Frokost. Klarte ikke å fylle på, resulterte i mangel på flere ting hele tiden, mest brød, smør, div pålegg og drikke.

The location was good, and the kitchen was also good and reliable

Everything was okay

Location was nice. The breakfast was ok.

Cleanliness was sub par, toilet was clogged. The room was so hot and uncomfortable and I was unable to get air circulation. The front desk would not answer the phone. The mattress was weird and very thin. I left an item and the hotel and staff acted as though no one had ever left an item behind before.

Ontbijt was compleet, gevarieerd en goed georganiseerd. Voor een hoofdstad te zijn, konden we met onze Ford Transit Custom bestelwagen toch (net) ondergronds parkeren. Dit was een verademing ten opzichte van bijvoorbeeld parkeren in Bergen. De parkeertarieven zijn niet van de poes, maar wel wat je kan verwachten in een grootstad. Door een administratieve fout konden we de kamer niet meer binnen, maar het behulpzaam personeel heeft dit snel en met een glimlach in een mum van tijd opgelost. Het hotel heeft een inpandig restaurant op de begane grond. Hier kan je héél lekker en gezellig uit eten gaan, desondanks de beperkte kaart. Hotel is goed gelegen met voldoende uitwijkmogelijkheden om (te voet) de stad in te trekken.

De hygiëne of de intensiviteit van de poetsdienst viel behoorlijk tegen: - het bad was bij aankomst niet uitgespoeld (haren van de vorige gasten kleefden nog in de badkuip) - er lag nog een gebruikte blok zeep in de douche - op de kussenslopen hingen nog snotvlekken van vorige gasten, alsook op het matraslaken zat nog een bruine, smerige vlek. Toen we de poetscrew vroegen om een ander laken (wat we gerust zelf wilden verversen), lag dit er bij terugkomst "van ver" over gegooid. Maar goed; dat is nog het minste, iedereen kan eens een minder dagje hebben natuurlijk. Wij verbleven eerder in Radisson Blu Stavanger en kozen doorvoor terug voor Radisson Blu door de fijne ervaring aldaar. In Stavanger betaalden wij 250 NOK toeslag voor een huisdier, hier in Oslo bedroeg dit 500 NOK. Je zou verwachten dat binnen dezelfde groep voor zo'n zaken dezelfde tarieven gehanteerd worden.

Innsjekking, utrolig treigt og ikke norsk betjening som forstod nokså lite og rota fælt.. Var sultne da gi kom v 15 tia og ville ha litt å spise i baren, men hverken der eller på roomservice var noe før kl 17! Service i baren nede var sur og dårlig, visne blomster etc…. Nei dette hotellet et ikje som det var da vi brukt del mye forritia..

alles! top standort im Zentrum. alle Supermärkte, Essensmöglichkeiten, Shops & Verkehrsmittel sind Nahe. Das Hotel ist einfach ein TRAUM! die Zimmer gross, gemütlich, warm, komfortabel etc.

Very good price for Oslo/Norway, excellent room, view, breakfast

I didn't like being put on floor 22, and having to walk up 1 flight of stairs with two 32kg suitcases and other baggage. This was odd, and if you are going to do this you should ask in advance how much luggage I'm bringing.

The staff were helpful and were kind enough to pack breakfast for me as i had an early morning flight. The room offered a splendid view of the city. Centrally located. The airport shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. A 10 minute walk from the city centre.

It was extremely hard if not impossible to get through to the front desk as the line was busy virtually all the time. Room service is available only for a few hours in the evening which is surprising for a hotel of this standing. For rooms on the top floor one has to climb a flight of stairs which is a dampener if one has heavy luggage as i did but.... the view is probably worth it.

Sentralt plassert, kort avstand til det meste, kjent område etter å ha bodd i byen selv.

Hôtel très bien situé, bien équipé (piscine, salle de sport...), chambre spacieuse, superbe petit déjeuner, personnel accueillant, restaurant, bar (au 22eme avec vue sur la ville). Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Great location central to much of Oslo, and loved the room views and facilities such as the pool and sauna. Friendly staff and the facility was clean and comfortable.

Some items could use some updating, and portions of my room weren’t completely cleaned. Some items (such as soap and toiletries) were missing but the front desk resolved that quickly.

Fikk sjekket inn tidligere. God service. Sentralt. Basseng og badstue. Frokosten.

The hotel staff had a good attitude.

Many guests were drunk in the hotel, they made loud noises and created an unsafe atmosphere in the hotel. Extra money is taken after the reservation price with a cunning trick.

De weg naar het zwembad is vervallen en oud en nodigt helemaal niet uit om er naar toe te gaan. Dit moet dringend aangepakt worden. De kleedruimtes daar waren ook niet echt goed onderhouden.

At personalet plutselig kommer inn på rommet uten å sjekke om vi var der. Svært ubehagelig opplevelse!

The gym was good. It has a sauna and pool as well. Walking distance to almost everywhere. Safe location.

The staff were mostly helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast had mouldy bread in the allergen free section and the the room was never cleaned properly. I was also given a room on the 22nd floor which meant having to take a lift to the 21st and then having to walk up a flight of stairs with luggage which no one offered to help with. I was expecting much better from this hotel brand!

This was the one disappointment during our trip around Scandinavia. We’d booked a superior room for our 2 nights and were given a shabby family room on a standard floor above the tram line that ran throughout the night. We queried the room and did receive a small discount but really would have liked to simply have been given the room we’d booked without any of the awful customer service we experienced.

Shabby room. Very poor customer service.

Location is good. Next to central station.

Rooms are way to small for couple and luggage.
