The value for money of this place was exceptional, the size of the home, location was good and authentic as well, cleanliness of the home and the facilities offered were amazing. The host was attentive and helpful when there were minor issues and those issues were rectified quite quickly.

The wifi connection could be better in the rooms, mainly accessible in the main living areas. The water pressure could. be better as well, at first we didn't have hot water for a few days however as this was a minor issue given the reason we were there, it was fixed quite quickly. The bedding could be better as well, pillows were a bit too flat for my liking and the actual mattress sunk in a bit but was OK to endure.

La ubicación de la casa era la esperada, buscabamos calma y este pueblo nos la permitió. El pueblo esta bien ubicado con respecto a otros lugares de playas y ciudades interesantes. El patio de la casa es muy agradable, te resguardas del calor, tiene una mesa y sillas para prepararte una buena comida o desayuno.

En términos generales todo ha estado bastante bien.

Miquel ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und war per Whatsapp gut zu erreichen. Er hat uns ohne Mehrkosten einen Early Check-in ermöglicht.

Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist leider sehr herunter gekommen. Möbel/Geschirr/Geräte haben Flecken und haben geklebt. Trotz Nachbessern der Reinigungskraft war der schlechte Allgemeinzustand der Unterkunft nicht zu beheben. Unter den Vorhängen lagen toten Kakerlaken, hier war wohl schon sehr lange nicht geputzt worden. Im Untergeschoss roch es sehr schimmlig/feucht, im Badezimmer lagen noch Haare von den Vormietern und der Strom hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Wenn zB mehrere Lampen im Haus angemacht wurden, flog die Sicherung raus. Der Innenhof ist nicht privat sondern darüber befinden sich mehrere Balkone, von denen auch mal Dinge wie Süßigkeitenverpackungen in den Hof fliegen. Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt und haben uns insbesondere aufgrund des unsauberen Zustand sowie des Schimmelgeruchs dazu entschieden nach einem statt nach fünf Tagen abzureisen. Leider haben wir nur einen Teil der Buchung zurückerstattet bekommen.

Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme si on était chez un vieil ami, c'est propre, spacieux, très bien équipé et plein d'âme dans le bon sens du terme. En voiture c'est proche de tout. La simplicité et la bienveillance de Miquel sont exemplaires. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance de partager ce voyage dans cette maison, je recommande clairement ✨

The house is spacious and on the outskirts of Sa Pobla, making it easy to reach and nearby central roads to go to tourist locations. The beds are comfortable and the ease of having a washing machine and dishwasher is invaluable when you have a little one. The house grew on us as the days passed making it our temporary home for a few days. The owner, Miquel, was able to provide us with a child seat and a children's bed, which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was also very pleasant.

What I think should be known is that some of the downstairs areas have a very mouldy smell to it due to high levels of humidity. It is damp and there is little ventilation in the older parts of the house making it very unpleasant to stay in those rooms. This includes the 2 smaller bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. We kept the doors closed as much a possible to keep the smell out, as the present air fresheners we not up to the job. One last thing that surprised us a bit is that the patio garden is nice, but there are multiple balconies above it therefore limiting the privacy you have in it. Some people would not mind it, but we were a bit disappointed by it.

Miquel's home is beautiful and well-equipped. It was clean and had lots of room for everyone. It has a lovely courtyard, which due to bad weather we did not get to use, but it was a beautiful outdoor space allowing lots of natural light into the living and dining areas. Parking in front of the home in the street was easy. Miquel was super helpful about everything. Sofa was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Easy walk to supermarkets and restaurants in town.
