This was the best accommodation that we can see. Place was quite and so big.

From the description we were not sure, if we have breakfast or not. This can be improved - but only this description. Rest was really perfect!

We hired two rooms. The one we hired on the top floor was great. The other was occupied when we arrived and we had to take another in which the shower leaked a huge amount and there was water damage on the ceiling.

That someone was in one of our rooms when we arrived. It took 30 minutes to resolve by taking another room. It was very late and cold and we had young children in our group.

Spacious and cosy. Secure. Quiet. Big bathrooms with column heaters.

Showers leak through bottom a bit. We were provided coffee capsules but no machine to use them in and no kettle.

Very nice villa located near Bologna (we had a car so had no issues accessing it but need to check if accessible by public transport). Located in a pretty authentic neighborhood with some other villas in a similar style, very Italian! Very nice yard to have morning coffee in a warmer period. View from the window is magnificent! Easy check-in, they have an online check-in platform but the landlady has also reached us on WhatsApp what made check-in process smooth and nice. The room has everything you need, large bed, TV, huge wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets, safe, bathroom with large mirror and bathtub. Towels, water and shower gel were provided. We loved this villa the most of all the other locations during our trip.

Starting from the beautiful location, a nice and clean room, very friendly and helpful hosts, to a great breakfast with all kinds of food to choose from, our stay at the La Quercia Rooms was awesome. Next time we'll come to Bologna we'll definitely stay at the same place again. Big thanks to everyone that made our experience possible. For me and my girlfriend this is a 11/10! Cheers! Nice, quiet and simple.

Good breakfast. Kind staff that helped us with the issues we had. Pity none of them could speak english so we had to translate with some other guests what was happening.

The check-in and check-out is independent (there is no one at the place to welcome you) so you have to use an external provider to check-in online, where you need to input your personal information and ID cards. Our room has been taken by mistake by other people and this led to a number of problems that we didn't have time to solve (we had a wedding and had to quickly leave). Another issue has been the breakfast in the morning: we wrote our preferred breakfast time and when we got to the room there were no free table for us, so we had to wait 15 minutes to do it. The rooms and premises look better in the pictures than in reality!

Both the house and surroundings were super. A place were you can completely relax. The countryside was beautiful and ideal for a full immersion with nature.

The staff was very noise at the end of their shift (even yelling). Not when they were inside but outside

your kids can wander around outside unsupervised as there is a gate which is always closed. small hut for them to play with, which is ok

The automated booking system did not work. Not the bookingg.com but the additionally imposed parallel system of bologna rooms Their mailing info system is user non-friendly and missleading:1) claiming additional document upload although already uploaded, 2) claiming that entrance pass-codes will be sent, however that was not the cade, therefore we waited in front of the property calling 3 different "emergency" numbers out of which one only was operational every 4th time. The help however came within 10 minutes and all turned out well, and in most friendly manner due to very friendly staff. Yet the warning to all guests holds: be very cautious of properties operated by Bologna Rooms: triple check everything by direct personal mail as they really do not have any clue how to handle the outdated "automatic" system - a horrible experience. A real pitty as all the rest and especially all staff on the property are so nice that they really make up for the difficulties.

Be aware that the nearest Autostrada entrance to Bologna is Telepass only. Just get of 1 exit before or after the suggested one.

We stayed for 1-1 nights and we were maximally satisfied with everything. The accommodation is easily accessible, in a very quiet, relaxing location. There is a restaurant nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, Breakfast is delicious. The parking lot is closed. Veronica and everyone are very kind.

We were maximally satisfied. Next time we will choose La Quercia :)
