Road between Highway to Resort

This was my first trip after the pandemic along with my mother. We did not really know what to expect when we came in, but now that we are returning home I can certainly say that this was the best vacation investment made. Nestled in the serene forest area of Lakkidi, Abad Brookside was a real delight. It was calm, serene, clean and almost therapeutic in its pace. We share the space with nature and it's fascinating array of creatures - my personal favourite being the ever entertaining monkeys. It was like watching nature television up close and personal. We thank the courteous and helpful staff for making our stay so comfortable and accommodating our requests. We certainly will be recommending this property to our friends and family. The food is this resort is also excellent, and the portions served generous. All in all a fantastic destination to come and unwind from the urban blues that many of us office goers often encounter.

Clean rooms, good views, room service, sounds of birds and nearby stream flowing. Nice landscaping and we stayed in room 203 which had beautiful mountain views. The staff are really friendly and hospitality is great. Loved the food everything we ordered was delicious, all regards to the chef. Quick to respond to all our requests. I'll give 5 star 🌟 to the staff. They have pick-up and drop service from Lakkidi main road to the resort.

The property doesn't have many activities for adults and kids. The pool is cold like freezing as the air around is chill and not much sunlight hits the water. They need to add heaters to the pool to make it temperature controlled. Nobody staying enjoyed the pool. The approach road last 3km is bumpy and muddy which is ok they have ample parking in the main road and offer pick-up service in their own jeeps.

The location is inside forest. Rooms were spacious. Quite environment.
