Well placed.However the noise of the builders tiling the hallways every day was disappointing.

I stayed in this apartment for a week in March 2022 with my sister. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need for a holiday. It is in a great position for the beach, shops and bars. There are sun beds, mattresses and parasols available for hire by the pool but no towels although they are very reasonable to buy.

The premises had everything you wanted and were centrally located at the resort. Couldn’t really fault it. Had an enjoyable trip.

Spacious clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need, it’s a home from home. It’s near the beach restaurants and bars. The music stops at midnight . Great contact with host. Will be back next Tenerife trip.

This is a comfortable 2 bed apartment, just next to the patch and with views of the sea and mountains, it has a 2 good size bedrooms and a small but fully equipped kitchen, outside on the balcony is a washing machine.It's 30 seconds to the pool or the sea front with lots of bars, shops and restaurants in either direction, out of the main entrance again shops, bars and restaurants are everywhere. The is a supermarket in the building that isn't that expensive and you can get everything you need from it.Several bars on the patch have karaoke on till midnight each night, so even with the windows shut it's quite noisy, but for somewhere in the middle of the resort it's still pretty quiet overall.You can walk for miles in each direction along the beach front and there are plenty of play areas for children.The pool is very nice but if you want to sunbath then you have to hire a lounger @ 5€ each per day. There is also a pool bar open each day that serves cheap food and drinks. You can also leave your luggage here when you check out before your flight for 1€ per bag.

We really loved our stay in this lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, so central. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need. It was very homely and comfortable. Thomas was a great host, he was flexible with our check in and check out times and was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend it. We definitely hope to stay again.

Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wieder buchen, das sagt hoffentlich alles! Wohnung: Schön groß; Sauber und gute Betten; zwei Schlafzimmer ist ideal mit zwei Kindern; schönes Wohnzimmer zum entspannen, Baby Hochstuhl, Küche hat alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine auf dem Balkon; Dusche super, mit buggy kommt man ohne Fahrstuhl direkt zur Wohnung. Location: Nur 5 min Fußweg zum Strand und zur Promenade wo man mit buggy überall hinkommt; Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude; Autovermietung plus car und Europcar direkt um die Ecke; viele Cafés und Restaurants. Kann man nicht besser haben im Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Als ich eine Frage hatte, haben die Vermieter sofort per WhatsApp freundlich geholfen.

Great apartment in good location. The only downside is no sunshine on the balcony exept about 10.30 to 13.30

Great location, near bars and restaurants. At sea front. Nice pool not too busy, pool bar reasonable with tasty snacks. Flat comfortable only downfall no air conditioning and it was particularly hot at time of year. Certainly would return.

This is such a fantastic apartment to stay in. We were a family of 4 with two teenage boys and they absolutely loved it!!! Location was perfect so close to everything, restaurants, bars, shops and the sea and a short distance from the airport. The apartment itself is immaculate with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were a perfect size for all of us and although the location is quite central, we did not have any noisy nights...Pool is lovely with a really handy pool bar which serves some good snacks throughout the day. the owners Thomas and Manuela were extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. We loved this apartment and the area and we will definitely be back again (-: (-:

The Apt was clean and tidy in the traditional Canarian style with everything needed to enjoy your stay.

The apartment was in an ideal location for the beach, bars and shops but quiet enough to sleep at night. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and tidy when we arrived and had everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The large fridge freezer outside on the terrace was ideal for drinks and ice. Two bedrooms with twin beds were spacious with lots of storage. Arrival was easy and straightforward after instructions from Thomas and Manuela who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. All emails and questions answered pretty much immediately and payment transaction details confirmed immediately on receipt. A welcoming note and bottle of chilled water was a lovely touch. We had a wonderful relaxing time in this apartment and would not hesitate to book again. Thanks Thomas and Manuela for making our experience booking via Homeaway so simple and pleasant. Stayed in Thomas and Manuela apartment in November for a week. The apartment is in the Parque Santiagio II complex and well suited to 2/4 people staying. Two big sized rooms with twin beds and a large kitchen/lounge diner area. The apartment is 2 minute walk to the front, around 10 min walk to the nearest "sunbed" beach but in a great location. Lots of bars/restaurant to choose from and lots of free parking. Thomas and Manuela were great to communicate with, gave all the information and it was a pleasure to stay here. We plan to come back :)
