The property is in the perfect location for bars and a good selection of restaurants there is also a street market in the evenings which was great it’s also a large property just a bit of a funny layout for us..the pool is large however was green and murky when we arrived and took a couple of days to properly clear and within a few days was green again so much it stained the children’s swimwear and we couldn’t use it there were a few little problems here and there and there is no outside wc as described so the kids have to go through the tiled floor house to use the bathroom which is a shame as it’s something that aided our choice for this property, there was only 6 loungers not 8 and there was a bit of a problem with cockroaches and ants and finally we had to hunt all the various kitchen spaces for enough plates and cups ect I did contact the property manager who replied only to tell me that I was wrong about the loungers the pool needs time to recover and he can’t be held responsible for nature and bugs it’s a shame as the property had potential to be fantastic but we wouldn’t use it again

Excellent property and could not recommend highly enough. Location is excellent, owners were brilliant to deal with and the guy (forgot his name) who checked us in and out was also brilliant. Will be back if they will have us .......

We have stayed in this villa several times and it never disappoints. House is clean and spacious with all the facilities we need and location is great. Close to shops and nightlife and within a short walk of the beach.

Nice, clean villa with plenty of space. Good location for shops and restaurants. Nice size pool although there was no 'shallow' end so children need to be able to swim or be closely monitored with swimming aids. Bedrooms were a good size with air conditioning and plenty of bathrooms. Villa manager Andi was helpful and came straight away when the electrics tripped to sort the issue out. Overall a nice stay!

The pool was so mirky that you could not see the bottom for most of our stay. Building works to the adjacent property created noise and a thick plumes of dust that covered the pool and outdoor area. There were days where e could not even go outside due to this. Property electricskept tripping, sometimes up to 30 times in a day. This was largely fixed midway through the stay although we still had issues in a lesser scale when using the kitchen oven and hob. Have contacted the owners numerous times but they are not responding. A real pity as this was meant to be a 50th birthday celebration. On the plus side the villa was clean and maintained on the inside

Layout of villa accomodation good - especially if you want some privacy for some of the party. Outside space superb - every facility you could want and landscaped beautifully (not just plain to look at). Property manager Andi responded quickly and efficiently to any request.

Myself and a group of friends had a wonderful stay here. The pictures do not do it justice, the place is HUGE. My husband and I had a self contained apartment on the ground floor which was perfect for us. We all had enough room as a group of 9. It's so close to the main strip and the beach at Cabo Roig & La Zenia is easy reach on foot in around 25 mins. We got the bus to Alicante for the day, bus stop just 5 mins away. Was a wonderful relaxing week and Andi was a great host who welcomed us after a late flight. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Our group consisted of 9 people Inc adults and children. We couldn't have the villa until 5pm which was a shame as we had an early flight. However the villa is great lots of rooms plenty for our group. The pool area and outdoor space is brilliant as is the location to restaurants on 'the strip in cabo roig. Easy walking distance. We had a lovely holiday.

The house is really big with an impresive pool. The owner is really polite and responsive, you won't have any problem that he can't resolve. The beach and all the esencial shops are really close, so you can forgot about the car during the holidays. I will definitely recommend this house.

We had a great week in the villa . The check in experience was easy Andi couldn’t have been nicer. It’s the prefect location. Outside dining and pool area are perfect. The villa was very spacious and very clean. We will definitely be booking this villa again for many years

We stayed in this property at the start of August , five adults and our five grandchildren aged from 3 to 5 years old and absolutely loved it, inside plenty of space and well equipped, the outdoor space was roomy and safe for the kids to run all the way round the villa and the pool was loved by us all. The covered area was ideal when the temperature was at its highest, probably could have done with some extra chairs and if it was all adults more sun beds but for us it was fine. Location good not too far from the beach, ideal for kids, and the main area with plenty of bars and restaurants. There was a problem with the hot water in some rooms which we weren’t made aware of on arrival by the agent and the pool could have done a clean midway through our stay. However I have no hesitation should the opportunity arise on booking again and have already told some of our family and friends how much we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time here. So much space, fantastic pool and surrounding area, comfortable beds and every appliance we could wish for. We would love to come back again. Thank you!

The villa was outstanding, within our party we all had on suite bathrooms, and own entrances to our suites. A lovely shaded area to sit and relax. The pool was a good size and was used every day. The manager Andi was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Will use this villa again. Perfect in every way.

