The house was we had imagined! It was beautifully maintained and stocked with anything we would need to be comfotable. Mr. Byron met us as soon as we arrived to show us around and made sure we had the lay of the land. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back!

This property was the ideal location and layout for a much anticipated girls reunion trip! James and his team of property managers made this an exceptional experience for us by communicating clearly and anticipating all our needs and more! We were welcomed with some treats for the adults and some goodies for the kids! The layout was ideal for each of us to retreat in the evenings and recharge for the next day. We enjoyed all the amenities such as the spa like hot tub and pool in the gorgeous backyard oasis. This property was worth every penny! We will be rebooking for our annual girls trip!

Casa Escoba was just right our two families. House layout allowed for our families to be comfortable, never crowded especially with two master suites. Backyard was a playground for kids, parents too. All the decor & details are there, only items we needed were grocery runs and with a super central location, those were quick convenient trips as well. We even took the bikes out exploring. Communication was seamless, kept us super informed pre and post trip & we loved our welcome walkthrough upon our arrival. Again, nailing all the details! No more researching Palm Spring listings for our next visit, we'll definitely be back!

The house and pool were perfect for our family vacation. My husband and I used the master bedroom that was near the entrance which was perfect to give us a little separation from our adult children and grandchildren that used the other three bedrooms. The pool was wonderful and provided a lot of fun for all. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The BBQ was great, and outdoor seating was comfortable. We will be coming back!!

This property is one of the best I've seen. The owner is incredibly generous, offering his home and all of the wonderful amenities that go with it. He completely trusts his guests and wants them to feel welcome. The house itself is perfectly situated with a gorgeous snow-capped Mountain View from the heated swimming pool and hot tub. The kitchen is perfect, the beds comfortable, the linens and towels new, and the space configuration perfect with two main-bedroom suites and two extra bedrooms. Having access to the bikes was fun too, but we really just stayed put in the beautiful house enjoying the sun and swim. When I unfortunately broke a mug, the response was, "Life happens. Don't worry." I loved this entire experience and hope to go back every year. Thank you! And thank you to Randy for a seamless check-in process!

Property is well suited to a multi generational family visit with multiple seating areas to accommodate all. Home is very well equipped for those who enjoy cooking with quality pans, knives and lots of dinnerware and appliances. Glass cooktop does take a while to get use to, especially if you are use to gas. Highly recommend and would stag again.

This home has everything you you hope for and want. Beautiful inside and out! The pool, spa and fire pit were enjoyed daily! The kitchen has all the amenities you would ever need and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciate Randy and Byron meeting us at the house and showing us all the bells and whistles.

We were in Palm Springs for an event, so the four of us decided on a house with a pool, hot tub, separate bedrooms, full kitchen and close to our event. This property nailed all of those requirements and did it with a ton of style! Simply a lovely house that literally felt like home to us for 5 days. It is in a quiet location and has been throughly updated; it is very well-stocked for in-home dining; featured a high-end entertainment system in the living room; and, the backyard space was exceptional with its salt water pool and spa and tranquil landscaping... Both the owner and local property management team could not have been more responsive or professional. We were so impressed with all aspects of our rental, we have already booked the property for next year!!

We were thrilled with our stay at Casa Escoba. The owner and management staff were professional, kind and very accommodating. They answered questions promptly and were an absolute delight to work with. The house is in the perfect location and was super clean and had fantastic decor throughout the house. A perfect way to get in the ‘Palm Springs’ state of mind. We loved the pool area and the big dining room table. We had some rainy days and stayed in to watch a movie one afternoon and it was very homey. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to hang out and grill by the pool or dine in style inside. I would absolutely recommend this property.

The home was so wonderful for a family gathering! Very comfortable bedrooms. All rooms were well equipped with items you would want and need. we had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. the house and yard/pool are nicer even than the pictures. we were extremely comfortable and would highly highly recommend to anyone. location is quiet and also close to everything. the property managers were very accessible and understanding. can't say enough good things.

