Villa is absolutely beautiful, very spacious (we stayed with 6 guests). Great location - right in the centre of Sa Pobla. Communication with Erika was excellent throughout, who was quick to respond to any of our queries. Also thought it was very good value for money. Great air conditioning in all bedrooms too. We stayed for three full weeks and loved our trip - thank you to the team for having us.

No real issues with the villa, only constructive points would be (1) Wi-Fi - they have done a great job of putting extenders throughout the property, so signal is good, but there was occasional downtime so meant we needed to hotspot (we were all working from 'home') for at least an hour or two a day when this happened. We DIDN'T raise this with Erika and team so this may be our issue. (2) Sa Pobla is a super quiet town, but given it is an old building the rooms at the front of the house can be pretty noisy for light sleepers as they are on the roadside (albeit with one car passing every few hours in the night only...). Guests should also make sure they have done their research on Sa Pobla before visiting. It was perfect for us as (A) it is a nice remote place, not too busy, (B) is very well located for getting to many other places in short times, e.g. Pollenca, Alcudia, Inca all within 15 minutes and (C) nice and local. It would be less suitable for people who wanted a 'resort' location. Separately, there is only one nice restaurant in town (Mare Nostrum - outstanding), all the others are pretty awful!

We had a couple of issues with locals in the area who didn’t appear to like tourists, and you do have to speak a good amount of Spanish to get by as this is an authentic Spanish town. But we loved it and most people were welcoming
