the bees were TERRIBLE... not the worst thing though... The downstairs was SO COLD I had to wear a sweatshirt and socks all the time down there - and no matter what we did, turn off AC, shutting vents, all but turning on the heater - it was FREEZING - and very hard to sleep because I was so cold... I was really shocked to not have access to the pool - we have very young grandkids that came, and I was hoping for access to the pool in the pictures - and no card, no info in the binder at the house, and the pool in the area had a tarp over it and appeared to be closed... so I was very disappointed with that - I also emailed to find out about it... and never got a reply. The only other small criticism is that most of the windows don't have coverings on them - upstairs was VERY BRIGHT in the morning, and on the main floor most of the kitchen windows there is no way to block the sun, or have it private once it was nighttime.