This home is very comfortable to stay in. It is extremely well stocked and the layout is great. There are two master suites which provides great privacy. The backyard is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax in. I highly recommend this home:)

My husband and I stayed for a week with 2 other couples. Casa Escoba exceeded our expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly arranged. The home is not only beautiful indoors and outdoors, but also very functional and comfortable. There are several areas where we could all be together, but also space to separate when desired. The furniture is very comfortable, which I do not always find to be true in rental properties. We spent time in the pool and spa every day and gathered around the fire pit every evening. The kitchen is very well-equipped and was thoroughly enjoyed by our friends who love to cook. It was so nice to find the kitchen stocked with "essentials" and not have to buy every item. We enjoyed delicious meals at the beautiful dining room table each night - complete with candles and place card holders! We ate grapefruit off the tree in the yard every day. The surrounding area is extremely quiet. We enjoyed beautiful walks and runs from the house every day. It was also so nice to have Randy and Byron meet us at the house (after our 8 minute drive from the airport) to show us around. It was nice to know they were available, but the house is perfect so there was no need to contact them during the week. We could not have chosen a better home to spend a week! From the onset, we had a special request that was accommodated by the owner and managers which made for a great first impression. This home, and I think I speak for the other three guests when I say home, because you could easily stay here for months and want for nothing. It is very thoughtfully and comfortably decorated, and we even did an “art walk” within the house to see the many art pieces. It’s so well equipped with appliances, that eating in is easy. This is a most spacious house and is perfect for two couples as the two masters are at opposite ends of the house and for four of us gals we were spread out in the four bedrooms. The outside is just as spacious with a generous pool, sunning area with a lovely view of the mountains. Proximity to the airport was great for picking up and dropping off. Cannot find one single fault with this house, they have literally thought of everything

Exactly as advertised. Communications were prompt, helpful and accurate. Location is 5 mins south of airport, right off #111 but on a super quiet street, easy access for all your PS outings. It was so quiet at night, slept very well. House is decorated is PS tradition - it is a classic PS house - very tasteful; house was very clean, very modern, well stocked with everything we could think of and more. Rooms are well set up for 2 masters/ensuites and then 2 rooms for kids, etc. Private. Pool area and yard are new and very well set up. 4 cruiser bikes in the garage - room to keep one car in there as well. This is a true 5 star rating. Could not have asked for better.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, meticulous, comfortable home. As a family of 4 we had a ton of space and appreciated all of the thoughtful touches and conveniences provided by the host. Lounging by the the pool, with a mountain view in a quiet neighborhood was wonderfully relaxing, and it was a perfect spot to explore downtown Palm Springs and the CA desert. This was our first time ever using VRBO and any subsequent hosts have a lot to live up to!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation property. We had our young grandchildren along and felt very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and appreciated since we stayed in for most of our meals. There were plenty of towels and pool toys provided for our use. The property managers were friendly and greeted us at the home to give us an orientation. They responded quickly to any inquiries that we had. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. A nice time had by all! We look forward to our next stay at Casa Escoba!

We have stayed at dozens of VRBOs around the world and this is our number two favorite. And it is only number two because number one was in Paris. 😊 We are so grateful that you share this beautiful property with others. We could not be happier. You provided us with a sanctuary in one of our favorite vacation spots during a difficult time and it has already been very healing.

My family had a fantastic three weeks at Casa Escoba in Feb/March. This is the first time I've stayed at a property that is better in person than in the photos. Casa Escoba is the kind of property that makes you feel pampered and at home at the same time. The house is newly remodeled and has a wonderful open flow with comfortable and tasteful furnishings and high end finishes. The pool and outdoor living space is amazing with a mountain view, plenty of seating areas for enjoying pool time, meal time, family time or nap time. There's a chest full of pool floats, noodles and toys, plenty of pool towels and even terry cloth lounge covers. The yard has a lovely stand of palm trees which provide some nice shade on the hotter days. We had three generations staying at Casa Escoba including my 80-something parents who have some mobility issues and the property worked great for them. The property managers were so kind and helpful and really made us feel welcome. I could go on and on about the well-stocked kitchen, the bikes, the quiet neighborhood, the comfy mattresses and bed linens, the grapefruit tree, and the convenient location but I guess the best endorsement I can give is that I booked for next year while we were still there.

Our host James was extremely responsive to our requests and patient with our fumbling over new appliances. The house is very well equipped and centrally located. I had my doubts about the property online ... it was a bit more expensive than we had planned and pictures and write ups don’t always portray reality. But when we arrived and walked through the front door, all our doubts melted away. The property managers (Randy & Byron) promptly met us and walked us through every room and amenity. The house had a wonderful floor plan, was updated, clean, well stocked and completely ready for visitors! We cooked most of our meals and lacked for nothing in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were warm and welcoming, there was room to play games in the yard, and a BBQ grill ready to use. There were eight of us sharing the space, but there was plenty of room for everyone! We brought our bikes with us, but didn’t need them, as there were four bikes ready for us to use! Whew! Needless to say, we loved our stay and would highly recommend Casa Escoba!
