Very friendly, easy and fast check in / out ….. very clean , great location to the beach , restaurants and downtown ……

Property did not look like it was remodeled recently. Beds could use new mattresses. Still nice, just needs a touch up here and there. Stocked very well with dishes and pans. We would stay there again.

Very nice place to stay! Clean and super nice location

My parents stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time. The condo unit has everything you need and a great view of property from the deck. The owner is incredibly kind and available to answer questions. The condo / resort location is PERFECT. So close to shops and restaurants and attractions in Naples. The beach is less than 2 miles away. A nice pool and restaurant on site adds to the experience. The only negative is that the building and condos could use a slight refresh / update (screen doors, blinds). Recommend and would stay here again!

Good condo. Check-in ended fine after we caught an error: the staff person initially gave us the wrong keys and incorrect info about the location of our building (luckily we were in building G, not the one undergoing renovation and without an elevator). Nice kitchen that offered everything one could need. Plenty of beach equipment, extra blankets and towels, clean kitchen appliances, bathrooms, tables and countertops. Lovely, large lanai with a picturesque view. Very good location with many restaurants nearby. The drawbacks were minimal but we found the bed in the rear needing a new mattress, was dressed with thin sheets and had slightly mildewed pillows. (All the pillows could be “refreshed.” ) Also, the floors could have used a better cleaning which we learned when we mopped. Otherwise, the photos were accurate and everything was in working order and we enjoyed our stay. An aside: I don’t think it appropriate to ask departing guests to run the dishwasher as they leave. I wouldn’t leave an appliance like that turned on unless I was there.

The owner of the condo Lauren was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the unit it’s view of the property and the pool. The location was perfect, close to shopping, with a grocery store a minute away. We hope to return in the future .

Lauren responded promptly when I booked the property and within minutes during my stay when I had a few questions. Very easy process.

Central location had a great time

This was our first trip to Naples and we really enjoyed the visit. Everything was easy to get to from this condo. The grounds are beautiful and they did a nice job updating this unit. We had fun watching the turtles and ducks (we called them chicken-ducks) in the lagoon. The pool was very nice and we met the grounds maintenance manager Isaac and he made a GREAT recommendation for Cuban food. Hit it up if you like great food Ferdinand the Bull. It was nice having several beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. (1 umbrella is completely damaged). There are pots, dishes and glasses (even wine glasses) I would recommend 1 or two serving bowls for salads and what not. Overall very nice accommodations.

Had a wonderful time at this condo! The weather was just unbelievable! Overall, we were very comfortable -we would definitely rent this place again. Would consider renting for a full month depending on cost.

We had a lovely, easy experience. Cupboards had just enough to get us through with the essentials and the unit was modern, clean and very comfortable. I think we wish we had a little more access to additional paper goods (tissues, TP), but we have no complaints as local shops nearby provided everything. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area and communication was great.

Well-appointed condominium! Pristine and spacious with a nice veranda overlooking the property. Very nice pool area. Wonderful resort is in a convenient Naples location for dining, shopping and beaches. Responsive host. Would definitely return to this condo!

The condo had everything we needed for an awesome Beach stay. Host was excellent and responded quickly to our inquiries.

The unit and location were exactly what we had hoped for. The resort amenities were great, and the location of the unit in the resort was perfect. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Owner was able to allow early check in which was much appreciated. Condo had been modernised and was nicely decorated. On the third floor (there is an elevator) overlooking a canal. Excellent pizza place called Rosantis in closest strip mall!

The condo was beautiful; however a few notes: - The pool restaurant was closed for the summer but was indicated as an available amenity at time of booking. - Suggestions to owner: Invest in better linens and pillows. Add a nightstand to both sides of the bed. King size bed should be in master bedroom instead of second bedroom. Both beds were very uncomfortable unfortunately. The king size bed is extremely hard and in the queen bed is dips so when two people try to sleep in it, the smalller person rolls into the larger person. Other than these issues, the condo is lovely. The resort itself is old and dated, but the pool area and the grounds are beautiful. And this condo was renovated beautifully.
