Very Serene location. Home was in a great location and close to Canada.

House was in a beautiful location. House is nice but in need of updating. Some dishes where dirty.

Very nice house, and area, only negative is it’s still a pretty busy road in front, but we just loved it. Very open and easy to interact with your group.

Casual, efficient, wish there were a couple more kitchen/ cooking items. But we love it ! This was our 4th year in a row and we already talk about next years return

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were comfy! Prior to the stay, Rosemary was very quick to respond to questions and the check in was so easy. I would definitely recommend this place!

We booked the house to stay for the last weekend for summer crabbing season in Brich bay. The house was clean and comfortable for six adults . The owner/manager quickly responded to my emails. Nice deck with beach views. One very minor downside, the driveway is a little tight for two trucks and a boat on a trailer. I would 100% rent again for another Birch Bay crabbing trip.

This is our second year renting the property for crabbing. We love the location, its has enough room for 3 couples and has a beautiful view of the bay. Will be renting again.

Third year for family fun, perfect spot for us! Easy checkin, quick response customer service, only wish is an upgrade on kitchen accessories but we have learned to bring our own! Love this vacation

Just what I needed. Only two comments. For the rental price, internet should be included. My grandaughter is just starting college and really needed the internet. Air conditioning would have been super. Otherwise, thank you!

Beautiful view of bay and very close to the village. Fire pit and walks on the shoreline were great.

Great location across from the beach, roomy and clean. Although I didn’t read closely enough to realize there wasn’t internet or cable TV, I didn’t care about the TV, but internet is absolutely necessary. Can’t stay here again next season without internet. Sorry. Jim

We stayed for a couples weekend to crab and relax. There was 3 couples with enough room for us all. Beautiful location about a 20 minute walk to the restaurants. The place has a great deck right across the street from the beach, it also had private beach area. We will be renting again for our crabbing weekend next year.

The house has a nice private beach and is very well stocked with everything you need. My only complaint is the the floor was very sticky and really filthy dirty. I washed it with the mop supplied & it was still dirty.

The place was great. Took a while to find the actual TV remote., but fine other than that. Check in at 4 PM on Friday and checkout at 11:00 AM on Sunday however makes for a short stay on a weekend, in a house, where food etc must also be packed in and out. Not sure I would make that choice again for a weekend.

This house is right across the street from the bay. Beautiful view of the water and neighboring communities. The house is simple. Not a bunch of frills but just what we needed.

We loved this place. The location was great and with the private beach access we were able to get to the beach quickly. It wasn't as windy as the ocean beaches we have stayed at before and we were able to do a fire on multiple nights. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we had planned. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in and out, good location, large living space, decent deck, nice beach, could up an upgrade in kitchen necessities. Next time I will bring more of my own kitchen stuff

The VRBO listing noted that there was a hot tub in the amenities but there actually was not.

It was a very smooth check in process, could have used some screens on the windows, and maybe some more fans! An umbrella on the deck, otherwise it was a perfect house! Thank you!!

We loved this charming home. In a very good location next to the seashore. Our party of 6 was all satisfied.

We were pleasantly surprised by this house. The price is so reasonable we kind of expected something to be wrong haha. The house is spacious and clean with across the street beach access. Basic Vrbo amenities with lots of clean towels - important for families! Our only struggles were lack of screens on the windows and some rickety furniture. Everything else was very nice and made our stay quite pleasant. (Note this house sleeps 6, not 8 although a queen size air mattress fit nicely in the living room for extra sleeping space)

Location of the house is really good, right across the water, but beach is dirty. Home itself is cozy, but doesn't have good amenities. We called in around noon the day we were suppose to check in to get the lock passcode and wifi and been told home will open and wifi password is on check-in sheet on dining table. Upon arriving, this late december, home is freezing cold, we had to crank up the heat and it took 3 hrs to get it warm. Wifi never work and we have been told that listing doesn't say wi-fi, but listing doesn't explicitly called out saying NO wi-fi in home. If wi-fi was not available why the property management manager said wifi is available and password is on check-in sheet. Furniture in the home is very old. Almost torn sofa, broken dining room chair. This home has VHS player. in year 2018 who has VHS cassettes? No cable either. Check-in sheet said pantry is full and guest can fix a light snacks or gourmet meal. But pantry was locked and only thing available was salt and pepper. I am not a expert cook, but how can one fix the gourmet meal with only salt and pepper? Lesson learned: Next Do not rent a house which doesn't have any reviews and call in to check for the amenities before making a reservations. Thank You!
