We rented the house for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. We had our extended family all come down. The house could not have been more perfect. The kitchen was beautiful. They had spices and seasoning to help with cooking. They also had a coffee maker and filters. The bedrooms and bathrooms suited our family very well. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. There are two sets of washers and dryer’s. Although we didn’t use the one that’s outside. They even included some detergent. The grill worked and was perfect for what we needed. When the weather warmed up a little bit, we were able to really enjoy the pool which was really nice. The house was very clean. The bathrooms and showers were great. I could not have asked for more. We had a little bit of an issue with the dishwasher and Joe the property manager was very responsive and had a repairman out there the next day, even though it was a holiday week. He was very easy to work with and talk to you. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for allowing us to rent your house.

This property is gorgeous. The home is on a corner lot and has lots of outdoor space for activities. The house was very spacious and just absolutely beautiful. We’ll definitely be staying again.

A great site overall. The pool and the Tiki Hut are an added plus. The outside of the house is really impressive, and the inside views are beautiful. The screened in area off the kitchen was a favorite place to sit and relax. We had 16 people and the only issues were one of the bunk rooms is small with no outlets that we could find, windows that we could open, or a cooling vent. We also had an issue with the microwave that Joe, the property manager, took care of quickly. Thanks Joe! The built in ice maker in the island did not work either. We had a great time, and the family really enjoyed the stay. Would recommend as a place to stay.

There were so many fantastic things about this house- the views are spectacular! The common living space was large enough for our 10 adults & all of the grandchildren! The pool area with tiki hut was great for those that wanted sun or shade. The elevator really came in handy for my daughter-in-law with a broken leg. We’ve rented many homes & this one was the best equipped with pantry items, paper goods & kids toys. The bedroom situation worked out for the most part, but it is really a 5 bedroom house, with bunks inside one of the King bedrooms. It was good for 1 family with small children, but wouldn’t have worked if our party would have been all adults. The other bunk room’s closets were blocked & the bathroom across from it had only a tub- no shower. All minor details for an otherwise good experience! The property manager was extremely accommodating & was always available!

The property is very comfortable for large groups ~ we had 8 and more than enough room to hang out together! The views from the house are really lovely including sunrise! The house is located on a canal with some boat traffic. The passing boats were a peaceful sight and fun to watch each morning over a cup of coffee. The property is quiet and peaceful and provides a beautiful view while enjoying the pool (which was very clean!) at the same time. There are two restaurant/bars within walking distance which was perfect for our group! We had an issue with an appliance but Joe, the property manager, was great ~ very responsive and resolved the matter for us pretty quickly!

This home was beautiful, and our expectations were completely met. There was plenty of space for our group of 9. The home was absolutely luxurious. We did have 3 singles, and the bunk beds were a bit small, but would have been better suited for children. But overall, we are very satisfied with the house. Great views all around the home, and we were able to point out the house as we left towards the reefs on our dives. The pool was very nice and the yard was great to chill. Communication was great, and we totally enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely stay there again! Sorry for the late review. We did stay at the end of October, 2021.

Wonderful family retreat for all of us (4 households, ages 1 to 67)!

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, nice cooking area and dining area large enough for our party of 15. Two of the young adults had to sleep on the pullout couches in the main living area. The only thing missing was oven mitts and dish towels, we had to improvise since we cooked almost all of our meals. The pool area was wonderful. Kayaks and SUP’s were great. Restaurants within walking distance for local seafood and drinks was a nice change. The elevator was beneficial for our elderly mom. The views from the bedrooms and living rooms were spectacular. We highly recommend this rental.

Was everything we expected. Very cooperative in getting the kayaks paddle boards and equipment. Area was a surprise but truly the key’s. There were fishing snorkeling charters going out etc yet was really quiet and peaceful. Being in the location it is had a lot of boat traffic which was great. Would lease it again.

