Great, comfy place right around the corner from St Armand’s.

Well maintain grounds and unit. 6 minute walk to beautiful lido beach and all the shops and restaurants are outside your door. After Easter is a very quiet time. This is our second time staying at this complex...you will not be disappointed.

We have visited this property many times over the years as always we love the location proximity to St Armands and Lido Beach which is important to us. Unfortunately this most recent visit presented missteps. 1. 1st day - AC was not working although quickly rectified it is managed remotely therefore the occupants cannot adjust the AC on their own so we froze at night and were moderately comfortable during the day. Occupants need to be able.to adjust the a/c according to their needs. 2. Majority of the beach equipment in the equipment closet is worn and broken; one working umbrella and two nice chairs the rest of the equipment should be discarded. 3. It is customary for vacation rentals to offer full size toiletries for their guest - NOT tiny starter kits 4. Lighting in the condo should be updated: several lamps didn't have bulbs. 5. Better pillows must be offered; ours were flat and tired. 6. This visit the spa and pool were dirty during majority of our visit. Pool cleaning service should be more frequent when more guests/residents are present.

Had everything our family needed. Not only was the kitchen fully stocked, this rental came with boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. No need for a car, the beach and shops are both minutes away Had a wonderful stay here.

Third time staying there and each unit has been great. It’s in great condition and the location is best for us do what we enjoy! Best beach! Very walkable and quiet at night!

This villa had everything we were looking for in a vacation getaway! Steps away from shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to Lido Beach! The unit was private, quiet and beautifully appointed.

The price was very reasonable, the furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Everything that we needed was available. The swimming pool and grounds were well maintained. Booking, paying and receiving information regarding check were easy. We had a couple of minor issues and when we contacted the number provided, we received immediate helpful responses. We couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful property. Very easy to check in and out. All check in information sent in timely manner. Tucked in behind St Armand's Circle. Property is well maintained. Quiet. Pool is a gem. Easy walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, shopping! Beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds! A hidden gem. Would definitely stay again. Very relaxing vacation!

We had a great vacation! We loved that the hosts had so many essentials provided. The Circle is a nice place to explore.

We (family with 2 kids aged 7 and 8) much appreciated our stay in Loretta’s apartment. It was quiet despite being one minute walk from busy St Armands Circle with a lot of restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped and our children enjoyed the pool toys that were available. We would recommend this place for families.

Great location and the apartment is very nice. Laundry is in the complex but a bit of a walk to get to. Kitchen has lots of little extras you don't always find in Airbnb - lots of glasses, plates, bowls and pots. Appliances are new. Pool and hot tub are nearby and very nice. Very convenient.

This place is a gem. Located close to the beach, shopping and restaurants but private and quiet at the same time.The unit is very clean and spacious. Nicely decorated with modern amenities. Everything was perfect - thank you Loretta!

The Condo is decorated very nice & comfortable. It’s located in a great & convenient location. Walk to a beautiful beach. Around the corner are lots of good shops & restaurants. Nice pool too. However, across the street was ongoing construction of a home. Every morning I was woken up @ 7a to a loud generator and pounding. It went on everyday till 7p. I realize it is not the management or owners fault, but it was very annoying. It appears the project will be lasting many more months. With that being said, I would definitely stay in the Condo again after the construction has been completed.

Condo was very clean!! This is our 2nd staying there and love it. All iTrip associates were very kind and and accommodating!!

The location is excellent with a lots of restaurants and shops just a 2-3 min walk. The place was extremely clean and all requests/questions answered promptly. The pool is great and beach just a 5 min walk. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location to St Armand's and the beach was fabulous! You don’t even need a car if you don’t mind walking a hop a skip and a jump. Thank you so much!! We hop to stay again.

Nice place to stay. Only problem, they were building a house on one side of us and on other side, little busy and loud from restaurant.

Lovely large, very comfortable 2 bed/2 bath apartment, nicely furnished. Walking distance to St Armand’s Circle and beach. Great welcome pack with supplies. Lovely safe balcony with screening. Great kitchen with lots of cookware. Lovely well kept pool. Washer/ dryers available on the ground floor. Would definitely return.
