We booked this house on the basis of its locality, size and description. It is in a fantastic location and the agents were very helpful with cots and responses to questions, BUT, the house is one of the first wave of homes on St Armunds. That’s fine, except the interior and it’s provisions haven’t been updated or upgraded for many many years. In fact, what is there now is a mosh-mash of other let’s which added or left a bowl, pot or cup. The furniture is way beyond its best and the bedding, particularly pillows are the cheapest of the cheap. The patio furniture is very tired, in fact rusted to a point of failure and the fabric actually gave way to my slight 76 year old mother. If only the owners cared this could be a great house. Sadly, I don’t think they do. I did express these points to the agents and 5 days later, still have not received a response.

While the property is in a great location for visiting St Armand’s Circle, the house is a bit tired. Mattresses in two bedrooms were worn and toaster oven hard to use as the letters on control had worn off. Property manager was responsive to other issues but some TLC is needed

The area was perfect. Not far away from the beach. Big perfect house for families and relatives. Maybe a little remodal would work. Overall everything was just perfect. Thank you

Loved the house. Everyone had a room which was great with age differences. Pool was great and the secret gate is the best!

Our entire family had the greatest time. Everything your could have wanted was available. One point you might want to check is the railing next to the steps for the pool. It seemed loose.

Had a great experience with this house. Walking distance to st Armand’s circle and Lido beach. Very well appointed with toys, bikes, everything for the beach. Only issue we had was size of the kitchen. Otherwise perfection.

The house was beautiful, had everything that we needed. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and toys. There were bikes to use, and even a kayak! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and pillows. The pool was amazing, it was warm and clean. The location was the best! We used the secret door leading out to Armands Circle, we were walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach was just an 11 min walk away, went there every morning to walk the beach. Neighborhood was very nice also. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks for the great communication and the beautiful home.

This house was fantastic! We had 11 family members ranging in ages from 6 to 67 and there was plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. We even had an extra bedroom. The pool was a big hit and used every day so the abundance of beach towels available were very much appreciated. All your amenities are provided and there were plenty of extras; bikes, kayak, pool toys, beach toys, umbrellas (beach and rain), 2 wagons to carry everything to the beach which was about a 10 minute walk. It is only a couple blocks away from St Armond Circle so we ate at a different restaurant each night and got our fill of shopping. As someone else stated there are 2 washers and dryers for your convenience. I can’t say enough about the manager. Jennifer went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary and she was always accessible . She is the best!! You’ll have no worries while staying in this estate.

What an amazing place for a family vacation! The kids never wanted to go to the beach as the pool & backyard games were all they needed! It was a perfect location near all the restaurants & shops!!

We spent a fantastic week at The Ringling Estate, April 2021 on Lido Key. The house is a 2 block walk from St. Armand's Circle and a quick bike ride or nice walk to the beach . The house comfortably fit 4 couples and 6 kids ranging (11 to 18). The house has 6 bedrooms: all the adults had their own rooms- we put 4 girls in an upstairs bedroom/2 double beds and a bathroom and the 2 teenage boys had smaller room upstairs with a single bed with a trundle. FYI... the house has a small apartment type room off the garage with a door that goes out to the back yard and the pool If you want the most privacy and the best hot water pressure-pick that room. The master is really nice but it is an open bathroom concept and not everyone is comfortable with that. Also, note that the guest bedroom next to the master only has a 1/2 bath so the couple in that room will have to shower in another bathroom. We are a very laid back close group of friends and family so sharing bathrooms was only a little inconvenience but not an issue. Please note that the management provides you with all the toilet paper that you need because you must use a certain brand or it will cause plumbing issues. The kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The pool is great and it can be heated if necessary and there is plenty of outdoor seating space. There is a nice gas grill but it doesn't heat up very well so have an a cocktail and plan on a little extra cooking time. The house has everything you need for the beach including beach toys, towels, rafts, floats, beach balls and a fold up wagon to lug all your stuff to the beach. It has 5 bikes (we did have some tire and seat issues, we went to walmart and bought tubes and one of the dads replaced two inner tubes. Following that we had another flat on a different bike. So, don't count on all the bikes being functional...we also rented extra bikes from a local place that drops off and then picks up your bikes when you are done. The house has a single person kayak. It has two washers and dryers, I also noticed a stroller and a pack n play in the closet. Pretty much everything you need for a great week. The management team is awesome and responds very quickly to all your needs. We would rent again!

We have been renting over 15 years and this is by far the best location and the best stocked property. It has all the beach things you will need: towels, , bikes, kayak etc. The property manager was so friendly and such a joy to work with.. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely rent this property again

The house was roomy for adults and grandchildren. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will stay here again.
