The house was as pictured. It was a good house for our group with plenty of space. The location is great because we walked to downtown Gatlinburg. One minor issue (also reported in other reviews) was the lack of oven mitts. We did have a major issue getting to the house because of a snow storm. Some of our party arrived and found they were unable to access the house because the incorrect door code was provided (also reported in another review). Because of the snow, the roads were too slick to park at the property. The property management was not responsive to our calls upon the first attempt to access the house. We did get a response to maintenance needs, so we accessed the house, but we it was one day later than scheduled. The lack of response should be considered if renting this house.

All 15 of us who stayed had a fantastic time . The house was very clean and well outfitted with plenty of dishes, silverware,and glassware as well as pots and pans for cooking. The only thing I would add is oven mitts. Check-in and check out was so simple and convenient. Great house!

The location wasn’t as scenic as I thought it would be but it was still nice. The lock code wouldn’t work at first but we called the management and it was taken care of. The cabin was as pictured.

No yard. No view. Overrun with centipedes killed 20-30+ Inside, everyday even after exterminator! If not for bugs would rate higher

wonderful place for the entire family, close to all the fun. liked watching the bears walk up and down the roads. could use a little cleaning on the outside of the home. dryer does not work and the upper-level couch pull out bed was broken and we could not use it. fooseball table was in rough condition and all the slides are no good,

Definitely an enjoyable property. It

This home is perfect for families looking to be close to the Gatlinburg Parkway which is like a strip that resembles a carnival or fair. Easy to walk to from this property. Great kitchen for making big meals. However, this is not a mountain escape and the views are limited due to it not being high up in the mountains. Pictures were very deceiving. No yard and no outdoor fire for s’mores or enjoying the outdoors. Family room sits about 7 and is off kitchen but not large at all. Decor is dated and bed coverings need to be replaced. Convenient if you want to hike the mountains and walk the strip but not ideal if you are looking for a quiet, isolated mountain home. A driveway separates this home from the one next door and you could hear the family in the next house during the whole visit.

Our group enjoy the house. It is close enough to downtown, but yet private. We will definitely book this location again.

The house is awesome! Loved the artwork! Well furnished except for the kitchen. There were sufficient pots and pans, but no spices(even salt or pepper), which most homes we have stayed in have had. Extra trash bags would have been really nice because we had trouble finding any in town! But over all a great stay, just different than we usually experience.

This was a great house for our family of 15. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to a large family needing space.

The cabin was wonderful!! We enjoyed our stay. All our guests where comfortable. The cabin was very clean!! This cabin is very close to downtown Gatlinburg. The Tram passes over our cabin that was cool. We did have three issues: No internet service is the first issue. The wifi was not good at all!! We called and reported the issue. But we did not get anyone over to fix the issue. The second was the hot tub. The jet streams did not work and the water was funky. Third, was the second floor sleeper sofa. It was broken.

This house was amazing!!! Very spacious! We loved the huge kitchen and openness. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were very nice. Very quiet with great views! We even saw a few bear!!!!

Dirty floors throughout required housekeeping to come and redo: hot tub didn’t work, management sent no one to fix after 2 requests on both of our stay days; 2 frogs were in pool and extremely loud entire evening: TVs are difficult to operate throughout with exception of game room TV: lack of attention to maintenance and stay experience makes this stay overpriced

Unhappy with the sleeping accommodations especially the queen bunk beds which were shaky for an adult in the upper and the hid-a-bed mattresses were poor quality. Overall a B+

He’s very nice

The location is amazing, very close to downtown. I would not suggest more then 2 cars as the driveway can be a little scary at night. The only problems we had was when it came to watching TV to calm the littles down we had to find a working cable box. My husband spent 2 hours making sure everyone was happy with their cable choices since some of the cable boxes were not working. Wasn’t a big deal but for some it might be. And power to one of the bedrooms upstairs did not have power when we got there. We were able to find the breaker and turn it on.The cleaning crew was leaving the moment we got there right at 4pm. Thankfully it was a long drive from Florida. Did not like how the only way into the house is to go through one of the bottom floor bedrooms, if no one was there to open the other doors. If someone is relaxing downstairs and someone is playing pool you will hear every sound. You will know anytime someone is awake and walking upstairs. I would not suggest this house for any kids under 5. My littles had a hard time going up and down the stairs and they are 3,2 and 2.

Loved all the cooking space, bedrooms are very spacious also.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Wonderful area a bear visit every morning and evening.Kids love the pool we had a great time

My experience with this property was excellent. It was clean and had all the amenities I wanted.

Property was still being cleaned when we got there so we had to check in late and wait after driving 15 hours. Management never responded to me. Place was beautiful but the views weren't completely accurate to the images portrayed online. Also need more forks lol

Great place to stay

Property was great. Only issue was a black bear that would come and visit to take the trash.

The house was great for a group our size. Bedrooms with own bath were clean and very accommodating. The check-in process & using the app was great, the only problem was none of the codes we were given worked and we had to call and get correct codes. Active bear was an issue; house needs to work on the trash situation to prevent this. I would go back again.

Beautiful home Extremely clean and very comfortable beds

Great place for people of all ages. Beautiful cabin, very clean. The only complaint I have is that for the cabin to be so big and able to accommodate 18 people the kitchen is lacking essentials. There aren't enough pots, pans, mixing bowls...there weren't even any oven mitts. We did have to go out and get a can opener because the one that was there didn't work. So if you plan on cooking for more than 6 people and utilizing the kitchen....come prepared. I would rent this place again!

Amazing experience at this property everything is clean and just like the pictures. Beautiful cabin to stay in Gatlinburg town, with great natural views. Close to many Smoky Mountain park amenities, including some of the best vistas. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in the mountains.

The keypad is on the wrong door. Access needs to be the living room not access through the bed room.

House was great and location was perfect.

Very spacious. Beds were comfortable, but high up off the floor for seniors. The floors and kitchen was very unclean. We had to clean the cabinets, the tv screen, the counter tops, etc. We did not clean the floors. Our shoes stuck to the floor and our bare feet turned black. A good mopping would help. The kitchen is ill equipped . No dish towels (only one) and no pot holders at all. Adequate dishes and glasses. The pool was very mirky and full of leaves. Lots of trash around from the former renters. Birthday stuff. If you rent this cabin, you must bring your own dish towels, dish cloths, mitts. It is a nice rental, in a good location but needs a little more attention. Other than a few other things it was nice. Our stay , even though these disappointments was nice for my mom and family to celebrate her.

this was a great place to stay, the only issue we had was the noise within the house with all hardwood floors, some rugs might help.

Perfect for us.....great kitchen,lighting,overall design.....almost gave it an A+.....except...little things mean a lot....cutting board,coffee filters.kitchen sponge,hooks behind bathroom doors,plastic for pool area,pot holders......house clean except under beds and couches......cigarette butts around pool and driveway....also empty “Skoal “ container downstairs bath....couple more chairs poolside......overall very pleased....a good value
