Everything we needed was close- a crib, toys, a beach, a beautiful kitchen, amenities... we loved it!

This property did not disappoint on its ability to accommodate our large family reunion that spanned four generations. The great room and kitchen allowed us to be together with enough seating for everyone. The younger kids especially enjoyed the upstairs bunk area and game rooms. The host's were supportive with our few questions. The property had everything we needed to a create a forever memory family reunion. We recommend this for large group's who desire a beautiful destination in Idaho.

This is by far our favorite family reunion location of all the places we have ever been. We have stayed at the Conifer Lodge twice. It is clean, large for big groups to have space to relax and enjoy time together. There is a fully stocked kitchen, with every gadget, appliance and pan you could need for a large group. The game room with adjacent climbing wall for the littles and another play room with a dollhouse, dress ups, air hockey, books, games, etc. There is an air conditioner and a separate ceiling fan in each room to keep the bedrooms comfortable on the hot days. A nice basket of bath essentials is in every room and a full set of towels for every guest is in each room as well as linens in all the bathrooms. We were also greeted to fresh flowers on the kitchen table and a basket of goodies a well. I honestly can't think of anything that could be added to this lovely place. It is an incredible place for making wonderful memories. Conifer Lodge will be in our hearts forever and hopefully we will be able to return in the future. This was our third family reunion at this beautiful lodge. It met and surpassed all our needs and desires. The kitchen is well stocked for large groups and sleeping accommodations met all of our needs. There was a nice variety of activities in the kids play area, which makes it great for the adults who want to relax and visit. The surrounding area has lots of outdoor activities. Everything was very clean and the grounds around the lodge are well kept and beautiful. We highly recommend this location for any large group but especially attractive for family reunions - great for families reconnecting. It was especially exciting to see the beautiful deer that frequent the area.

When we booked the property, we thought it would be a group of 35 but it whittled down to 29 after one family had to cancel. This cabin offers beds, rooms, & space. Otherwise, the furnishings are pretty spartan. The upper-level was fun for the younger kids. The location is ok--a little ways from the city/water, but for a group this size, it's about as good as it gets. Generally, we enjoyed our stay and it worked out for our reunion. There was one item that rubbed me the wrong way. Upon arriving after a 6-hr drive to McCall, the owner of the property met me with an additional contract to sign. Having used Vrbo extensively in the past, this caught me off guard because the terms of the stay are supposed to be spelled out at the time I booked the property. Having a secondary contract that isn't presented until you arrive and have no other options isn't acceptable and violates the terms of what I had already agreed to. The additional terms were mostly reasonable, so I don't know why they don't include it in the original booking. One of the additional terms was that they could charge you $100 for something as simple as unplugging a lamp and failing to plug it back in prior to checking out. This is absurd and I never would have agreed to it up front, but I was held hostage at check-in to sign the contract. I expressed by displeasure to the owner about being presented with an additional contract at check in but he seemed indifferent.

Lots of kitchen stuff for a big group like ours. Very clean, responsive owners. Everything worked great. Excellent location, close to lake and biking/hiking trails.

We had a great weekend with everybody!

This was the PERFECT place for a large family (or combination of several families) gathering. We had a group of 10 adults and 11 kids - and we didn't for a moment feel cramped (quite the opposite - we had extra room!). Frank and Kitty were gracious hosts - and their cabin was exactly what our group was looking for. The kids had the time of their lives playing in the game room(s) and sleeping in the bunk room! The grownups were able to gather and play games on the main floor with a GIANT kitchen to cook meals. We plan to come back soon!

This is our second time renting this place for Christmas for our family. We come from Idaho, Colorado, Canada, Washington, Georgia, and Denmark!!The house is perfect for a large group and facilities are excellent!!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in our 13 years of reunions. The location near the state park and town was perfect. The great room was perfect for games, conversation and hanging out. We give it our top rating, beyond excellent!

Love the house , very spacious and accommodated 30 family members. Kids enjoyed the playroom and bunk room. Anything you needed for cooking is available. Located next to everything, state park, beaches , downtown.

Conifer Lodge is very clean, quiet, comfortable and has everything you could need. It is very near the Payette lake and Ponderosa state park. Close to all the lovely restaurants in the area. The whole place made us feel at ease. Frank was easy to talk to and friendly. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here!

Great location, two blocks from the lake, one block from Poderosa State Park, three blocks for the golf course. The unit is well supplied for large groups. Large kitchen and gathering room. A large patio for eating outside. Great property managers. Love it.

This is the second time we have rented this property. Perfect place for our family reunion of 30 people. Clean and well taken care of. Wish for more yard space for outdoor games.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our needs. Lots of room and the kitchen was so well supplied. We used all the space from the bunk bed room to the patio.

We have a wonderful time, the house was just as stated, we had rooms for everyone. The owners were there to greet us when we checked in and were so gracious. What a great location to get the whole family together!

We loved the home and it is set up perfectly for a large group. The owners have thought of just about everything to make this perfect for our family visit there with 15 adults and 16 Grandkids. We would love to come again

Very comfortable. Very kid friendly. Nice and clean. Beautifully decorated, not overly decorated. Surprising nice perks not advertised in listing. Perfect even for a rainy week. Easy to communicate with owner. Very highly recommend.

Plenty of rooms for our group and parking for snowmobile trailers. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this property for a family winter/ski weekend and it was perfect! We had beds for everyone and plenty of bathrooms (no issues with water getting cold quickly in the showers). Kitchen and living room were great for entertainment and family meals. We also had 4 kids with us (infant to 2.5 years) and they loved the place. Plenty of games and activities for all of them (including a dedicated game room & rock climbing wall). We enjoyed our stay very much!

We’ll appointed property with plenty of room to spread out. Close to town and state park. Our family had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

We are a group of 6 employees, and with spouses, 12. We found that the Conifer Lodge had PLENTY of room for everyone to have their own room, and most to have their own bathroom. The 3rd floor with the bunk beds was not even used...so much extra space. The expansive family room was so awesome for everyone to be able to gather, talk, and meet. The kitchen had everything we could hope for, and the ladies LOVED the in-floor heat. Amazing! Frank and Kitty were great to work with as well...wonderful. Thank you so much! The lodge was a perfect site for our large extended family. Christmas decor was beautiful! 3rd floor playroom and media room excellent and the large kitchen/living area ideal

Booked Conifer Lodge for our company of 7 employees & spouses to celebrate Christmas together. This place is HUGE! Each couple chose a room with a queen bed & (if it wasn't a master bedroom) pretty much had a bathroom exclusively for their personal use. There were bedrooms & bathrooms to spare!! Impeccably clean bathrooms & linens with lots of extra, if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with any dish, pot, or appliance you may need to entertain a crowd. So many places for everyone to relax comfortably. The third floor was a great space for kids to have a space of their own! Would definitely recommend & we intend to book again for future events. Frank, the host, is close by & very responsive. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space!

Perfect lodging for large gatherings

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this large, well furnished, spacious lodge with plenty of extra room and spacious, comfortable group congregation areas. It was very nice and would highly recommend it to others looking forward a large group lodging in McCall.
