Juliette is very friendly and responsive to our request during our stay. The studios are in a residential building with friendly neighbors. The rooms are very clean. The kitchen in the room is well equipped (but without a dishwasher). What I feel missing is a small safe in the room for the guests to lock their important documents and belongings when they are out visiting the city. Supper market "E.Leclerc" is right below the building, open from 8:30am to 09:00pm. Only 2 mins walk from the studio to Metro line 7 station "Le Kremlin Bicetre". It takes about 25 mins to the Musee du Louvre. Parking lot in locked area is available (upon reservation) without additional cost. The rooms are at the top of the building (10th floor) with perfect view to the city at the balcony .

The studio was easily accessible, and all doors were entry via code in which Juliette provided within 24 hours before via the communication choice of my request (which was WhatsApp) I requested a car parking space in advance which was reserved for me free of charge and the communication with Juliette was fantastic. The studio was exceptionally clean and very well decorated, with everything you could possibly need. The area was full of restaurants, so we were never short of places to eat and the metro was just a short 2 min walk down the road, making commuting around the city very easy! I would 1000% stay here again and would most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay within a close proximity of Paris!

There isn't anything bad I can say about this apartment in the slightest. The only thing that may bother some people and that is that it is above quite a busy road during the rush hour period. However, you could only really hear this from the balcony itself, once the doors were shut, it muted the sound out very well!! For us, the noise was not an issue at all as we were happy sitting there looking out at the beautiful view that the studio provided us. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

I loved everything about the property, from the cleanliness, attention to details, privacy, safety, and beautiful modern cozy design. The Metro is 2min walk and I felt safe even when walking alone at night. There are many restaurant and groceries and pharmacy around so everything one can need! Juliette is an amazing host, very responsive, very accommodating and most of all highly respects her guests privacy which I loved!

Very clean and modern apartement. Attention to detail. The host is very friendly and helpful. Very good value for such an expensive city. The metro is near and it takes approx 30 minutes to get to the eiffel tower.

The location was absolutely great. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. It is the second time we have stayed here and feel very at home. Juliette the host is 1st class. Will definitely use again.

location was good, easy with public transport

DON’T park your car here. Cara with a width of more than 2 meters will NOT fit. The parking entrance is too small and you CAN’T make the turn and we were literally stuck. The host asked the car details but didn’t warn us and we damaged our car. This is something that should be mentioned in the advert before you make the booking! The reason why I booked this place is because of the parking possibilities! even with a smaller car, the entrance is very very tight. The host didn’t cover the costs and she told us she doesn’t have insurance, so we are basically screwed. We received €45(?) back on the booking which is a joke, but that’s obviously not even close to costs we have for repairing the car.

The interior design of this small apt is highly efficient and beautiful. The host is incredibly helpfull and friendly.

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is not the best, if you'd like to go out and feel the spirit of Paris you have to take the metro and this is uncomfortable sometimes.

Great location outside of the craziness. Perfectly clean. Modern and minimally decorated so you have room to put your things, plus some sweet extra touches from Juliette! Also PARKING! The apartment is very close to metro too. It was perfect for us.

Everything was great

Spotlessly clean. Beautiful laid out and view of eiffel tower from a distance. Metro 100 yards away. 15 mins from Paris centre. Bed was so comfortable. Everything you need and supermarket next door and a wonderful restaurant on the other side. Such great value for money. Owners were friendly and approachable and free car parking space. Home from home. My wife and I were very impressed. Thank you for going the extra mile, appreciated 🙏

Very very clean, cozy and luxorious studio in Paris! Juliette made us feel very welcome with good coffee, water and tea. The studio is very close to the Metro from where we could easily travel to all the highlights of Paris. We could even see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony!

Clean, modern, well-equipped, great views, easy access to a supermarket for any food essentials (easily prepped in the incl. kitchen), great Metro links, easy code-based access and great host!

Great location, close to the subway (3 min walk). Private free and safe parking for your car. Great clean studio with little kitchen, bed and pretty bathroom. Great contact with Juliette, will definitely stay here again!

It was a 1 room apartment, we thought we had booked an apartment with 1 separate bedroom. But I am guessing we should have read the description better.

Juliette is a lovely host and the apartment is great! We loved it so much!
