Jill is a very nice host, responds to you questions very quickly and wants to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time at her house. The house is is clean, confortable and roomy. My grandkids enjoyed all the games and movies, they had a small area to play and had a wonderful time in the pools. Will definitely rent again Thank you Jill

What a lovely house in a private residential golf course community. The a/c had been turned on ahead of our arrival which was a lovely touch and the house was immaculately clean. Compared to all the other properties we have stayed in, it was very obvious that this property was actually a family’s holiday home but it was nice that we could access and use their personal stuff. The confusing excess of electrical switches was made easier with written annotations but some markings had faded, were missing or the switches were in the wrong position of the written declaration “not to be turned off”. There was a comprehensive information sheet but it was a little out of date. The home had access to 3 pools. Unfortunately the larger main pool was shut during our stay due to human excrement and the closest smaller pool was closed for maintenance. Finding the correct keys to access the pools was not too difficult but also not obvious. It did, however, allow me to chance across a vital map to help identify the location of the specific pools we could use. Due to homeowners equipment it was not possible to park the car in the garage and I was also a little disappointed to find that there was a golf cart but we were not allowed to use it... the golf cart would have been the perfect transport around the expansive resort to get to the pools and sport facilities. We did find the one wine glass and we managed to figure out that the power lead had been pulled from the TV box and this did not distract from our enjoyment. I did, however, manage to fix the broken dining room table and hung a towel over the bedroom blinds which had a missing slat. The coffee machine was brilliant once I managed to get to the shop and buy some pods and we survived on our travel instant once we found the well stored kettle. On the whole it was a mixed experience, some of which was clearly outside the control of the owner. We did enjoy the lovely clean home and would recommend to others but the stay could have been a whole lot worse if we were not willing or able to be quite so resourceful. Some tourist/visitor info about the palm desert/Indio area would also be a welcome addition for future guests.

The house is beautifully organized with literally everything you would need in a house. The house was used by 8 adults and 3 children and it had enough stuff to last for 4 days with great amenities. We would stay here again without thinking much, perfect for families.

Jill was a great host and very friendly! She checked in a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house was clean and well-maintained and there was more than enough space for our 8 guests. I love how the supplies and amenities were all labeled!!! It was super helpful when looking for items and cleaning! Definitely recommend and will look forward to a future stay! Thank you, Jill!!!

The owners of the home are very friendly and house was in great condition. It was easy to access the home and was fully stocked with all necessities. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We came for a family Thanksgiving getaway. Beautiful home with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook. Plenty of towels, sheets, soap, detergent, etc. There is a mini pool table in the garage and some bikes to ride that my kids enjoyed. Tons of DVDs to choose from. The WiFi worked great. Owner was very responsive. Only hiccups: It took a long time to initially get into the neighborhood because our names weren’t at the security desk. The cable tv box in the family room didn’t work so I spent a lot of time on the phone with the cable company (with owner help and info) getting that resolved and installing new box. None of the key cards to the pool worked (needed to be replaced and only owner can do it). Staff was nice and let us in but it was an extra layer of hassle. All said, we would definitely stay here again. Jill was compassionate and as helpful as she could be without being there to solve the issues.

You'll love this rental home which is perfect for a family vacation. Situated in the heart of Indio, CA you're close to all the shopping you'll need, and 20 min away from Palm Springs Airport. You're safely tucked away in the community of Indian Palms Golf and Country Club resort, with a lifestyle fitness center, great pool area, and even a cute neighbourhood pool if you don't want to take the 15 minute walk to the lifestyle center. The house itself is well equipped for the perfect family vacation, DVDs to enjoy, family games to play, bikes for cycling, and a bbq in the backyard that overlooks a beautiful lake-view. You'll probably even get a visit from some of the ducks that roam the resort - don't worry they won't bug you, but they're friendly and will certainly take any scraps that you toss their way. The owners are excellent to deal with as well, so booking and communication is a breeze. Enjoy!

