Great large house with plenty of elbow room and beautiful views of the lake. Host was easy to deal with on 2 minor issues we had and took care of them in a timely manner. We had 9 adults and 2 kids and and it was a perfect getaway for our family.

John allowed us early access which was great but there was a large amount of linens towels and comforters onthe floor that we ended up washing. The yard was over grown but he allowed us to move the fire pit so it worked out. The house is great and the dock is amazing.

The property was a perfect size and in a fantastic location. John the property manager was very attentive the entire time. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing!

We attended a charity event on the lake. John was excellent to deal with. Very pleasant stay. The home and location are beautiful. We wished that we had more than a weekend to spend. Didn't want to leave.

We had an amazing time at the house. The house was clean and able to fit so many people. The dock was perfect for the boat we rented. Overall was a great time, we will be booking again!

We had a great time, the house and view was beautiful! It's quiet where we stayed, which was nice to get away. It's also about 40 minutes from the popular Lake George area.

The location is fantastic and the house comfortably fit 10 people (2 couples and 8 singles). John, the host, was very reachable and responded to any inquiries very quickly. The house was clean and spacious. There isn't much yard space (a compromise for the steep rise of the property which allowed for a beautiful lake view) but there is a small side yard just big enough for the 10 of us to squeeze around the fire pit and room on the driveway for cornhole. We easily fit 7 cars in the driveway as well. The road itself made for some very scenic biking, walking and early morning runnning. It does get very hot on the upper level of the house in the summer and there is limited privacy as one set of bunks is in an open loft, and others are behind glass doors. The bathrooms either have french doors with shear curtains or a louver door. The doors are very aestheticly pleasing but don't leave much to the imagination. It's easy to manage around these things though and access to the lake makes everything worth it. The water was cool but very swimmable, clean, and calm. We brought our own inflatable kayaks and floats so the kayak launch and ability to tether floats to the dock made for incredibly fun lake days - we had a blast!

The house is beautiful with an amazing view of Sacandaga Lake. The new dock was enjoyable and gave us a place to relax, as the lake level was high from the July rain. John was responsive to our questions and made sure everything was going well. Overall, it was a great stay!

We had the BEST time. home was well equipped for a large group, communications with owner were easy, prompt and helpful. Location was terrific to allow for different ages to find activities. Lake was perfect!

The house was very nice and well suited for a large group. We went on a hike on the Hadley mountain and swam in the lake even though it was a bit cold while we were there. The view from the balconies was really nice and the lake was beautiful. Overall had a great time!

We had an amazing stay on this property. The house was clean and can accommodate a lot of people. My family usually do a big gathering during the holidays and we were all able to sleep comfortably. The lake view from the house is AMAZING! we loved waking up to the beautiful view. This area doesn't really have strong reception for phones but house has great wifi! some of our family member had to work online and even though all of us are on wifi , it was still fast for everyone. We had such amazing time on this location. We went during winter and the lake was frozen! we think there will be more activities here during summer but there's a ski mountain just 30-40 mins away from the house. Definitely recommend staying here. John response quickly too which is a great plus!

Although we were only a small group, this 3 story A-frame can easily accommodate a big group with breathing room.The view of Lake Sacandaga from the outdoor decks is lovely, a good location to watch the sunsets and see the stars.The house is located an easy drive from cute Northville, NY with grocery, gas and a few nice dining options and, also, within easy reach of Lake George. Beautiful day hikes are also accessible with in a short, easy drive. I highly recommend Tenant Falls and Buttermilk for easy to moderate hikes with waterfalls.The beds in the house all have new, very comfortable mattresses and the kitchen has most everything a cook will need.Although there is no cell service in this entire region of the Adirondacks this home has a good internet connection with a backup generator.The owner was always available to answer questions and was amazingly fast with his responses. Our time on the lake was beautiful, calming and rejuvenating.

Needed a place last minute because of sewer problem with another vrbo. Owner was amazingly responsive and helpful. House was perfect for us and super clean and well appointed. 5/5

We were here on memorial day weekend and again labor day weekend in this crazy 2020 year. Both times were perfect. Such a nice get away, made everything feel like it was back to normal. House was clean and beautiful just like last time. The water on the lake was receeded about 15 feet which gave us a little beach area. We got to see the ring of fire on the lake which was incredible. Over all amazing stay, place, and host. Cannot wait to get back there again soon!!!
