Clean, comfortable accommodation. Everything within walking distance (restaurants, supermarket, beach) if you're reasonably fit. Just remember the mosquito repellent if walking back from town on an evening (there is some provided at the Villa).

Everything about this property was perfect, from the initial booking process and the communication with the owners, to the amazingly clean and spacious villa, this is a true rare find. We stayed 4 nights in December with our three young children and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The villa with everything a family needs for any time of year was comfortable for a winter visit and had so much outside usable space - it will be phenomenal in the summer and the pool is gated making it perfect for those with young children. The property is in a very quiet residential area which is a short drive from everything Torrevieja has to offer. There’s a commercial area with bars, restaurants and a big supermarket within 15 minutes walk. The property has aircon in the main room, which due to the layout of the house will easily control the temperature for the whole property. Central heating in every room, as well as a wood burner in the lounge means that it was very comfortable during the colder winter evenings. The WiFi was great which meant that the kids could be watching Netflix while we also did a bit of catching up online and the kitchen had all the mod-cons you would expect. There’s also an outside Kitchenet, which coupled with the fantastic outside space will definitely make for great evenings during the warm summer nights. It’s fair to say that we were very impressed and will definitely be booking Sal y Sol for our next visit to the Costa Blanca.

There wasn’t a toaster - but we toasted with the grill instead. There isn’t a bath, which although wasn’t a major problem, if we had been there for longer a small plastic portable bath would have made it easier to bath our baby.

The house is perfect, lovely and clean. 5 of us stayed here. Lots of seating areas outside & a bbq which is handy. The pool is a good size and always clean. The shower area is quite big which is a bonus. Having a fan in each room is ideal as there’s only air con in the main living room, which we didn’t mind at all. Only a few minutes walk to the local shop and there are pubs and restaurants around that area too. Not too far a walk from Habaneras either.

The WiFi signal can sometimes drop in some areas of the house, but this is not a major thing though. When it’s working it works perfectly well.
