We have been vacationing here since 1987 and it never disappoints us. Love to be able to see the sunrise and sunset just steps away from our villa. Relaxing, wildlife (especially seeing turtle tracks,) beach, pool, tennis, boating, kayaks, biking.........something for everyone!

We have come to Palm Island Resort ( previously called Island Harbor Resort, then Sea Palm Resort ) since 1983. Missed in 1984 when our son was born, and 2022 due to hurricane damage. We love the place! On busy days, we saw, at most 10-12 people on the whole length of the beach.This trip, we had 8 family members along.“ it don’t get no better !”

Our 3 Bed, 3 bath unit was conveniently located next to the pool and beach access. With a quick golf cart ride, the cafe, restaurant and gift shop were easy to get to. Loved the stay for our friends' resort wedding!

Our units furniture and setting were great but relatively small items made it less than great. We and our friends have been going to Palm Island Resort off and on for thirty years. We overlook erosion problems, red tide etc but this time was different. The day we were to arrive I called in advance to see if we needed to do anything and very uncharacteristically your receptionist was dry rude on the phone. Totally set me back but my wife and I agreed to overlook it. Upon arrival our unit was nice but the toilet in the main bath did not flush (I fixed it) none of the three TV’s work, the blender didn’t work, etc. All and all the management team did not do their jobs. We fixed the toilet, they replaced the blender but the TV’s would only work if we used our own Netflix account and we never got regular network news or sports. Less than expected based upon past experience and cost increases. We will have to reevaluated our future vacation plans.

We have been to palm island many times and I love it there. The island has improved the grounds and tennis courts. However the cost has increased but the villa has not been adequately updated. Our 3 bd had poor wifi, dirty sheets, the carpet was so dirty my kids didn’t even want to walk bare foot on it.

Wonderful vacation! The staff is always curious and very helpful! Beach is amazing and the pool was well kept although very warm due to hot temps. A few specific recommendations on our particular unit #1522. The carpet is stained but looks like it could be cleaned up. Please consider a professional carpet cleaner. The kitchen had lots of supplies but was extremely disorganized. One item that seems to be missing is silverware, particularly spoons! Overall we love Palm Island and can't wait to come back next year for our annual family beach trip! It's the best!

The unit we stayed in (1522) was so comfortable and you could tell the owners took great pride in their vacation home. The beach and island are the most pristine beaches in the country! Overall - mini Vacay was awesome - just wish we could've stayed more than 3 days!

We had a wonderful experience in your beautiful Three Bedroom Beach Villa. The view was amazing and the villa was amazing on the inside, too. We walked in at dusk and much to my surprise, there was a Christmas tree decorated and lit up. I almost cried at how beautiful and serene everything was. We came for a weekend right in the middle of December Christmas craziness. It was just what our family needed at the time.

I haven't been to Palm Island in over 20 years. My kids and spouse had never been. Small things may have changed but I honestly can't tell what... 5 people with all different interests and all with very busy lives, I was scared the kids would get bored fast. We all had the most amazing week and not once did I hear anything about boredom. Not once was a phone or a video game system seen in any ones hands.
You don't even rry to relax here, it just happens within minutes of unpacking. The world is left behind and you are on island time
We are already selecting our next date to come back. We will be making this a traditional family vacation. Atleast yearly, if not 2 times a year.
