We had a great stay and loved the property. Everything was so clean and well designed. They had everything we needed! It was a little further from the ocean than we thought but we still had a great time. other than thar it was perfect.

The property is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from grocery store, drug store, bank and a library.The fenced-in yard, great heated pool, comfortable furniture, and a pleasant screened-in porch made our stay enjoyable. As always, Craig the manager, was quick to respond. The owner Melissa, was very helpful in obtaining a reclining chair for us.

My overall opinion of this place is very nice and we will definitely be back. The house was decorated nicely and looked like the photos. Bathrooms were simple/basic, but clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with a variety of small appliances, dishes ( glass/plastic) stainless pots and pans, baking dishes and cutlery. This is a plus for me because I cook most of our meals when we vacation in this area. The pool was very nice clean and well maintained and so were the grounds. The house is close to our family and everything like beach and restaurants are within a 30 minute drive. My Favorite beach, Sea-grape Trail Beach is a 15 minute drive. We found a great new restaurant. Francesca’s Italian Kitchen, in Vero beach was amazing! I am a particular person so there were some things that could definitely be improved upon in order to make my stay more enjoyable, but they would not deter me from coming back. We had some issues with a shower head and some sheets that were not quite clean but the care taker was very responsive and they were resolved. The mattresses (low grade) were not very comfortable but this is a individual experience and I did not include that in my rating. I hope that some of the things I mentioned to the care taker will be corrected as this would be beneficial to the owner and future guests. I would recommend this house to families or friends. My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation and it is in large part to the amazing place we stayed. The house was PERFECT and the Pool was SO Nice! If we could do this all again we would stay right here again!

The house was perfect for my elderly mom and dogs and me. The yard is fully fenced, which was perfect. The screened-in front porch was a nice bonus for my mom and dogs to hang out.

Everything was wonderful. Manager was responsive. House was comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

This property met all of our needs as a family with two kids (9 and 7). My kids loved the ample pool toys, ample beach toys, and the new experience of riding a tandem bike! The property was clean and well-stocked with things like dishwasher pods, soap, beach and bath towels, good toilet paper, paper towels, everything really. The Golden Sands Beach was about 10-15 minutes away and an awesome beach. Having the screened-in pool onsite was perfect - we could visit with our local family while the kids swam and easily came in and out. Then they also had a fenced in yard to play in. It was a really nice property and the owner was very very easy to communicate with and let us know about other perks like how to change the color of the lights in the pool at night. Highly recommend!

The home was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the pool area is very relaxing. Check in and out was very easy and Craig the property manager was very responsive. We had a minor issue after check out that was totally our fault and Craig went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
