Very nice 3 bedroom duplex with good view of city and convenient location.

The house is just what we needed - spacious, well-equipped, and located in a nice spot.

This was a lovely place to stay with family. There were three rooms, making it perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with tools to cook or bbq, and there is a nice patio out back. The AC kept the temperature very comfortable. We found the location perfect for getting to the river for a walk or going to various wineries in the area.

Everything was to a complete satisfaction. Thank you for your lovely home.

We (2 couples) stayed 5 days in Yakima and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. This townhouse is in a great location to easily access so many things. Dale and Debbie were great hosts with excellent communication!

Clean, comfortable beds with lots of open space. We didn’t use kitchen much but it was well appointed. Quiet neighborhood and we loved having a washer dryer in the house. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Nice location to have a great time in Yakima. Owners did a great job of having house in gear shape with everything needed.

We’re a group of ladies from different places in WA, who met through Tom Petty’s music, and get together for cover bands now that he’s gone and Mainly to catch on our very valued friendship. It was 18 months this time due to Pandemic! This home was perfect, clean, large, well equipped and exactly what this group of TPATH gals needed. Thank you Dale and Sloan!

I was lucky that when I needed a place to stay rather suddenly, 808 had the 2 nights I needed available. It is very well laid out, updated and so very clean. I wasn't there long enough to know for sure but it seemed to be stocked with everything a person could need, I was happy to see a small counter set up with sanitizing materials and suggestions for lowering the risk of Covid-19. There was ample wonderfully luxurious bedding and towels. There is a nice patio and terraced yard in the back with table, chairs, umbrella and large barbecue that was pleasant even when it was very hot outside, maybe because the duplex is built into a steep hillside, A tip: don't try to unload your car from the steep driveway and concrete steps. Park. Go inside, grab the garage remote and park your car inside the garage, You'll be on flat ground and only have to go up 6 normal steps to the entry hall.
