This was our second time staying at La Paloma Blanca. We stayed here a few years ago and loved the size and location of the property. I would consider this a small to medium size property and it had four pools and a ranchito (bbq hut) at no additional charge. There were 20 of us in total ranging from 5 yrs to 74 yrs old. We rented four condos and were able to get a poolside condo for the elders which was perfect for gathering and meals. We loved the location at the north end of town, away from the busier part of the beach. The communication with the property managers was excellent from email confirmations to check in, receiving the lockbox codes and wifi in advance. Each room had plenty of beach towels, soap, shampoo, and all the kitchen supplies including coffee filters and a starter pack of coffee. Most of our communication was with Vacasa who I assume is the Latin arm of VRBO. They even emailed me offering excursions. There is a surf camp right on the beach and a beautiful shaded space where you can enjoy the ocean view and out of the sun. The only drawback in my mind was the beach - it is very rocky and very limited walkable sand in bare feet - you really need water shoes if you want to walk the beach. But there is a nice laid back vibe with lots of people and their dogs and we always felt safe. There was also a last minute change to one of our reservations where the owners needed the property on the dates we had reserved but the staff quickly helped find another room. There was a secure parking lot right across the road and we had no problems at all. There was always security - friendly guards and several cute iguanas on site. I thought the price was extremely reasonable as well for everything that is included. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect for beach access and views.

Love this complex. Close enough to town but it's own little world. Condo is stocked well, clean and vacasa app reservation was easy to complete. Definitely recommend.

Excelente condominio, frente al mar en un sector de Jaco muy tranquilo. Con todas las comodidades, muy buena limpieza, con vista al mar y se puede disfrutar de los atardeceres.

The place is absolutely gorgeous, the view is wonderful and the apartment space is beautiful. A couple of things that would make it even more than 5 stars are: - The check in time is too late. 4pm to get settle before of the sunset is not ideal and for those getting early it's a bit complicated specially if they are coming with luggage for a few days. - the other thing is that the balcony is wonderful but highly uncomfortable without a couple of comfy chairs or something just to sit down there and relax. The dinning table is there but it's chairs are not comfy at all. Other than this, I'm planning to get back there. Ohh, the pool and walking distance to the beach is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Paloma blanca is a great community of very nice people, the place is clean and quiet and its location at the very end of Jacó is extremely nice and convenient as it is close enough to downtown yet far from the noise and crowds.

Excelente ubicación y las instalaciones bellas

We've stayed in Paloma Bianca for four nights. It is a luxurious spacious apartment in a complex wich for the most part is owned by Americans. It was quite empty during our stay. Great because it meant we had the beautifull and big swimmingpool to ourselves and not so great because it was also a bit boring... the management has a lot of rules. Although the rules are not stupid it feels like a military school to read this in the book they provide. They even tell you the fines when jou break these rules. It doesn't feel very welcoming.
The appartment itself gives you everything you could wish for. Dishwasher, microwave, big oven, washing machine, dryer, a.c. in every room. Lots of towels... one thing was a bit of a let down: no hot shower. We asked for maintenance but nobody ever showed up to fix this...
But in all: we had a great stay here!

the apartment was great, the neighborhood was quiet and always had a guard on duty. pools were great and not too busy, loved that the beach was just across the street!

I loved it! It was great... clean, spacious and beautiful place. And Adriana was very friendly and kind. She was always responsive and nice to all of us. We will return for sure.

Nos atendió Tatty y Adriana la cual tuvimos el gusto de conocerla y nos brindó una atención y servicio excelente. Sin palabras y agradecimiento para ambas. El apartamento B3 es espectacular. La limpieza ubicación y el mantenimiento del mismo. Me encantaría tener la oportunidad de volver pronto.
