The cabin was everything and more that we could have ever dreamed of. It was so beautiful and Estes Park was a beautiful place to be in! We enjoyed the scenery and loved the local restaurants and visiting downtown. Overall, we are so happy with our stay and experience and we are looking forward to coming to Estes Park and Aspen Brook again! Thank you for the wonderful experience and memories! 💜

We what a wonderful stay at the Kyle cabin. The condo was spacious and very well maintained. The location was great, just far enough outside of downtown Estes Park to be peaceful but with easy access to everything. Kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and it’s clear the property managers had given thought to the little things to make the stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well-appointed property. We used it as a home base while we explored Rocky Mountain National Park for a couple days, and it was perfect - plenty of sleeping room, a good sized dining room table, and a convenient location. The living room isn't huge, but it comfortably sat 5 adults, and besides - you'll likely be spending more time out than in!

We so enjoyed having all our family together for a few days of relaxation. The house had everything we needed and to be able to sit on the deck, look out at the trees and hear the river was priceless.

Stayed for fathers 75th birthday and we had blast. Enough room for entire family. Greatest perk was the ability to have a ping pong tournament

We were very excited to stay in Estes Park near the Rocky Mtn National Park. So the location was perfect! The place was very clean and well stocked. We loved the neighborhood, it has a stream running in front of it and you can hear it from deck and inside when windows are open. Tamara, our host, was spectacular w/ suggestions for the area!! I cannot recommend this place enough!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kyle Cabin. It was very comfortable and clean. We had all the linens, dishes, paper products, etc. that we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were either ceiling fans or floor fans for each bedroom (which I really appreciated having, in addition to the A/C, which also worked well for us). The property manager was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property for your vacation stay!

We have never stayed at a property that had as good of stocked kitchen as this house. We do a family trip with kids and grandkids every year and so we cook a lot of our meals. This place had anything you wanted as for as cooking goes. The layout was great as you had three floors of sleeping arrangements which worked great for grandparent, kids, and grandparents. Would not hesitate to rent this location in the future or highly recommend it to others.

Unfortunately we were unable to utilize all of the home - since my son's family of 5 were unable come due to covid19 just prior to our scheduled arrival (they were going to be the key part of our vacation in Estes Park) The 3 adults were quite pleased with the home and including the appliances, kitchen utensils, spices etc. When returning to the home a deer was eating a bushes leaves about 6' from the garage and we watched from our car for several minutes which was about 2' from the deer.

This was the cleanest rental I have ever gotten It was extremely comfortable and perfect for my family of 7 and parents. It had incredible access to hiking trails and was close enough up to all of the main points points of interest. But far enough that you felt like you were in the woods. We loved listening to the river at night. I would suggest this cabin to anyone visiting Estes!

We’ve stayed in a few Aspen Brook properties and have loved them both! Super clean, sweet and thoughtful places to spend your vacation!

We stayed for 5 days with our adult kids. The house was very roomy for adults, 3 levels. All furniture, linens, kitchen items were very nice We felt right at home and will definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful home base for our family vacation to Estes Park.

This was our second stay at Kyle House and we will be back! The house is fully stocked and so comfortable. Kids love the ping pong table. Close to town and RMNP, but I love how it feels like you are in a cabin in the woods.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Kyle home. The home was beautiful and very well supplied with everything we needed. We were perfectly located to the YMCA, Estes Park and RMNP. I appreciated the manager's phone visits prior to our stay answering all of my questions. Thank you and we hope to come back soon!!

The kitchen/weber grill were perfect for cooking family meals and the ping pong table was great after exploring the park all day. The cabin is very convenient to the park entrance and away from the hustle/bustle of Estes park (but only a few minutes drive).

We felt the papergoods were too sparsely rationed, no paper napkins were provided and the toilet paper and paper towel supply left for us ran out after 3 days.

We were disappointed that there was NOT a pool table as it shows in the description and photos as that was one of the key selling points on why we chose to stay here. Also, be aware that the ping pong table is in the unheated garage. And the drive is very narrow and steep; if you're coming when it's snowy or muddy you probably won't make it up to the cabin without 4-wheel drive.All in all, our stay was good and we enjoyed our time in Estes Park.
