Great bright new clean stylish room and place. Central to restaurants and shops but off on a quiet street. The rooftop area was a nice area to relax in. I recommend this nice find if they can fix the induction stove and just not list that they have a washer. Stairs up to the unit.
I had to wait for the host to show up with keys. Looked like they were training a new girl as they came in a pair but she was the one that went over things- looked like corporate management out of an office far away in Cabanas. Would be very helpful to just have a code to get in on your own. Main complaint is the induction stove did not work and I wasted my money on groceries to make a meal. Also, they had listed a washer and there was not one and that is one of the reasons I chose this place.

The upstairs terrace was lovely.
We couldn’t use the burners. Our Italian neighbour couldn’t work his either. Cooking suppers weren’t possible.

Great location and the bedroom was huge, which meant our young child could sleep in the same room as us on the sofa bed. The kitchen was well equipped.
There were no heaters in the bathrooms, so they were cold and quite damp. The shower curtain in the en suite bathroom was quite mouldy.

After having some issues with the place we booked that couldn’t be resolved, we were moved to an amazing apartment! We really appreciated everything the staff did to make us happy!

the location was great, quiet spot but only 5 minute walk to the river and bars / restaurants. the rooftop terrace was lovely
there was no extra bedding to change the sheets ( we were there for 8 nights ) - there was tv but it was mainly Portuguese programmes

The studio was very bright. The location was very walkable but just slightly away from the noise of tourists on the Main Street. Small businesses in the neighborhood were everything you would need.

Studio Room was large with all necessary amenities and cleaned every day by Host! Location was fantastic - minutes walk to the River, Restaurants, Ferry to Ocean Beach, Grocer, Shopping Plaza, Public Parking and Historical Sites. When at the main ocean beach, Xiri House has a Beach Bar and offers free umbrella and lounge chair seating on the beach. Would definitely stay at Xiri House again!

This is a big, one bedroomed apartment, comprising the entire ground floor of this house. The location is perfect as it is within a few minutes of restaurants, bars, shops and the ferry to the magnificent beach at Ilha de Tavira. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room/kitchen and a very large bedroom. A bathroom and shower also leads off the living room. An ensuite with a toilet and shower adjoins the bedroom. There are couches in the living room and bedroom that pull out to double bed size. A rooftop terrace is shared with the apartment upstairs. The place is spotless and is cleaned daily. The deal also includes daily complimentary use of sunbeds at the Xiri beach bar on the beach. Christina, who visits everyday to clean, is a lovely, friendly person and is always keen to help if you have any questions. We also met the owner and again he is really concerned that everything is perfect. I really couldn't recommend this place highly enough. It was just perfect for us.