The villa was very impressive. It has lots of space and is quite homely. The villa can be divided into several apartments if required. The pool is a decent size, but quite deep so not suitable for young children. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. The villa itself is in a quiet area

The property is brilliant has everything you could possibly need big pool especially loved the outside kitchen and dining area

All my family were impressed with the property, another couple of sun loungers would have been better, it was only a short walk away from bars restaurants etc! If there was a problem it was fixed promptly, definitely recommend x

There were 5 adults in our group and we all had plenty of room, the outside space and pool were excellent. We found Andi the manager to be pleasant and helpful and although we were very close to the main area of Cabo Roig, we were not disturbed by any noise. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

we stayed at la regia in june 2018 and had a wonderful time! there were 9 in our party, 6 adults and 3 kids and the villa was adequately equipped for all our needs with plenty of space for all! The whole house is very spacious as are the gardens with plenty of shade which was very welcome in the 35 deg heat, as of course was the pool! the pool is of a good size and perfect for doing a few lengths or just fooling and chilling on the numerous lilo's and floats that are there. However, i would say that the pool does not have a shallow end or gradual steps so little ones and less capable swimmers need to be wary and carefully watched. we have stayed in cabo roig on several occasions and did wonder if it would be noisy as the main road and strip are not too far away but i am happy to report it was very quiet, the only slight noise we heard was an abba tribute band at a local bar but it wasn't loud at all. the villa is in a perfect location for the bars and restaurants on the strip with the nearest supermarket about 500 yards away over the bridge with the bigger Consum about a mile away, the beach is also nearby across the bridge as is the wonderful coastal walkway. we did have a slight issue getting in to the villa as the agent was not there when we arrived at the agreed time. This was a concern as we had young children with us and it was very hot to be standing in the street! Luckily he arrived a couple of hours later saying he had no signal on his phone! other than that slight hitch, we all had a wonderful time and would happily stay there again if we visit cabo roig in the future!

We had a fabulous time in this wonderful villa, the rooms are spacious and as private as you want them to be. The outdoor pool and surrounding patios were just the best. I cannot say enough about everything it is a definite home from home. We will certainly be back sooner rather than later Christine and Gavin McConnell

Absolutely loved this villa!! We were 6 friends, four of which was two couples and we all had our own area (apartment) within the villa, but all coming together at the pool and bbq area. This was so tailored to our needs. It was spotless, and everything you need is there, your home from home. Andi was fantastic and was there if you needed anything. The area is close to the Cabo Roig strip, and the bars and restaurants were catered to all people. Would definitely book this villa again. Hans and Lilli the owners were lovely and answered my queries on the same day. Just loved this holiday villa.

The villa was first class, I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately we had no hot water for 4 of our days and could not contact the manager, this was in the main apartment block so we still had the use of hot water in apartment 2, not ideal 6 of us sharing one shower, otherwise our stay was great, the villa is ideally situated with only a short walk to the town and amenities, the villa was very well stocked and clean, I would certainly recommend it and would love to return in the future.

Easy to communicate with, really well equipped and great space for friends and family to stay together

The property on arrival was very impressive and matched the description advertised perfectly. This property had everything needed for a family holiday with children of any age. The pool was clean and excellent. Our favourite area was the courtyard which has a complete barbeque and kitchen station for eating outdoors either in the sun or shade. Both the owner and manager were very good in answering our queries prior to arrival and during our stay. The property is conveniently located near the Cabo Roig strip with its many restaurants. It is 10 to 15 mins walk to any of the many beaches in the area and there are lovely walks along the promenade closer. Overall a superb villa and I would recommend this to friends and relatives. Thank you very much for a memorable holiday!

We had the most enjoyable holiday at this Villa and highly compliment the owners on how well presented it was. It is so well equipped inside and out that we wanted for nothing. We were a group of two families (2 adults, 2 teenage children) and we couldn't be happier with our stay. We weren't on top of eachother either as there is so much space.The location is perfect. You are literally around the corner from the main strip which was wonderful. Even though we were so close to the strip we could not hear any noise at night. We found the Villa so peaceful and quiet which was perfect for our relaxing holiday. The children enjoyed the pool immensely and never even asked to go to the water park which was a big change! I really recommend this Villa highly to anyone looking for a holiday in relaxing, private and well presented surroundings. Our booking was straight forward and any questions we had for the owners were always answered promptly. Loved Cabo Roig also and will hopefully be returning to this wonderful holiday Villa again.

This Villa is just fabulous!! Really has the WOW factor. So spacious. Location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but literally 5 minutes walk if you want to avail of the bars and restaurants. Maintained to a very high standard with everything you could possibly want for a relaxing, hassle free holiday. Great communication between owners and property manager. Will definitely be staying again.