We celebrate my sister-in-laws bithday and she said it was the best in her life. Everything was perfect and we all had a great time. THANK YOU FOR RENTING US YOUR HOUSE

Our family has rented homes worldwide. We look for a beautiful house, which is well located and large enough for our entire family. We are willing to pay whatever is necessary to find this. We have NEVER had any issues with a luxury home rental until this stay. We were looking forward to another great rental experience. Unfortunately, this house fell very short. Our observations. The positive: The common areas Amazing views Spaciousness Negatives: The location is not good. The house sits at the end of the seedier side of the Key Largo Harbor. Be prepared for cars on blocks, old boats, and seedy bars/restaurants. The white external gate, seen in photos, didn't work until day 5 of our stay and remained open leaving our vehicles and ourselves unprotected. Mold was visible in one of the Master Bedrooms. The other master bedroom with the two sets of bunk beds included a top bunk missing slats and one slat with a crack in it. Large rust spots were inside the clothes washer in the kitchen. The external washers and dryers were covered in rust. We watched water leak into the living room during several short rain periods through the large upper windows, pooling on the marble floor. The owners chose to conduct a property survey during our stay. This meant two adult men walked throughout the property for a half-day period. We had small children swimming, playing, and hanging out. We would have preferred the owner to wait until we were not paying for the home to conduct this survey. The televisions in the common areas did not work for the first two days of our trip. Several of the dining room chairs were frayed and had springs popping through the bottom. The bathroom with only a bathtub did not have functioning hot water. There is visible water damage on the ceiling of the home. We understand that things happen. We also understand that not everyone’s standards are the same. However, at a rate of $15K a week, positioned in the top 20% of rental fees in the area, we expected better than we received.

We had a great time. We were a party of 13 - ranging from 1 year to 60. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the location.

House was excellent for large family. Very well stocked. Terri, the owner, was wonderful to work with! Property manager made sure it was an easy check in.

The views from this property are amazing!! We were thrilled to find a home with so many king beds vs. twin beds. This suited our group perfectly. The home is gorgeous however outside the home is equally beautiful. There is plenty of room to throw a football, play frisbee, or just lounge. The property is located very near restaurants and grocery stores.

Great property with an amazing view! It has all the amenities and easy direct ocean access for a boat.

Home was great for us 12 adults !! Clean, spacious and comfortable !! Ocean view and fishing off pier !! Great pool and large area for outside activity (we brought our own Bocce set). Walked to a couple of fun/interesting resturants!! Overall -- an excellent experience !!

What a beautiful property! Great place to get away for a week

We spent just three quick nights but with a well equipped kitchen we were able to settle right in. We relaxed, we cooked, we baked all the while the kids enjoyed fishing and a daily visit from the manatees. Convenient to airports. Great fish dinner at Buzzards Roost. Each bedroom with beautiful views and sunrise exposure. Hope to return.

We had a family group of 8 adults and 5 children under 5. Plenty of space and very child friendly. Well supplied kitchen. Great times had by all.

The place was a highlight of our vacation. We titled it the “Banana Mansion”! Space was plentiful, the views are priceless, the water is like a private lake with the exception of amazing sea life! Manatees at the dock, beautiful birds, even a shark sighting! The kids swam a ton and jumped off the dock. Kayaking and paddle boarding were perfect activities and the pool kept the kids warm between sea swimming. Would like to see new beach towels and a few more kitchen supplies... Cereal bowls, mixing bowls, olive oil. Otherwise perfect! Perfect!!!

This was an excellent property to spend a week with family.

A unbelievable view of the ocean from every room of the house. Every bedroom has a large beautiful bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need for large groups. Can say enough about how spacious and a feeling of openness and light. Beautiful sunrises from each bed In the house. Can’t go wrong with this one.

We had a wonderful family vacation and the house had everything we needed. Great kitchen for making large meals and a bonus was it being stone crab season.

This house has it all! We enjoyed a week stay and it was beyond our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, numerous bedrooms and amazing baths! The kitchen was outstanding and fully stocked with every kitchen appliance and more. We rented a boat and had access to their dock along with a stellar pool with ocean views everywhere. The kayaks provided a wonderful outdoor experience as well. You just can't go wrong staying here. The owners have gone above and beyond. Thank you for offering such a great home on VRBO!
