the property was great, has no heating or a/c we froze the first night but the real estate that manages it got us a couple little oil heaters for the bedrooms on the second night

so spacious, quiet, great for the kids, so close to the beach and town! lovely people. thank you for a wonderful stay. Beautiful home. Great for big families or a group of friends.

One of the spas didn't work as a spa which was kind of annoying

It's a quiet location at the end of the street and we enjoyed watching the birds first thing in the morning and late afternoon. House has plenty of room, so would be good for families or lots of friends.
There's no WiFi, but we didn't let that bother us.
Some windows don't catch properly when you close them. There's no air-conditioning, so it would get quite hot in summer.

Large spacious property. Very Quiet location. BBQ was good. Beds were good.
Garden needed wedding. Some maintenance needed doing. No towel rails, door stoppers all broken but apparently these were getting fixed the day we left the property. Note sure if I would like this property in summer as it had no air conditioning.

Easy place to stay for a few days. Great spot with a reserve on 2 sides, so no neighbours to speak of. Price was great. Taking our own linen wasn’t a problem.
Could do with a maintenance once over. Several bits and pieces could do with a fix. Eg screens, window locks. Nothing impeded our stay though.

Large House, comfortable and close to everything, nice basket of fruit on arrival
Nothing provided, No Coffee or Tea, soap, shampoo, towels, none of those basics
Extra cost for sheets (we brought our own)
Two large Spa Baths, both don't work. Any guest would walk into the house and think WOW and then such a let down.
