Absolutely wonderful place to stay and Catherine was amazing with her service and recommendations she has listed out and maps showing everything. Wonderful to sleep with windows open and hear the sea, so calming. Right by the daily market for any of your needs from the local community. Would highly recommend this place and Catherine.

We loved our stay!

This is the second time we have rented this apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the old town, restaurants and of course swimming in the sea! Catherine is a lovely woman and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We will be back next year!

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit vielen Strandutensilien. Die Altstadt von Menton ist sehenswert, auch der Botanische Garten. Die Markthalle ist gleich nebenan. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit für einen guten Rat zu erreichen.

Lovely apartment, great location, Catherine and Phillipe couldn't have been more welcoming,. A great break particularly given what all of us have been through - we even had sunshine!.

such a lovely setting, and gateway to such a wonderful historic core of a town...the sense of hotel history and sweeping views of the sea, and seafront activity while enjoying the sweep of view from the balcony was so delightful.....spacious and well equipped... catherine and philippe were most welcoming, and philippe kindly picked us up at the airport the first day...a welcome touch from venturing from overseas! ...no issues at all to report...we will plan a return as soon as we can, and for longer!

Beaucoup de points positifs et peu de négatifs: nous reviendrons! Points négatifs: - équipement cuisine très insuffisant (pas de micro-onde, pas de lave-vaisselle alors qu'il y a un lave-linge, 2 (deux) petites cuillers! Points positifs: + l'emplacement, idéal face à la mer et très proche des commerces + l'esthétique (parquet, hauteur de plafond etc.) + la vue, dont on ne se lasse pas + le confort du lit et l'efficacité plutôt bonne du double vitrage

AWESOME! Very clean, superb location with open view of the Med. Approx. 150 feet to water's edge. Very convenient to all. Phillipe and Catherin were wonderful and extremely helpful and pleasant to know them. Would recommend to all our friends who may travel to this area.

We had a wonderful stay in the very charming french Riviera building/apartment, which let us feel like real Menton residents instead of just being ordinary tourists ;) The old elevator is amazing, the style and stucco in the flat lovely and much more distinct than run-of-the-mill hotel rooms. At that wonderful place, you are totally integrated in the vivid life of Menton. The beach and sea vis-à-vis, a wonderful view over the coast from the nice little balcony, the sound of the sea included.
 The historic center, lots of shops, restaurants, the nice harbor with entertaining bars and another beautiful beach, the daily market with fantastic fresh food of the Provence - everything you find in a very close walking distance. And for some excursions, Monaco or beautiful Nizza is not far away, even reachable easily by train. Perfect for everyone, who wants to be in the center of life and feel the pulse of a city, and at the same time, close to the beach - with wonderful crystal clear water by the way. Of course it is not that quiet as maybe lonesome places without urban connection, but we enjoyed to watch, listen and find everything we need just around the corner. Very nice hosts on top, who organized us a parking place and took the time to give us nice tipps where to find nice restaurants, places, shops, excursion destinations…And Menton is really a beautiful place to stay with a lot to discover!

Das Objekt ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts! Der Blick zum Strand ist super... wie auf dem Bild in der Anzeige...Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Weil alles so gut lief wurden Sie während unserem Urlaub nicht weiter kontaktiert. Gerne wieder!! 👌

L'appartement est magnifique et très bien situé, la plage, le marché et les restaurants sont au pied de l’immeuble. Très bon contact avec Catherine à l’arrivée et Philippe au départ, qui sont vraiment adorables.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Apartment mit traumhaften Ausblick war unbeschreiblich schön. Alles in schnell erreichbar. Zum Strand muss man nur die Straße überqueren und zum Mittagessen schnell hoch gehen. Es ist eine wunderschöne Kleinstadt, man fühlt sich sehr heimisch. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen der sich wirklich erholen will sich dieses Apartment zu mieten.

L'appartement est très lumineux et bien placé en plein centre de Menton avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Très bon accueil et conseils de la propriétaire.

Appartement propre et très bien équipé,Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous y avons passé quelques belles journées et y retournerons avec plaisir ! Nous le recommandons vivement !

Bellissimo appartamento con una vista mare mozzafiato, pulitissimo e ben fornito. Posizione ottima per andare in spiaggia o fare una passeggiata in centro.

We knew this property from a previous stay and were not disappointed this time. It is well-equipped and in a perfect position for everything in the town. The building is secure and easy to access. This visit ended early because of the lockdown for coronavirus and the threat of airline grounding. Catherine, the manager, could not have been more helpful. She printed our boarding passes and insisted on driving us to the airport herself. She also offered us a free week should we have had to remain there and has given us credit to return to complete the rest of our holiday when the crisis is over. Not the holiday we planned but we will return!

We have been coming to Menton for 8 years- and have been searching for the perfect apartment. We found it!!!! Catherine is the sweetest person who spends time answering questions and making you feel at home. The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures- even nicer!!! The location is excellent!! Right at the old town and restaurants, shops etc. The view from all rooms is absolutely stunning. Already planning two weeks in September!!

Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner tous les jours au soleil sur le balcon terrasse : divin. Catherine et Philippe nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et apportés plein de bons conseils, nous les remercions beaucoup !

Catherine was a wonderful hostess and always reachable. Lovely welcome package - with a good bottle of Haut Medoc- was much appreciated. Kitchen was well kitted out with everything you might need.Only downsides were, lack of dishwasher and what I felt was an overly firm bed - totally subjective mind you as my wife slept quite comfortably.

First, let's be clear on one thing: Phillipe and Catherine were simply exceptional as property managers. There was a problem or two, and they responded literally MINUTES after we contacted them. Truly remarkable. They are the managers, however, not the owner of the apartment. The photos are accurate to the extent that they do reflect correct images, but we were under the impression the apartment was a better find than it actually was. That of course was our subjective take. By this I mean that it was rather Spartan. The living room had one average size sofa, a dining room table, and five or six straight-back chairs. That was all. The bedroom had a queen-size bed and one easy chair. It also had a small bureau with drawers and a free-standing wardrobe. Adequate, but not more. As far as decor was concerned, it was essentially non-existent. With the exception of the TV mounted on the wall in the living room, there were no pictures, images or anything else on the wall. None of course was necessary, but it was all very vanilla-plain. There was a couple from Sweden and another from the U.S. who met us in Menton. We would have liked to invite them over for wine and cheese or some other social event, but the sparse state of the apartment really did not allow for that. We were very surprised. While our Swedish friends stayed in a nearby hotel, our American friends also rented an apartment via VRBO, and in comparison to ours, it was quite splendid. All the socializing was basically done there. The location is good, just a short walk into town, with restaurants, grocery stores and the like all within a short distance. In short, not a bad place to stay. But until some major redecorating is done, do not expect anything except a plain vanilla box.

Ideally located within walking distance of every part of town. Although I had rented a car, I took the train when visiting Monte Carlo. It was faster and I did not have to worry about parking! The apartment is well furnished with all the amenities required for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Eating and enjoying cocktails on the balcony overlooking the sea is a lasting pleasure!

IT'S A VERY NICE FLAT. REALLY VERY NEXT TO THE SEA AND THE CENTER. IT IS VERY CONFOTABLE ( ALSO DURING THE NIGHT...NO HOT NO NOISE). THE OWNERS ARE VERY KIND AND AVAILABLE. I CAN NOT WAIT TO COME BACK

Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto's: ruim en schoon, en de locatie is perfect. Aan een drukke weg dat wel, en er is geen airco maar wel een ventilator. En verder alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben, tot een parasol en strandlakens aan toe.
