Someone entered our unit in the evening using a card key. Totally unacceptable......no one in office or with trip could explain to us how this happened it was a very unacceptable and scary experience!! The unit was not as nice/clean as pictured online. Mattresses in poor shape as well as living room furniture. There were a few other large groups that monopolized the pool/bbq area while playing extremely loud music for most of the weekend and those guests were under the influence. Would not recommend for family with young children.

I arrived after my meetings and found a dirty, stained, paint chipping off walls, damaged/stained furniture, old beds and human matter on the bathroom walls. The windows were filthy and this definitely did not look like the pictures I viewed to book the reservation. I spoke with the property manager who did arrange for me to move to another area. The second place was a little cleaner, but there were still very concerning issues. There was a missing dining room chair replaced with a worn out ottoman. The bar stools were broken and the front door side window shade was broken and there was no water pressure at the sinks. It was late and I had no place to go so I had to stay one night. The next morning I had meetings starting at 8:00am--and in between working I was trying to get things corrected with the facility at Treasure Island. Bottom line, I left and found new, wonderful arrangements elsewhere. I have not received the level of service, amount of refund, or business acumen that should have been applied in this case. Pictures can be deceiving and in this instance, definitely were. Do your own due diligence for the property review, as my experience did not correlate to the property pictures / experience I anticipated or received.

Our stay was enjoyable and we loved the location of the condo. Very convenient to walk to many of places nearby and of course loved the Dunkin Donuts right across the street. The view from the balcony was very nice and enjoyable to sit and have coffee and breakfast while looking at the ocean. Beach access and the chairs and towels left in the condo came in handy and were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the treasure island area. We had a parking spot underneath the condos that was assigned to keep our rental car parked which worked out great, and kept it cool so it wasn’t in the sun when we went to get in. We brought our own filters and ground coffee and used the coffee maker which worked out great and was also convenient for coffee when we didn’t go to Dunkin. The soap and body wash things in the shower were not filled but a few toiletries were left to use but note that the bar of soap left is a facial bar not necessarily bar soap for your body. We didn’t use the washer or dryer so I can’t speak to how that worked as we had no time to wash anything while there. There was only one extra blanket in the main bedroom closet but wish there was more extra blankets for the other bedroom and if someone stayed on the couch bed. When your out in the sun all day and get burnt although you want AC on it got chilly at night and would of been great to have an extra blanket for each room and the couch area. Trash was easy to take out.

Great location. Awesome views. Close to places to eat and things to do. The unit did show a little wear and tear. The mattress in the guest room was showing some age and needs replaced. All and all it was a good place to stay. Perfect for people who just need a place to crash. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Excellent place with an amazing view of the water. Easy to get to and from the beach. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a family vacation! Near a lot of restaurants and activities. Great spot to come back to after a fun day in the sun ☀️ Pool was heated and loved by all!

We were very happy with the condo. It was clean and the beds were comfy. My only suggestion would be that the carpets could be replaced -- they are kind of stained. But overall we were very happy with our choice and would definitely come back again. We love the boardwalk and all the little places to go sit outside for drinks and/or food.

Overall a good place to spend a short weekend on the beach, which is huge and well maintained. The condo has all the amenities you’d expect at the beach having nice new beach chairs and plenty of extra towels for everyone.

Great property overlooking the beach! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again!

My mom is now retired so my sister and I brought her down for a little getaway. This condo was perfect for us. Anything we needed we could walk to. The balcony view was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Communication was superb during our stay. We couldn’t be anymore pleased.

The view from the balcony was awesome and the sounds of the surf are so rejuvenating.

A really special place direct at the Gulf of Mexico. We take home a lot of wunderful memories, thank you!

The condo was amazing! Beds were comfortable.Everything was clean and the view was amazing! Literally the only con is the shades for the windows. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed staying at the property. We did have an issue with the lock on the door, but were able to call and get it fixed really quickly. Would definitely stay again

This unit was very comfortable and easy to locate. Check in instructions were very clear and the process was very smooth. Everything we needed was provided. Any questions that I had were quickly answered. The only negative was the parking situation. Everyone was supposed to park in their assigned spot. I never had mine available. One evening every spot was filled except the office one.I parked there and the next morning I had a notice that my car was scheduled to be towed. There was only one guest spot for the entire complex. My guests had to park at another unit .5 miles away.

Location great. The place was clean but does need a little work inside.

We had a great time. The location and view are stunning. The walk to the beach is further than you think. Bring a good beach wagon to transport items out! Wishing we were still there now!

The location of the property is fantastic as you can walk to many local spots to get food, supplies or treats. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end our day. The view from the room was fantastic for sunsets. The room itself is a bit tired and we had the same opinion of the mattresses everyone else has referenced, but we will be coming back to in the future.

Great stay. The beds in both rooms could use updating. Advertised as queen beds but they were small and uncomfortable. Seemed more like double beds

Nice condo with beautiful view. Would probably not stay here again though; the mattress was pretty terrible. Such a far walk to the beach too, but the area is very nice with lots of things within walking distance.

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed and was well equipped. The pool was lovely. The location is perfect. The one minor criticism was the beds weren't very big or comfortable.

Great location on Treasure Island Beach.

Location was close to all amenities we needed. Parking was very tight under structure of building had rental car tailgate damage in morning with no camera view to assist in investigation. Room was accommodating worked well with separate bedroom and toddler naps. Pool was warm and clean. Beach was short walk away and perfect for sunsets every night.

It would have been perfect if the weather would have better better, but our place was great. Everything we need great location and heated pool. Definitely want to return! Great people to work with as well!

The condo could use upgrading. The mattresses were broke down . Sleeping was difficult. No safety bar in bath tub. Washer was so load it sounded like a jet engine. Until mattresses are replaced and updates to property we would not recommend this condo. However location of condo was great.

This unit is located pretty much in the center of Treasure Island. It has food places very convenient to the unit. We took short uber rides to the places we like to hang out at in TI. But lots of bars and restaurants are walkable. The unit itself could use some maintenance and some fresh paint to make it pop! The beds were much too soft for my liking. The balcony is where we spent our time when actually at the unit. The view is absolutely fantastic! The pool looked cloudy during our stay so we didn't use it. All in all I think this was a great unit for the price point we paid. 3.5 to 4 stars.

If you are looking to relax at the beach, walk to restaurants and bars then this is the place to stay! Comfy beds, good water pressure, and beach equipment. Would highly recommend.
