This rental house was all we needed for our 2-week stay in Cape May. My sister and I were there for birding and most of the places we visited were 10 minutes away, so very convenient. Very nice neighborhood, we felt completely safe and will be back again in May, hopefully, for spring migration!

Very clean. All necessary supplies provided. Great outdoor space- nice gas grill, outdoor shower. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Our favorite place yet!

This was an excellent vacation rental for family of 4. The layout is very thoughtful and makes efficient use of space. The location is quiet and accessible to beach and restaurants. Very walkable and bikeable.

This house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners made the best use of space, so it felt very open and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to easily cook at home. An unexpected bonus was finding beach tags waiting on the counter when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

I love that the place is a bit off the beaten path. We had a great time.

We loved our stay! Clean, updated, small but absolutely comfortable!!! Everything works well. What a great home. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to provide sheets/towels: When I traveled with a family of 5, packing sheets and towels for all was a lot of space in the car.

Perfect place for our family shore trip. House was clean and beautiful. Great location to get to the beach and easily access to downtown!

This is our second family shore trip spent at this Ohio Ave property. And we are just as pleased as we were with the first trip. We were pleasantly surprised to see additional mid century modern updates to kitchen and furniture throughout. The mid century modern chairs and pull out couch look fantastic and are very comfortable. Only thing we missed from our stay in 2019 was having a love seat. This location is great if you like to be far enough away from the downtown action so you may enjoy your coffee or book on a quiet porch yet be close enough to jump on your bike and be where the action is in 10 mins. Trenton Beach is 8 blocks and includes a comfort station for the little and big ones!!! Beach is 8-10min walk. After a day on the beach the little ones inevitably fall asleep in the wagon or stroller by the time you reach the front door. Perfect timing for the ‘rents to steal some quiet time and a cocktail on the porch.

We've been going to Cape May for many years. This 2BR space is great for a family. It's clean and updated. Love the kitchen island and washer/dryer. We contacted Ron about some questions re: the property and he was quick to answer and address any issues we had.

The house is very comfortable, plenty of room. Really liked the kitchen island. Only thing I didn't like was bringing my own towels and sheets, I hope that's a covid thing and not normal requirement. For three people it's a whole extra suitcase. Very quiet neighborhood and but still close to all the places we visited.

This property was perfect for 4 adults and even a small family in the Spring or Fall. Usually we stay in town close to walking distance of everything but this was actually perfect. Clean, quiet comfortable and close enough enough drive that we were there in minutes. We had a great time and would rent there again!

The property is very nice, newly renovated, we enjoyed our stay but it could have been cleaner. Fans have not been dusted in a long time, lots of dust on them. Because of Covid we sanitized everything before using. I don't know if a cleaning service cleaned before we got there, but the tub in the bathroom had ring around which I had to clean and then again before we left. We left the place spotless. We vacuumed numerous times. Just to let you know if you do have a cleaning service they are not doing such a good job. Glass on the outside door was dirty with finger prints all over it. Porch & chairs on the porch were dirty.

Nice house recently upgraded. Quiet neighborhood with a moderate walk to the beach. Nice place for a family vacation.

No issues, everything was perfectly handled

We had a great time during our stay in Cape May. The property was wonderful and communication with the owner was excellent. The front porch was great for morning coffee. There was more than enough room for my husband and I with the two bedrooms and I loved the 1/2 bath in the master bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for family who prefers being able to stay just outside of downtown, but have access to town shops and restaurants via a short bike ride or 15/20 min. walk. Walk to Trenton beach was 5blocks (10mins.) with a full wagon and toddler. Trenton beach access had a comfort station. This is extremely convenient when potty training children or spending the entire day on the beach. Quiet neighborhood and home is perfect for family of 4-5. Toy bin and sand toys were both a bonus and a hit with our toddler. DVD player was missing a RCA cord and AC stopped working during our trip. Both items were addressed immediately by owner and fixed timely. The owners were incredibly responsive and kind. Kim and her family were fantastic!!!

Great location! Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything! Home has extra 1/2 bath. Very nice. Home Painted a nice calming blue color. Washer/Dryer is convenient and nice to have. Bed very comfortable. Great chairs on front porch to enjoy nature!!! Would rent again for sure!!!😊�

We loved this home! It was close to the beach, but also in a neighborhood that allowed us to ride bikes or run every morning. The whole neighborhood was adorable. Communication was great and the home was exactly what we needed for the week.

What a great house. Bright, cozy, airy, easy to keep clean and free of too many knick-knacks. Fully-equipped kitchen, we cooked there every day! Plenty of closet space and privacy; perfect to relax in after a day at the nearby beach (even Beach Passes were provided!). We made this our family's home for a week; hope to do so in the future! Ron and Kim were so easy to communicate with, answered every question we had and so timely with return of our deposit. We actually the other property and it was perfect for our family with 2 young boys - they loved the toys and books in the closet (thanks for the coloring book, Kim!). Thinking of next year...

We had a fantastic stay. We traveled with three child (3, 2 and 8 weeks) and this house was perfect for us. We could walk to the beach (lugging all our things in the double stroller) and the house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It was clean and nicely painted upon arrival. We found the owners extremely easy to deal with and very helpful. My kids enjoyed playing with the huge selection of toys that were stored in the bedroom. Nice touch! We would definitely return to this property again :)

We enjoyed the stay! We came in for Coast Guard Boot Camp Graduation. The place was perfect, it was very CLEAN and comfortable, we are hoping to plan another trip soon!

A great place to spend Spring Break with the family. Kids (9 and 10 yrs) Walk to beach..walk to restaurants..So much to do...Lighthouse/Beach/sunsets on the beach/shopping/ferry to Delaware...Clean home and with a little cleaning prior to checking out, security deposit was quickly returned in full. Great experience all around..Thank you Ron and Kim!

Spent the past weekend in Cape May! The weather was great and the house was beautiful! The pictures do no do this house justice. It is beautiful and well furnished. Very clean when we arrived. Close to everything. Very beautiful area to visit. I had a chance to meet the owners and they were wonderful! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a perfect vacation. Thank you to the owner's for a great weekend getaway with my daughter!
