Not a lot, the staff were amazing, especially Kevin, he went out of his way to be very helpful. You are allowed to use the facilities at their sister resorts for free so we spend most of our time there.

We had a room with a pool which was dirty from day one, we asked for it to be cleaned just about everyday, they did try but they didn't know how to clean it, didn't even know about PH levels. No information when you arrived about anything to do with the resort, room, facilities, area, nothing. Food wasn't that great for the price, had to ask for the smallest things. like butter, jam, salt, missed things off orders etc. You have to ask them to make up/clean the room otherwise it doesn't get done and even when they do its not that clean, the built up of scum on the shower walls is terrible, so much so its turned white. Room wasn't thought out to well when they designed the place not very functional, bed takes up why to much space, no storage etc. I could carry on but I'll leave it there.

Amazing: beautiful villa, with super big and confortable bed, full window at the bathroom overlooking the back garden. The mangrove area si so beautiful, the sunset also great..However they do not have a beach area, but you can take tuk tuk to their sister hotel South Palm Hotel Panglao, wearing a bracelet and enjoy their private beach

security stay at your window 24/7 watching what's happening inside.. 10min+ to get a beer even though there's no cue at the bar

Every employer are very nice We are living in the villa They have difference socket for 110v & 220v This design very sweet. Their massage are very professional!!

But the drainage hole in the bathroom doesn’t working

easily accessible to the pool. beautiful mangroove. only 5mins to moadto strip mall. the villas are very good size with big comfortable beds.

if only they have the beach access but still beautiful place overall

Food was great, staff very friendly and accomodating, massage service was very good as per daughter the boardwalk was unique and we like the fact that the area was not very crowded, pool was good too
