Staff all very nice, the resort could be amazing but needs more attention to detail. Rooms aren’t quite what the pictures suggest.

The views and ambiance was lovely!
Some part of the property needs attention and the food was poor. Received raw chicken for dinner and still had to pay full price.

The property and location was excellent - clean, modern and luxurious. The staff was lovely and level of service was impeccable. The beach and pool were both wonderful and well maintained but I have to say the staff is what sets this place apart from the rest. They were warm, kind, courteous and made us feel so special throughout our stay. Salicia, Cadeija and the helpful front desk staff took great care of our every need from booking restaurant reservations last minute to transportation to and from our excursions and airport. I cannot thank them enough for such a beautiful and relaxing time. We will definitely be back for another memorable stay.

bedroom lit up all night as corridor light shines through frosted window pane in bedroom door so exceptionally poor sleep . Quite a simple matter to correct with blinds and auto turn off on corridor light. Also , loos on island have appalling flush which appears to flood the floor… yuk

slow spotty service, not refilling the minibar after repeatedly asking, urgent maintainance needed to many of the facilities, limited food menu and activities, incomprehensible aircon in the room (or broken thermostat), no EU/UK adapters available at first, snorkling gear low quality, cats while my wife is allergic despite staff assuring us they would be locked away,

Nice Hotel in the middle of nowhere but close to the airport.
The staff was very slow and unresponsive, this hotel is badly managed, it’s overpriced for the service you get.

The food option and lack of restaurants on the resort due to them being closed for whatever reason. Also, jerk chicken wings were on the menus but not available until the last day

Access to Ptickly Pear Island. Spa and bars
Food was really below expected. The NaCI and the beach restaurants were not good. The fish eaten there were terrible. Reg the rooms, mine was noisy and the bathroom was definitly a low point: the shower is not strong and there is no ventilation. Overpriced.

the rooms are a bit rundown, amenities are poor such as body wash, shower gel, tv wasn’t clear, adaptors or iPhone plugs. plastic bin in the bathroom, air vent super noisy. rust on furniture

Food was excellent, staff were all very good. Was upgraded which was nice, very clean and great spaces.
Unusually there was distinct lack of plugs within the room - which made charging laptops and phones etc very challenging.

Bathroom lighting, sinks and shower were terrible. And auto fan when light turned on is ridiculous! This they disconnected. But the showers don’t have wands on the system, so above your head raindrop is the only option. The wand is part of the system and is desperately missing!
The food service at the main restaurant is slow, so very very slow.
Look, it’s during a pandemic. And this place was almost empty. Staffing was down. And so was training, especially in the kitchen.
But this place was so expensive, everything should have been top top.

The staff, particularly at the front desk and the bar/ water sports, where super helpful and friendly.
The view and private beach were exceptional!!
The noise of the internal lobby areas for the bedrooms really didn’t work - lots of echo and ca hear other guests.
Could have had a full mirror in the bedroom too
