l adresse pour récupérer les clefs etait erronée il a fallu demander a un coiffeur qui se trouve a l adresse indiquee ou se trouvait la boutique / l evacuation de la douche etait bouchee / inondation dans la salle de bain / 2 appels sans reponse a la reception ainsi que 2 mails / la reception a dit avoir informé le service d entretien pour resoudre le probleme personne ne s est deplacée et m a demande d acheter une bouteille de destop pour deboucher l evacuation .............

We loved being in the very center of Oslo, with the possibility to reach most of city spot lights with short walks. The flat was opened to an inside courtyard, and at roof level, which gave a good view for rainy hours.

I like the location of these apartments so much, it’s convenient to get to any of the Oslo landmarks in 10 mins. Also, check in is quite easy.
The apartments were a bit dirty. Also, there were problems with bathroom and balcony doors. Unfortunately, the host didn’t respond to our messages and calls to solve the door’s issue.

Excellent location and fun restaurants around
It was hard to find the place to dispose the garbage.

A very nice, quiet flat with balcony and great view in the most central location near the main station. Great communal terrace on the roof. Good communication and information. Check-in and check-out worked great.
The shower was not clean and the toilet seat was broken. The bed is too short for tall guests. The "rubbish room" was hard to find.

Great apartment located in a good area in Oslo. Easy to access on the 6th floor. Quiet room with block out curtains. Comfortable bed & good amenity like a washing/ drying machine.
Good temperature in the room. Lovely rooftop area where we enjoyed the sunshine and berries.
Late check in of 4pm after a 20plus hour travel from Australia was tough & we did need to contact the owner as the keys were not at the collection store at 4pm. He responded straight away but meant we sat in the square with suitcases and a child for an extra 20 minutes.
Gate to the rooftop is right next to the apartment and could be noisy when it was accessed by others at all times of the night.

Difficult to get a bill for the stay.
The pictures makes the bedroom looks much bigger as it is. It is not so luxurios as it looks on the pictures.
Mimimum of cleaning done....
The keys for the flat are in an enveloppe behind the tray of a shop... funny... does not look like very professional.
Not easy to find the entrance and to bring the garbage.

The location was excellent - close to transport and the central station. The apartment was very comfortable. We liked that the apartment complex was secured at night.
We would have liked information on rubbish recycling

Excellent location. Self catering facilities were very good, clean and very convenient. A little gem in central Oslo.
