Beautifully decorated condo! We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular sunrise and sunset views from this spacious end unit. My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at this perfectly located condo. Spectacular views of sunrise and sunset! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Cheryl was a very helpful and gracious host. Looking forward to another stay!

Walk to downtown! Super clean and well appointed condo. End unit so you get ocean views from all rooms. Lots of light. Washer and dryer in condo. Grounds are immaculate with great pool and right on the beach. Garage for one car with lots of extra parking for additional cars. Bikes and beach chairs, beach towels all provided. I'll be back !!!

The condo was great with spectacular views! We not only were ocean front with the views of the ocean and beach but also sunset views. Condo was very nicely furnished and having a washer and dryer made it even better! Will definitely book again!

The condo is so nicely decorated and has everything you need. The grounds are well maintained. The owner was great to work with. The location and view are perfect. We enjoyed the bikes, beach chairs, shuffleboard, and beach towels/toys! Already planning to return!

We have stayed in lots fo Vrbo properties this one was outstanding, the views of the ocean is great not to mention the sunrises from the patio and sunset from the dining area. The owner was very nice and helped with any questions. The place was clean, well equipped to make you feel like your at home. The 3 week stay was well worth it. Flagler Ave where the shops and restaurants are, is just 4 blocks away.

We have stayed in lots fo Vrbo properties this one was outstanding, the views of the ocean is great not to mention the sunrises from the patio and sunset from the dining area. The owner was very nice and helped with any questions. The place was clean, well equipped to make you feel like your at home. The 3 week stay was well worth it. Flagler Ave where the shops and restaurants are, is just 4 blocks away.

My husband and I had a great week here. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-stocked, and is located within walking distance of many delicious meals and libations. And there are lots of stores to shop in as well. :-) Cheryl is very easy to talk to and she and her team have done an excellent job in providing the perfect place to have fun at the beach.

We loved that the bikes were included and we used them every single day to ride to the jetty, fishing pier, dog park, lighthouse, and to see the surfers and dolphins. We appreciated the washer and dryer too. We enjoyed a daily match of shuffleboard, and used the nice beach chairs...we even used the cooler. The condo has fans! We are used to sleeping with a fan so that was appreciated. Tan lotions, aloe lotions, q-tips, body wash, shampoo...thus place is nicely stocked! We will be back! Thank you!!

NSB Family Vacation - 2021
We were comfortable from the moment we arrived. The condo was beautiful and the picturesque sunrises were fantastic!!! Cheryl and Greg thought of everything...aside from well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and baths they have bicycles, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, plenty of beach towels and so much more.

Incredible vacay!
We loved our time in New Smyrna! The property was amazing and we plan to come back every summer! The experience was top notch, location is perfect, property manager was easy to access, and the VIEW is breathtaking. Can't wait till next summer!!!!!

The building was beautiful the condo unit was even nicer. We have been to New Smyrna 7 of the last 8 years and this is one of the best condos we have ever rented. Cheryl was great to work with, very responsive. Condo provided great beach bags, towels, chairs, bikes, etc. The view from the unit was breath taking and we looked forward to sitting on the patio each morning and watching the beautiful sunrise. I would highly recommend this unit to all of my friends and family.

Excellent Condo, Great Owner
The building was beautiful the condo unit was even nicer. We have been to New Smyrna 7 of the last 8 years and this is one of the best condos we have ever rented. Cheryl was great to work with, very responsive. Condo provided great beach bags, towels, chairs, bikes, etc. The view from the unit was breath taking and we looked forward to sitting on the patio each morning and watching the beautiful sunrise. I would highly recommend this unit to all of my friends and family.

Ideal Vacation Abode!
This was such a wonderful VRBO property! From the time of booking through our departure, my husband and I found this property and Cheryl to be a dream! Everything was easy to access, easy to get to. The pool was fantastic, plenty of seating and space in the pool for many families. The beach was great! A little busy on the weekends, but you know to expect that. We rode bikes around the area, even across the causeway to the Taco Shack, so fun! We are very excited to go back to NSB and will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation
The condo was absolutely perfect! Perfectly decorated, perfectly cleaned, perfect location, perfect views, perfect size and accurately described. 5 minute to Flagler Avenue. Beach views throughout the condo. Close to everything. The pool and beach were absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back! Very happy with everything!
