Great spot for vacationing on the Kona coast. Complex and unit great and no surprises.

Very well located to visit the island, bit not so closed of beach

Wonderful relaxing tropical setting, island living. Large bedrooms and living area. Outside lanai with lush landscaping, palm trees and view for the starry night sky. Kitchen has everything you need for home cooking or enjoying take out from your favorite island eatery on the lanai. Staff are warm and accommodating of needs. Pool area is clean and Good for kids or adults. Love this place, can’t wait to get back!!

We love this place! We own a week here and management wasn’t able to help accommodate us using our own week, so we checked VRBO and they were able to come through for us. Everything worked out great!

This condo was perfect. It was beautiful, spacious and in a great location. We will definitely come back again.

Happy to find this comfortable, clean place to stay with friends. Convenient to all the highlights we were looking for, staff was quick to respond and the property was great with the exception of no smart TVs in our condo, but we made do. Would definitely stay again.

Very relaxing

The property is ok,the problems that had is with the management. We checked in later and we were put in a room that resembled nothing like the pictures. Our view off the patio was the parking lots. Be aware that they will put you in whatever unit they have that is left over, which is the one we got. Especially true if you are not an owner. We asked to speak to a manager and we stopped by a couple of times, left messages and we never received a call back. I would say if you are going on vacation and want a Hawaii experience don't stay here. You could can get a view of the parking lot anywhere, not at all like the pictures in the listing show. Very misleading. I understand that they want to fill units but they didn't have the courtesy or responsibility to at least discuss with you in person. They simply did not respond. There are a ton of places to stay on the island, I would spend time to find a better experience while on vacation.
