House was exactly what we needed for our trip.

The home was perfectly set up for a large group vacation! 8 adults were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for morning walks, places to eat and short rides to events. So grateful to have found this property, we highly recommend staying here! Our host was so accommodating and quick to answer any questions!

We came in town for UT graduation. The house was great!. Large rooms with plenty of space to spread out. It was clean and organized. Pantry stocked with necessities. Nice backyard patio. 2 car garage parking + driveway. Close to everything. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Thus is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood with many fun things to do and places to eat nearby. The house is very clean and comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of room for six adults. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great location/neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do.

Four couples on a trip shared this amazing house. The hostess was wonderful and very responsive to questions not only about the house, but also the area. Some cute places within walking distance to eat. Short ubers to restaurants, bars, music and all. The kitchen was fully stocked with any needed cooking ware. We sat on the back porch and enjoyed the warm sun and cocktails. We would DEFINITELY return again.

Place was great space for group of friends or larger family, kitchen and bathroom fully equipped, and comfortable beds. Loved this stay, highly recommend.

This home is spacious, very clean and so comfortable! You cannot beat the location, so close to downtown but also close and easy highway access! Molly was amazing to work with and so understanding when my clumsy son accidentally broke something. You will not regret staying in this home. The kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked you won’t need to bring a thing. Beds, lines and towels were perfect, plentiful and super comfortable. We are so glad we booked this home instead of a hotel for our daughter’s wedding!

The property is in a quiet area, but many key sites are still walkable. It is incredibly well stocked (kitchen, baths, etc), designed with a great design. We stay here whenever possible on our trips to Austin and it has never disappointed. Incredibly nice and responsive hosts make it even better in case you need ideas or have any questions!

Our little group of women travel every year and usually stay at VRBO's. I can say that this experience was absolutely the best of the best! Molly, owner and hostess, went beyond all expectations by working very hard to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The home is beautiful, impeccable, well stocked, and in an excellent location close to many restaurants and stores. The worst part of the experience was having to leave.

We had the best time staying here! A group of three couples spent a long weekend together and had a wonderful time at Molly's house. Walkable location, easy to get an Uber if desired, TONS to do and see! Molly was incredibly easy to contact, checked in prior to and during our trip. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Austin with a group!

The house was big and beautiful and fully stocked with more things than you would ever need. The beds were comfortable and nice to have all queen and king size. We enjoyed the backyard and we were a quick Uber ride to all the main attractions. Molly was quick to respond to any questions and offered a lot of great suggestions. I highly recommend this rental!

First of all, I never write reviews, honestly just too lazy. But I really had such a great experience with this rental so I had to make an exception! Molly was the host and she was incredible! Communication from her was wonderful, she sent me an amazing document of recommendations for our trip months in advance, she offered additional advice if I ever wanted it, she made exceptions for letting my girls check in early who flew in from out of town and landed early, I had a package delivered and she brought it inside the house for me. We texted about the house and our needs for our trip and arrival times and answered all of my questions super prompt. 5 starts for her alone. The house looked nice on the listing, but it’s honestly so much better in person!! The furniture and decor and quality is so nice, far better than any rental I have had. I think she may live there when she doesn’t rent it out or something? Because it is fully stocked, VERY homey and comfortable, kitchen was full stocked, everything you could think of. Random, but there were a ton of hangers in the (massive) closets, which I love because a lot of rentals have big closets and no hangers to hang clothes on. I didn’t feel like I was in a rental, it felt like I was in a nice home, plus the house is BIG and very spacious. It was 8 girls for a bachelorette party and as far as common areas, there was plenty of space and not crowded at all. And slept us very comfortably as well. All the furniture (couch’s beds chairs everything) was very nice, beds were super comfortable. Back patio and yard is cute, wish we had time to hang out there. The neighborhood was very nice, on a street with really nice houses, and very close to downtown, quick easy Uber/Lyft away. Plenty of stuff that is also walkable. Would definitely go back and rent this same house again!!

Molly the host was so accommodating with information about the area & left our group many extras including water, coffee, and other adult beverages. The place was exactly how it was presented and we all thought it was a lovely home. Location was very walkable to great restaurants, Whole Foods, and very close to downtown. We all wish we could have rented this place for a longer time than we did.

Molly’s home is spacious and well appointed. We especially loved the large kitchen and living room for group gatherings. And the patio was great for morning sun. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, bars and parks. Yet the neighborhood is quiet. As an owner Molly has thought of everything. She was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We loved our family stay in this beautiful property. We walked to pick up breakfast food and snacks, very easy walk to the parks around Ladybird Lake and convenient location to fun attractions. It was spotlessly clean and had every convenience. Molly was wonderful communicating before and during our stay and left bottled water and coffee/milk/condiments. There were even conveniences like umbrellas! It was a luxurious home.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our family of four adult couples. Kitchen very well equipped. The location was ideal. We could easily walk to downtown and there were lots of restaurants very close to property. We would definitely stay here again!
