Wonderful house, exceptionally clean and spacious. The location is good and near to the town and vineyards, including my favorite surfer point (watching the sunset). My kids really like waking up to see the kangaroos that were roaming just outside the house. Nice!

The house has an amazing architecture with big glass windows. The area is tranquil and peaceful. Kids were excited when the kangaroos came in the morning and evening.

Unfortunately it was really really cold when we were staying there. there was no heating in the bedrooms and the fireplace in the living room was not enough to warm up the whole house.

Disappointing linen quality on beds Dirty marks and not fitted on bottom mattress Door locks v difficult to operate, some doors could not be opened and some would not lock securely.

The house is in a great location close to town but on acreage, with large open spaces and is well laid out. Fantastic to watch the kangaroo's in the field next to the house.

-When making a reservation for a stay one would think linen is included, but unfortunately linen is an extra charge of $60 per bed. For convenience of both host and guest it should be in the price or a per person upfront charge. -Unfortunately mobile reception is poor in the area (Telstra) and there is no wifi which would be a great addition. -In mid winter it is a cold house, the single open fire place in the living room doesn't warm things up much, but a few reverse cycle air conditioners would make a big difference in winter and summer.

Needs to have wifi, both my wife and I needed to make contact with our work. Otherwise the property was excellent!!

The hot water in the showers were very hard to regulate. Could be dangerous.

fireplace big common area, coffee machine, kangaroos outside, lots of space. We were couples and friends and we had enough space to be private and communial. outside patio nice. good location equidistant beach - marg river.
