Nous avons bien été accueillit dans la villa Tobyn a respecter notre intimités tout était impeccable Si je devrais dire un petit point cest que la piscine nest pas adapter au personnes âgées car les escaliers ne sont pas très stables . Sinon tout était top

Casa en zona rural, en la que encontraras todo lo que describe el anuncio y mucho más! Mesa de ping-pong, hockey, mini pool, juguetes para niños, TV por cable, peliculas, consola de videojuegos y videojuegos, piscina, vistas increíbles, posibilidad de bicicletas, patinetes, hasta un pequeño telescopio! Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, está muy bien equipada. En verano hace mucho calor en la zona, en la casa hay ventiladores y corre la brisa pero hubo momentos en que solo en la piscina estábamos a gusto (muy a gusto ;) ). El acceso es por un camino de tierra, realmente es imprescindible tener un coche para llegar y para moverse por la zona, que tiene muchas cosas chulas para hacer. La comunicación siempre apropiada (en inglés). Recomendable 100%, volvería sin duda!

Si lo que se esta buscando es tranquilidad es un sitio ideal. La casa ofrece todas las comodidades para un par de familias con niños. Unas vistas maravillosas al pantano.

We really enjoyed the villa, it's in a great rural location with stunning views. It was well equipped with lots of nice outdoor seating and great for children with lots of toys etc. David the key holder was very helpful too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed at La Peruela in August 2018 for two weeks. The villa is everything you might imagine from the pictures and videos and more. After two wonderful weeks, our family were very sad to leave! The villa is well furnished with everything you need to either have a fantastically-located base within the Andalucia region (e.g. Granada a simple day trip away), or a relaxing retreat with everything you need on site, and just a short drive down to the coast. With all the facilities provided at the villa, even entertainment-demanding children are well-catered for, and contact and services from the owner were great throughout the process and stay (especial thanks to neighbour David for co-ordinating on arrival and being on hand during the stay!). I would thoroughly recommend a stay at La Peruela for anyone looking to stay with a family in the region just a little away from the bustle of the coastal resorts.

We had a great holiday. The house was comfortable for the 9 of us. Fortunately we were able to fix the pool, which had a leak, so we were able to have a great time in the water too! The property is great for the price we paid. The description on the website was really accurate and we were not disappointed at all. The house was clean and we had great contact with the owner who really quickly answered a couple of questions we had. I would recommend this property. We ate out at a restaurant in Los Romanos called El Charco and the food was good with a local touch and view was spectacular.

What an amazing holiday we have just had. The description and directions were very accurate. The villa is lovely, spacious and extremely comfortable, it has everything you need and can accommodate up to 10 people. Everything in the villa is clean and well looked after. There is WIFI, TV and films available. Downstairs has a pool table and table tennis table. The views are breath taking, especially from the roof. There are plenty of outside areas to sit and dine, we used the roof most evenings. The area is great for walking and plenty of wildlife to see (we saw a booted eagle) There are lots of local villages and towns within a short drive to visit and explore. We especially liked La Vinuela, Riogordo and Alcaucin. The nearest beach Torre Del Mar is only about 30 minutes away which has a large assortment of shops, restaurants etc. Other places we visited were Alhambra in Granada (you have to pre book) its absolutely stunning. Ronda is well worth seeing, it has the most spectacular views. Also Nerja and Friglianna are vibrant places to visit. Tobyn was extremely helpful from the first enquiry. The detailed literature was very informative. We would definitely recommend this villa and hopefully be able to return in the future

Excellent family villa with all you need to get away from it all. Its down the end of a little track nestled amongst the hills where there are loads of olive groves. The view is stunning across the lake with the Sierra Nevada in the distance. A short drive to the supermarkets on the edge of Malaga, which is a very nice town with lots of art galleries and cafes, (Pablo Picasso was born here!), and along the coast there's loads of excellent beaches, (Nerja being our favourite). Nearby there are the amazing caves of Nerja, the largest limestone cave system in Europe which is an absolute must-see! The villa was well prepared and tidy and loads of patios and balconies.. Will definitely come back!

Had a wonderful time, the villa is amazing, with wonderful views and well placed for visiting all the beautiful mountain-top villages in the region. It's only a short rod trip down to the coast where the beaches at Nerja were great fun for the family with amazing Paella in the beach bars was fabulous. We had a great day out one rainy day in the Caves of Nerja which were cathedral -like and beautiful. The house was clean and tidy and amazing views from all rooms. Definitely will come back!

From the moment I decided tho make the booking it felt right. Tobyn was incredibly helpful and even on arrival i was met by a super helpful representative to make sure everything was ok. The villa was stunning, inside and out it exceeded my expectations and hopes by a mile. The interior was spacious, cool and beautifully decorated. The perfect mix of traditional design with all modern comforts. Outside the house was just amazing. From cool evening drinks on the rooftops to hot days baking next to the pool, i couldn't find fault. It is near a beautiful beach and seaside town, or quiet lakes for walks, and in the next village a bakery turns out delicious home cooked loaves. I would recommend it to everyone. Wether you are a single escapest, a couple or a lively family this place has it all. A healthy 5 stars
