The suite was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for Jazzfest. Several great restaurants within 5 minutes, short walk to either the bus or the ST Charles streetcar line. The hosts were available to answer questions for me as I was planning the visit.

The location was convenient to catch the Charles St Trolly or walk to Magazine St. We were concerned the first day, because after we had been at the apt for a little while, we went out to move our car closer and there was someone looking through the windows to see if there was anything in the car. (Nothing happed to the vehicle while it was parked on the street.) The picture of the rooms had a sofa and a coffee table. The room had a sofa and a dining room table with four chairs. You could not use the chairs because when you sat in them, you felt like you were going to go through the seat. The only other thing was to watch TV your only opotion was to sit on the bed. Just not comfortable. We were out early and not evening partiers so the set up could have been better for us. The place was clean, easy to get to and easy to travel from.

The property owner was one of the most responsive owners I've dealt with. Great customer service.

Amazing home! Had such a wonderful visit. 3 minute walk to catch to cable car. 20 min walk to restaurants through a beautiful neighborhood. Gorgeous kitchen, huge master bath suite with dual shower and separate jacuzzi tub. King bed with soft Italian sheets. And a small music room with lots of jazz to listen to. If you stay anywhere else, it wont be as nice this home.

The house is spectacular and only one block from St. Charles where all the parades happen! Really comfortable bed and furniture. Very very clean. The hosts were extremely professional and accommodating. If you are going to Mardi Gras especially, this is The Perfect Place!

Came down to NOLA to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and New Years. Was not disappointed! Location is great, only a 3-5 minute walk to the St. Charles cable car and the ride to all the action was 20 minutes or less away. Convenient and affordable way to experience the city. Parking was great and right outside the house. The place was super clean and comfortable and everything was fantastic! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Will continue to stay here in the future

When we arrived our door code didn't work and neither did the contact phone number. Luckily we met some other folks staying in the building that gave us the phone number for a different property manager that was very responsive and fixed the problem quickly. The home has all the historic charm you expect from architecture in New Orleans and the location is just 1 block from the St. Charles Streetcar line, which will take you downtown and into the French Quarter in 15-20min. Magazine Street is also within walking distance and has a variety of great shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

Del's and Trena's place is beautiful, spacious, and an architectural delight. Conveniently one block from the St. Charles streetcar, one can get around easily. Highly recommended, including for prompt communication.

Selected this property because of the great location, one block from the St. Charles parade route. Beautiful home, suite exactly as the photos illustrate. Easy parking, effortless check-in, suite was very clean, surprisingly quiet, equipped with everything we needed, and a very comfortable king-sized bed. We had our car, but plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping (Fresh Market) a short walk away, or the streetcar is only a block away. We had a fantastic stay and it was a perfect location for catching uptown parades.

This was a great place to stay for us. We would happily stay there again.

We were booked to stay in this unit a couple of weekends ago. The day of arrival my wife began experiencing Covid like symptoms so we cancelled our flight. Because of the very reasonable rate for this unit I didn't purchase trip insurance. I contacted the host and explained our situation and that if they could at least refund the cleaning fee that would be great. They made necessary calls/emails and was actually able to refund 1 night of my stay too. Great customer service! That alone would prompt me to book this property.

It was very warm and inviting. The bed and linens are so very comfortable. There are fun details everywhere you look. The location was perfect, a quick walk to Fresh Market, very close to Magazine Street and St. Charles. We loved it. Thank you Del and Trena

My son stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't believe he had such a nice place for such a reasonable price. The owner communicated quickly whenever we had questions. The instructions on how to get in were very clear. There were other guests in the house and everyone was very considerate and quiet.

Place was great for MardiGras.

We love staying in classic Garden District houses instead of boring downtown hotels. Del is a great host and also they’ve put a ton of work into the property to make it comfortable. He even recommended places to eat in the neighborhood when I asked. I wish I could give six stars for a rating.

The arrival was a bit confusing for me. But only because of my assumption. I thought someone would be there for check in, and it’s more of a check yourself in type of setup. Nonetheless, Trena and Del were fantastic and super responsive. Trena was there within minutes to answer my questions, even gave us a few pointers on places to visit. The room, the room is absolutely gorgeous. The entire living area was a lot larger than we anticipated. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee. :) If I had one suggestion, it would be for a small table for eating. We made do just fine without it though. I would definitely stay here again!

This suite was well furnished with excellent linens. It was very clean and pleasant with small amenities for your convenience. The hosts seemed very nice, and the house was beautiful.

Very roomy. Great rate. One block off St. Charles in the garden district. Only negative was upstairs tenants were vere noisy. Argued loudly.

The owners did not specify where the room was, and apparently have other rooms for rent (I did not know this). When I arrived, all the rooms were locked except one. I assumed this was my room *newly renovated* as the ad stated, but It was not the room I was supposed to be in. The owners were very nice about it and apologized for the mix up, saying they'll do a better job of marking the rooms in the future. Then, to my surprise, they left me a horrible review. I made no mess, (I only ate once in the room- takeout) and left the room very clean, and communicated with them throughout the stay. I let them know before arriving who I would be traveling with and why I was in the city (for a business conference). They gave me very low ratings on all categories, and the only reason I can think of is that I had stayed in the wrong room because of an honest mistake. I felt fooled by their kindness about the honest mistake. I was a good and clean guest, and their rating of me did not reflect reality.
