Comfortable property. Balcony gets sun all day. Great location Confortable beds and sofas. Good kitchen and shower facilities. TV allows sign in to Netflix

No power sockets in 1 bedroom, but Anna was kind enough to bring an extension cable to run a fan as it was so hot for time of year No aircon, but is advertised without aircon, so cant complain

It was clean and comfortable. The location is great and excellent value for money.

The only thing stopping me from giving it 10 out of 10 would be the addition of a safe to keep valuables like passports for extra security.

Perfect location right next to the biosphere shopping centre, lovely comfy apartment with everything you would expect in a holiday home and even has bonus sea views off the balcony. It is just off quite a steep hill but luckily it’s not too far up so could be worse. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing everything Perfect

The apartment was fine, clean, and well equipped. It is located in a narrow cul-de-sac with limited parking. Further parking is available (but not always possible) nearby. Otherwise there is a large rough ground car park not too far. The property is near the old town, but there is a steep hill which could be a problem for some people.

I love this apartment it is the perfect location right in front of the comercial centre and there is a great view of the sea, the owner is lovely anything you need she is available Highly recommend

The location was perfect, close enough to everything but very quiet at night so you could sleep well. Anna was lovely, she met us to hand over the keys, gave us a few tips on where to try for meals etc. We could message her anytime if we needed anything. The apartment had everything we needed, from washing machine to stove top espresso percolator and beach towels were available on request.

- The location was fantastic, a few minutes away from Playa Chica - The flat was very clean, and very quiet - The host was helpful, and flexible on the arrival day - The terrace is extremely nice, and it's a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner - Several nice restaurants within walking distance, such as Nostres3, a small Italian restaurant down the street

The description states that the flat has 2 separate bedrooms, but the owner closed one of the bedrooms based on the fact that "the reservation was not for 3 or 4 people". While this was not an issue in this instance, beware that a booking for 1-2 people will **not** give you 2 bedrooms, despite what the listing says.

The apartment was close to the beach. It was clean and she provided basic toiletries, that was a great help along with tea bags etc. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The welcome and Information given to us was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Location of the apartment for access to shops restaurants etc was very good.

It is not a dislike. We have a very large bed at home and therefore the bed was a little small for us but it was fine for our short stay.

The host was on time helpful and friendly lovely apartment right next to the shopping mall 10 minutes walk to beach perfect location and very cozy