This is our second winter back to Jill's house. She is absolutely the most fabulous owner. Even had the pleasure of meeting her and her family this year. Definitely a return here next year! We stayed the months of Feb & Mar 2016. Can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Jill, her beautiful home, the amenities, and of course location, location, location! Jill goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. If there is any question or issue she is quick to respond and make it a positive situation. I have never seen a more well stocked home as hers. We have traveled for several years and this was the best experience ever! It is a very roomy home, serene backyard with ducks in the pond and frequent visits up to the patio in hopes of scoring some bread! My husband even nicknamed one "Joe". He caught bread just like Joe DiMaggio on the baseball field! Roadrunners also frequented the property and were bold enough to come look in the patio door in hopes of a treat. Fun!!! Neighbors were fantastic! Looking forward to next winter. Thank you Jill for sharing your lovely home with us and I must say, "You are the Bomb!"

From the very beginning of the trip everything ran VERY smoothly, Jill was in constant contact and quick to reply with any questions or concerns we have, the neighbors were also very helpful in tracking down access to the community pool etc. The house was clean, with clear instructions on how to deal with garbage, community amenities and any other common questions & concerns. Jill was very accommodating for our large group during Coachella and had tons of bedding / air mattresses and places for us to fit everyone comfortably. Everyone had a great stay and would definitely come back again next year!

Our fairly large group stayed at Jill's place for Coachella 2016 weekend 1. The house was excellent, large enough to accommodate us, and had plenty of amenities such as backyard seating/grill, plenty of extra blankets, towels, etc. and large kitchen with everything you need. The pool is about 2 blocks away which wasn't a hassle at all. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were great! The walk to the Coachella gate is about an hour because you have to walk up to the Indian Palms gate and then walk back down. It wasn't bad at all but we chose to drive which also was very easy as there's a parking lot on the corner of Monroe and 52nd. The best part of the whole thing was dealing with Jill who is a FANTASTIC hostess!!! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. On behalf of our whole group we thank you! -Oscar Z.

We stayed here during the Sandstorm Lacrosse tournament. We had heard the parking at the tournament was dreadful, so we were pleased to find this home within walking distance to the Polo Fields. We were able to park at the clubhouse and walk to the fields from there, making the walk about 20 min. The house was very well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. The owner was very attentive and easy to work with.

The house was great. Lots of open space . Nice neighborhood. Well maintained. I really enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the patio and watching the ducks in the pond. I wanted a quite area to relax and I was not disappointed.

The house is awesome and Jill is great! We had a large group, and everyone fit comfortably. Lots of extra blowup beds, sheets, blankets etc. The kitchen is huge, and the backyard has a nice set-up. Best of all, we were able to walk to Stagecoach! Thanks Jill for everything, we all had an amazing time!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Jill! Our stay in her home for Coachella was everything we could have hoped for and more. The house is WAY more spacious than we could have imagined and it is fully stocked with plenty of blankets, towels and air mattresses. Anything you could possibly need for a comfortable relaxing weekend. Definitely booking with her again! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Jill and her properties :) She is amazing to deal with and always available should you have questions or need anything.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was very well stocked. The location was a bit of a pain as you need to go thru the front gate each time you enter. It was very quiet. The Landlady was very good and responded to any of our concerns( we didn't have many)

We were extremely happy with this house and Jill went above and beyond with accommodating our group. The house is really spacious, six people were comfortable on a work trip. We were so happy that we booked the house again for next year. Jill has the house stocked with everything that you may need while you are away from home, we all felt comfortable and were amazed with the organization in this home. Jill was awesome and I would highly recommend this house!!!

We were very happy with the house because it had a big living room, plenty of dishes, great patio and BBQ. Jill was exquisite to deal with: she was available, returned phone calls, and she had a great attitude. The house was perfect for three middle aged men wanting to golf. We would definitely rent this house again.
