This is a beautiful home in a great location. We had everything we needed for our family of nine to be comfortable. The location was perfect and enabled us to reach local attractions in a minimum amount of time.

We enjoyed our long weekend at the Chalet. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for 10 adults and 7 children under age 7. The close proximity to the pool and park was awesome. The only negatives were the beds were noisy and the floor in the living space was very dirty - was icky for the little ones to be on the floor. The staff was very responsive and check in was a breeze - would definitely stay again.

House was great, plenty of room for 14 of us. Excellent communication with any question we had with owner. We filled up the garbage cans and asked where we can put the surplus garbage but maintenance was there within 10 minutes to empty the cans. We cooked every night and had all the essentials available for us.

The house was exactly what we needed! However, the management company said we couldn’t check in early and must wait till 4pm. However, the day of at 12pm they text me and tell me it’s ready. Knowing that, we could have gotten there much earlier and made plans. Checking out was fine (10am a bit early but doable), but wanted to charge $150 to check out at noon. That is not normal. Overall, had a great time at the house but wish those accommodations could have been met.

Our unit was very clean with lots of room. It was within walking distance to Springbrook bar and grill. The food was great and it was a fun place to watch the Badger game. It would’ve been nice to have more options to watch Wisconsin sporting events in the theater room.

The house is beautiful, the resort activities are great. The pub food was ok. Would prefer a later check out, ten is pretty early.

The Champagne Chalet had a large great room and dining room so we could all be together. It also had porches where someone could pull off to be by themselves if they wished. The game room had a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, darts and an arcade which was a hit with kids, adults and even grandma!

A long weekend with family - our 4 adult children, their spouses, and 8 grandchildren. A total of 18 people. It went very well! Everyone enjoyed the game room, and the indoor/outdoor pool facility was spacious and just a 2 minute walk away.

Excellent property and location for our annual golf trip. We comfortably fit a crew of 16 guys and were within 10 mins of all the premiere golf destinations in the Dells. Awesome stay!

LOVE this property but there are a few things that definitely should be addressed. No hooks/towel bars in any bathroom / hence wet towels scattered. Shortage of mirrors outside bathrooms. Not enough hangers in closets. Floors need to be deep cleaned.

The house was beautiful and big! Accommodate a large group comfortably! Highly recommend!
House was beautiful and spacious! Just some minor issues with linen having stains on it and towels. But other than everything was amazing! Looking forward to booking again in the summer so we can really enjoy the outside areas!

Family weekend
We enjoyed staying at the Champagne Chalet for our family weekend. The kitchen allowed us to cook 7 of our
8 meals. The deck was great along with the fire pit. We especially liked the unique
Tables and chairs where we played games.

Great house. Within walking distance to the resort clubhouse with has a playground, indoor & outdoor pools, a small store and restaurant. There is even a small bar by the outdoor pool. The house has a lot of great outdoor space including a fairly price back deck and fire pit. Plenty of sleeping areas and game room to keep the kids occupied.

Cousins
Cousins from Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota needed a great place to gather for a couple of days. This was perfect. We shared a lot of great food and memories, while making new memories. The house met all expectations and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

A vacation to remember!
The wonderful Champagne Chalet helped make our family trip a long weekend to remember. Lots of room to relax and vist, great open floor plan, generous sized bedrooms, porches and decks. The game room was a huge hit with the children. We plan to make this an annual event. Thank you for helping us make great family memories.

Best rental home we have stayed in so far
This home was incredible. I wanted to take the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs home with me, it's exactly what I want. We are building a new lake home this summer and we are taking some of the ideas from this place. Everything that we needed was there. Thank you for a great time.
