This place had all of the amenities. The area is great and minutes from shopping, food, and water adventures.

There was a bar across the street that played live music outside from about 11am to 10pm. Singers were all really good and it wasn't annoyingly loud on the condo patio(quite pleasant actually). The rooms were nice and there were 2 beds (trundle) in the second bedroom. We also used the pullout couch bed. Kitchen had most things you need and having laundry in the condo was convenient. The location was excellent with everything you need within walking distance except groceries. Shops, restaurants and activities abounded. If you dont lime this area, you are boring. Boring or not, you can walk to the beach. Sunsets would be amazing from the patio or beach but we had clouds at every sunset. We would highly recommend this location.

Love this condo ! We have stayed here 3 times over the years. Perfect location for shopping, eating and beach fun. Only have one request, wish there was a couple blankets in the closets for the cooler nights.☀️❤️🥰 Looking forward to our next trip already. This is our favorite spot ! Almost hate to let people know 🤷‍♀️I don’t want to lose it .. lol. ONLY NEGATIVE: salt&pepper, couple laundry pods . But I’ll remember to pack some next time ☝️❤️

Beautiful location and directly across John’s Pass

This condo and location did not disappoint! Contactless check-in was simple and convenient. The unit was clean and well-appointed. We loved the convenience of John’s Pass Village across the street, as well as the beach access directly in front of the building. We also loved the beautiful view from our balcony! We would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful week in the florida sun! The condo had everything we could ask for! The location was great! We hope to come back next year!

We came down for a vaca/work trip to get out of town. The condo was clean and the view from the porch was an amazing way to start the morning. We had so much fun walking across the street to John’s pass for shopping, drinks, and food! Live music played from there all day starting at 1230.

The setup of the condo worked very well for our family of 6! Great view from the balcony and location across the pass is amazing. Highly recommend.

Spent ten days at this location to celebrate 65th birthdays. We had no issues. The property was as advertised, was clean and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

The perfect vacation. Was not disappointed with anything!!!

We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. This unit is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture for relaxing after a full day at the pool/beach. We had an issue with ants and the management team came quickly to resolve. The location and amenities are great and definitely looking forward to vacationing there again.

Spent a lovely girls weekend at Madeira Norte 116 We flew into Tampa with a short Uber ride there. No need for rental car as everything fun is in walking distance. The condo is newly renovated with a bright airy feel. Six ladies fit comfortably , never feeling cramped We were able to use the beach chairs and noodles , and the one day it rained we sat on the balcony and played the available board games. John’s Pass is directly across the street with souvenir shops , waterfront restaurants and bars - especially one that’s super fun with karaoke! Will definitely return and recommend ?

Well appointed. Plenty of room fir my family of 5 including 2 teenagers. All amenities were well thought out from the beach toys to the kitchen utensils and appliances. I will definitley be staying here again. Parking space is huge, walk out to beach or pool and Johns Pass directly across the street. Represented a great value.

We love this area and have always stayed in this condo complex. This was a fantastic unit on the 1st floor which I loved.

What a great relaxing stay. They had everything you need….even had beach toys, chairs, and beach towels. Our youngest isn’t even two. The condo had a highchair and we had no problems getting a pack and play through itrips. So convenient and stress free. The condo is in a perfect spot, you can hear the bands playing from across the street (they sound amazing) and just walks to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the ocean felt like bath water. So so so nice!! We had a great stay!! Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised with how enjoyable our vacation was at this location. The condo has been update since we booked and were very happy with the accommodations of the room. It was perfect for our family which included our infant son. Even though we brought most of our own beach and home supplies, we didn’t need to use any of it from what was already supplied met all of our needs; including the infant feeding chair, beach toys, and kitchen supplies. The location of the complex was so convenient; it was across the street from John’s Pass, with had great shops, ice cream, restaurant, etc.. and a quiet and beautiful location on the beach. Going on vacation during July 4th we thought would be crazy but it wasn’t a bit crowded; Never had to wait at any restaurant and always had lots of room on the beach and pool basically to ourselves most days. Complaints/Annoyances- 1) While the checkin process was super easy, but there’s no place for Sorting your luggage while you wait for your room to be available. 2) The complex is older and is locked down with three different keys to be able to use the elevator, take the stairs, get into and out of the pool/beach. 3) the Condo itself was not the cleanest place we ever stayed but good enough it didn’t bother me too much. However, there were no rugs and sand was everywhere, always. We swept and vacuumed every day and laid towels around to try and help manage tracking the sand around. With that all being said, without hesitation I would absolutely stay here again and hope to be able to come back soon! Already looking into planning our next trip back.

Cons- the floor was not really clean and got progressively dirtier as week went on ( door mats at each door would be great, we used towels), constant construction, pool closed which we were not told. When booked it said it would be happening in March. This was a big disappointment. We were told to check in get our keys in a lock box… no lock box with our number, really confusing.. Management was able to give us an elevator code to get upstairs instead… not sure why this wasn’t done right away. Elevators and keys are extremely glitchy. Not just us having difficulty even work men and and other tenants had trouble with keys and elevators and stair doors. We are supposed to receive 20% off for pool but I have not heard anything and we checked out today. This could be a great place… and we see work being done, unfortunately lack of pool and not being told really put a damper on trip.

The location of this property was amazing. Beautiful sunsets and right across the street from John's Pass. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to make a home cooked meal. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels We will definitely stay again.

Check was pretty smooth once we found the lock box. Cleaning crew could use to be a bit more thorough but we were able to handle without contacting management. Pool and beach access are awesome…wish there was keypad entrance to both pool and beach instead of the keys, made it hard for coming and going to use the restroom but not a deal breaker.
